I m not going to leave a bad/negative review for this company since we didn t choose them and they have overwhelmingly positive reviews here, but I was shocked to be asked to put down a $5000 deposit before this company would visit my home for an estimate for a new pool/backyard design. Instead they want to you to come to their office for a free meeting first. I just want people to be aware this is the expectation before calling them since I would have never expected this.

Had an irrigation valve start leaking as I was headed to the airport. They were able to get someone out to look at it and fix immediately. Great customer service!

Just had 8 speakers and two 10 inch subwoofers installed in my back yard.Josh came over to place all the speakers in the backyard his guys installed everything where very clean and professional we are very happy and the sound sounds great.

Jennifer and Josh and their team are amazing! We had a very large outdoor project, including architectural work, engineering, water and fire feature, turf, drip system, lighting, pool, pavers, travertine, painting, speakers, plants, paver driveway, and more. It was a long project and it was amazing to have a contractor who was responsive, honest and went out of their way to work with us, from the initial 3D walkthrough to the final cleanup. We can t say enough about the entire company. We would highly recommend them for any outdoor project, no matter how sophisticated.

I have used Pro Outdoor Services for several years. Most recently to replace my worn out irrigation system. The workers were polite and efficient. It only took 4 hours for them to replace everything. I was very pleased with their work.

We hired Pro Outdoor Services in January 2022 for a very large, entirely new design for landscaping remodel which included design and implementation. Josh and his team were wonderful throughout the process. As with any large project there were a few hiccups during the implementation process but the Pro Outdoor team was very responsive and willing to work things out and make things right. Our project included, all new pavers, pool redesign, two new water features, brand new water system, new BBQ grille/pergola, appx 80 new trees, countless plants, shrubs, new travertine in the backyard, artificial turf, putting green with lights in the cups for night putting if desired, , two chipping areas into the green, up-lighting around the entire house, palm trees, etc. We also elected to go with a few colored lights in the backyard to illuminate various trees/shrubs in the back to enhance the look/feel. In summary, we now have landscaping that is phenomenal and I would put ours up against any in the Phoenix area. I cant say enough about Pro Outdoor Services. Highly recommend!

Very good experience from the initial team quote to final day of work. Matt helped us from the beginning for installing a new drip system from scratch, along with putting in a bunch of rock ground cover. The crew installed the system very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed my Rachio system I had already bought in my garage. After a lot of trenching and digging, the lines were in, along with a valves connecting to my hose/water source. The rock was dumped in 2 loads since it was such a large quantity. 2 guys from the crew worked hard over 2-3 days shoveling it into our front yard. They cleaned up everyday and finished the jobs perfectly. Very professional and didn t take any shortcuts. Matt came by several times to make sure everything was done properly which was great. All of the emitters operate great and every plant needing water is set up exactly how I needed it. I will definitely use these guys again going forward. I called pro outdoor services to request irrigation system check and repair. They came to our house a day or so after I called. The guy who came out provided a verbal estimate that turned out to be spot on! In our yard landscaping lighting I needed some wiring fixed at one lamp that wasnt working. Matt and John fixed the problem in a half hour and replaced an incandescent lamp under a large tree with an LED lamp for more illumination. Good work that was done quickly.

I wanted to add a review a year after ProOutdoor installed my back yard. They recommended a misting system, I was on the fence because I have seen many problems and really didnt like the feel. But I concede because they believed so strongly I would like it. I do, I do, I do.... It has made my backyard an oasis and just last weekend, we spent the whole weekend in the backyard and we couldnt tell it was 103-105 degrees both days. Trust their recommendations, you wont be sorry!

The two men, Mike and Roger, showed up on time, were very polite and knowledgable. They already basically knew what needed to be done, but went over the information with me. They got right to work checking the system, turning it on and finding out where the problem areas were. Mike showed me some of the issues and said there would be no problem getting the system up and running. When they were done, Mike showed me all around and pointed out what they fixed and what they added to make the whole sprinkler system work so much better. I was so impressed with their workmanship, their politeness and the great job they did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for sprinkler repair or new installation.

We had our irrigation system checked and repaired and added a misting system to our covered patio. The crew was very professional and any issues that popped up were quickly attended to. We were happy with their services and will continue using them.

I would highly recommend Pro Outdoor. We had misters installed and a problem developed the next day with the pump and the misters stopped working.. The problem was a faulty pump and nothing related to the installation. Josh and Jennifer were available immediately. I even received 2 calls from Josh on a Saturday afternoon as he was following up on the problem. First thing, Monday morning they arrived at our house with a replacement pump. Three days later, we had a visit from the head of their production department who was making an in-person check to insure all was working properly. Great customer service at a time when it was needed.

Great job from first call to finished misting system demo. Called, for a return call; then Josh called and he gave me a detailed rundown on what they would do for our home--he had already looked at the house on Google Map to develop cost estimate. Carl then came out and walked me through what they would do; gave a formal cost proposal; I accepted and then a day ater the company called and put me on their schedule for next week. Then technicians showed up on time (Carl arrived also with office manager) and the work was completed in about 5 hours. The system works great for our hot/dry climate...also full usage of our patio during hot time of evening! Superb company and people!

Pro Outdoor Services Review After buying our home in Scottsdale last year as a second home, we thought we could live with the poorly done outdoor BBQ/Bar/Fire-pit for periodic visits. But in May this year we decided to move here full time from Hawaii and knew this outdoor area was no longer livable. Having had Pro Outdoor Services install a misting system last year and found them to be very professional, cost sensitive with on time performance, we decided to go with them for creating a new outdoor entertainment area. I talked with Josh and he suggested several ideas. Then Shane and Jen came to review our area and made many suggestions that we d not even thought about. From there the design ideas just kept getting better and better Josh came to do a drone video and then proceeded to build a virtual design for us. Visiting their office and actually walking thru the virtual design of their vision of what we could have made us decide to proceed. Today we have what could be viewed as a remarkable transformation! Juan s team built the BBQ Island, the Chiminea, and a stone walkway. The shade sail proved both color and cooling shade. The final touch was Keith designing and forging wrought iron pieces for the mantel and two chiminea windows...a real touch of class. With all of these efforts in play and our occasional adds, Shane did a magnificent job of keeping it all moving along and solving any issues. He even found the chocolate flagstone for the chiminea seating! We have to say this outside area has become welcoming entertainment lanai! Highly recommend this team for your future work! I found them online - best find ever - Matt came immediately gave a fabulous overview of what was needed - extremely professional from estimate to install - best system w manifolds, new software box and 3 new valves and more importantly high end PVC pipes to last the longest - entire team was meticulous- even added low voltage lighting to save time and $$ if done down the road - entire job is gorgeous and I m over the moon happy !!! I hired Pro Outdoors with Terry Jones for a backyard make over. They were amazing from beginning to end. The longest part was the design (our fault- we changed our minds a few times) but once that was set they got to work fast. They were on time, courteous and hard working. I have used Pro Outdoor Services for irrigation installation and repairs several times. The only downside is their pricing and lack of comprehensive recommendations, so that I didnt get exactly what I wanted. This has gotten better over time.

After a bit of a rocky start getting an in-person on-site consultation, they ended up doing a great job! They showed up on time the morning of the install, and were efficient and professional. We love our patio misters, and would recommend Pro Outdoor Services.

They did a great job installing our misters and some outdoor lights for landscaping. They came by to do the maintenance and it was quick and easy. I did fall off their schedule initially somehow, so I had to call more than once to get it scheduled. But they were courteous, professional and quick to fix the issue. I highly recommend them.

As an Interior Designer I have worked with many Companies. I would NOT recommend this Company. I did not have a good experience with this Company replacing irrigation and remodeling a sand set paver driveway. This Company lacks communication between themselves and their trades. Their trades show up without any knowledge or direction of the job they are starting. Carl, the salesperson is great at selling themselves as a professional Company. He will say all the right things to earn the customers trust. They will not deliver the goods in the end. Josh the owner is very nice. Nice will not get a job done efficiently or well done. For that I m out!!

After shopping around a design and specs we had purchased elsewhere and numerous bids, we decided to go with Pro Outdoor Services for a complete front of our house overhaul. From the initial phone call we could tell that Josh (owner) knew what he was doing and seemed very professional. When they came out for the bid, Josh was polite, well groomed and very open to each and every suggestion we made. When the bid came back rather quickly (a few days) we found their pricing to be detailed, fair and reasonable. All of our wants were considered and a couple of fresh suggestions were made. Ultimately our project included full demolition of pony walls, curbing, grass and some walkway cement. We added travertine pavers, a new bench pony wall, irrigation, lighting, rip rap, granite rocks and new plants. Once we adjusted a few tiny details and decided to move forward, things moved quickly with great communication. Each day I knew what to expect and what phases were next. At the end of each workday, the job site was tidied and cleared for ongoing use by us. As the project progressed and small unexpected challenges arose, Josh handled each with grace under pressure and managed the changes well with his team. Also along the way, some new creative lighting ideas arose and I found Josh to be easiy to work with in adjusting or adding new elements. All in all we couldn t be happier with the final results. We finished slightly over budget and agreement only because we added a few extra lights as needed and a few more plants that enhanced the original design. I would recommend this company for any Scottsdale landscape design, hardscape, lighting, planting, irrigation work. Hope to use them again for the backside of the house.

Weve lived in our home for three years and the outdoor lighting in our backyard has never worked properly. I would recommend Pro Outdoor Services. I called Josh 4:30 PM on Tuesday afternoon to solicit a quote for a much needed irrigation system repair. Josh committed to have his estimator, Matt, there at 7:00 AM on Wednesday. Matt arrived at 7:00 AM and provided me a quote. I accepted the reasonable quote and Matt scheduled the repair crew for Thursday. The repair crew completed the repair as quoted the next day. As a follow-up, Matt came by on Friday to assure the system was working properly and to see if I had any questions...simply, an excellent customer experience.

Finding out that the old irrigation system isnt working in your newly re-landscaped lawn is never a good thing, especially at the beginning of summer. Pro Outdoor Services responded quickly to my initial inquiry, scheduled an evaluation for the first time available (within two days of initial contact, as it was Memorial Day weekend) and had the crew out the following day. The team worked efficiently, professionally and respectfully, even working with (and around) the landscaper and crew who were spreading gravel and planting. Having the peace of mind of a warranty on an updated system far outweighed friends suggestions of repairing it at a lower cost. We really dont know where to start in praising this company! They are a 10 STAR rating in our opinion. We had a large backyard renovation done in just a week, complete with 50+ new plants, new irrigation, lighting, new grass, fire pit area installed, pavers and everything that goes with that. Every employee was knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Even better than the great job they did, they were GREAT about communication. Josh, the owner, was very fast to respond to a quote request for a mister system. He give us an accurate estimate within about 15 minutes, and then installed 3 days later. He also gave us some recommendations for 4 cool effects that we hadnt even thought of, like foggers around the pool, 5 cluster nozzles over the lounge chairs, etc. The upgrades were only acouple hundred more and well worth it - so glad he recommended them! The crew was friendly, clean, and professional. The end result was beyond our expectations, and we couldnt be happier with our new mister system. This is the type of small business that you want to work with. I have already referred them to 4 people - highly recommend!

We were very happy with our experience with Luxe Outdoor Environments. We had our irrigation system replaced with sod installation this past month. The estimate was accurate, and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was most impressed by the communication during and after the installation of everything. My husband and I were both gone when they finished, and staff made two separate trips back to our place to show each of us how to run the irrigation system and check on how the sod was looking. Luxe Outdoor Environments recently completed a large project for us in Scottsdale. This included installing an irrigation system in the front and back yards; removing old turf, leveling portions of the back yard, and laying new turf; building a new concrete barrier around the grass area; and importing new granite. The finished project looks terrific! And Luxe Outdoor Environments provided great service. They scheduled the project around our needs. The crew was courteous, showed up and started work each morning at 7:00am just as promised, and cleaned up everything very well when they were done. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the project as promised in four days. The project leader also explained the new irrigation system and sod maintenance requirements clearly.
