We recently had turf installed by Paradise Greens. There can t be a better company in the Phoenix metro for turf. The salesperson Alex my idea of a salesperson since I used to be one. Ive vetted a dozen companies for artificial turf to replace grass in my front yard over the past 12 months. Paradise Green Turf was far and above the best among them. I chose Synpro 70, its the most natural looking Ive ever seen. The installation crew did excellent prep work and was meticulous about detail which is huge in a job like this. The owner of the landscaping company which handles the mowing of our lawns etc, said it was the best he had ever seen and he wished that everyone would choose this quality of turf with this type of excellent installation. All you have to do is set a sample of Synpro 70 next to anyone elses turf and you will immediately see and feel the difference. I highly recommend Paradise Green turf for their product (by the way made in America 100%) and just as importantly for their absolutely incredible installation.

Paradise Greens & Turf did a wonderful job in our backyard! They took out thousands of square feet of grass and transformed it with turf with a beautiful concrete curbing border and the installation of rocks. Alex was incredibly responsive and flexible/patient as we awaited other work and needed him to adjust timing for months at a time to ensure the project happened after other work was done. Turf install done on Aug 30th, install went good, no issues new turf looks real good. Unfortunately, grass started growing back around parameter and in new artificial turf. Contacted Paradise on Sept 13th about removing grass growing back around border and in new turf. Waited until Sept 29th still no visit to fix issue. On Sept 30th someone finally came and sprayed, comment not really my job to do this but this spray should fix the problem . Hmmm, this is after paying a very good price for sod removal. Oct 9th grass still growing, no change after being sprayed. Oct 12th contacted Paradise again and requested to resend person out to remove/kill grass. Sent pictures of how bad it was looking. Oct 24th I removed the grass growing from the entire parameter myself. Summary: install was good no issue, turf looks good; follow up service was basically non-existent.

I had paradise greens build a putting/chipping area for my home, I couldn t be happier with the result. My 2 year old son is golf obsessed and it s nice to be able to have a safe fun place for him to go practice and play.

I learned enough, that after allowing several other contractors to show me their wares (and watching pertinent videos), it was the product that sold the deal. Very happy with using Paradise Greens & Turf. We were moving from the Bay Area to Chandler and we were able to get some quotes over the phone for putting kid and pet friendly turf in the backyard of the house we were building. Working with Bobby was great! He came by once we moved in to help us design the layout for our yard and small putting green. He was able to source us pavers on a short time line if we wanted to go that route. The best part was when he let our 4 year old walk on all of his turf samples so she could pick out which one wasnt too pokey on bare feet. Our Paradise Greens artificial turf installation was recently completed and it is absolutely beautiful. We spent a long time researching companies and products, even considered doing our own install, but ultimately decided the Synlawn product offered by Paradise Greens and their pro installers were the best choice: Amazing warranty, US-manufactured, and the Synlawn cool technology that keeps it noticeably less hot than typical fake grass in the AZ sun (seriously). Bobby was great to work with in selecting the right turf for our usage and deciding the specifics of how it would be installed in our yard. The installation was fast and efficient; the crew worked hard to get it done beautifully and correctly. Now all thats left to do is enjoy NOT having to mow, water, or generally worry about yard upkeep!

We had turf installed in our backyard by Paradise Greens about a week ago, and it could not have turned out any more beautifully. My husband worked with Matt, who was super helpful and got our installation scheduled even quicker than we expected. Initially I spoke to Charlie who was very knowledgeable and provided some helpful information I used in my decision making. One significant factor is they use MADE IN THE USA turf only! Matt came out for the estimate. I needed to match some fringe I had replace about 2 years ago (sadly replaced China product with another China product) and a larger area for the dogs. He recommended to different terse to meet my needs. Turf isnt cheap but paradise greens and turf had fear prices for a very good product and it comes with a 15 year warranty -another positive. Robert, Paul and the crew were prompt, polite and hard working. Robert kept me informed about what they were doing and asked me to check it at certain points for approval. Unfortunately, the turf did not last nearly long enough, no fault of PG&T. However, Charlie backed up the warranty and was able to secure new turf to replace the original install.
