I've been using Sean & crew for both lawn care and snow removal services at two businesses I manage. They tackled a huge brush and overgrowth removal and we are happy to be returning customers for another year with them! Brittney, the office manager is great to work with as well!

Sean & the others from Needham’s team made a beautiful, peaceful landscaped space in front of my home where there used to be rocks and overgrown bushes.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...my snow blower quit. stuck in 7 inches of snow in my driveway. I saw him plowing my neighbor. in desperation I flagged him down. Young man got out, helped push my car into my garage, so he could back drag my driveway. He didn't have to stop, he didn't have to help me, but he did. thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I will tell my friends, family, colleges this story. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. truly kind people. We need more of this....we do....

We have used several lawncare businesses for nearly 20 years, and needed a new service after moving here to Vicksburg last fall. Upon asking our electrician who we trust highly, for the name of good lawncare and landscaping service, he did not hesitate to recommend Sean Needham, both for lawn care and landscaping! Because we needed both services, we are so thankful we hired Sean almost immediately, and the next week his crew came out and did a professional job of mowing, trimming, and blowing our entire lawn in a timely manner, and we were not overcharged as we had become accustomed to in the past. We certainly look forward to Sean personally doing landscaping jobs we have waited patiently for, with the backlog of work that he and many Professionals were made to accumulate by order of our governor! Hopefully this helps others to know that there are good people like Sean Needham to hire, that they will be happy they called for all services they require from mowing, to landscaping, to snow removal, and for spring and fall cleanups. Take note of the reviews most recently here- as things have definitely changed with this outfit. We had been a long time customer (4 years?). We had a recent unfortunate event with debris from their mower shattering our back deck slider Pella door. While we understand this was 100% an accident, and had zero intentions of asking the company to cover costs, our experience with Sean’s reaction and handling to the issue was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional. The owner did not even feel it was necessary to make a visit to talk to us or see the damage. I have serious doubts that this outfit even carry’s the appropriate insurance. We are now very happily doing business with someone else. It seems as though the owner has forgotten he’s in the service industry. Needham’s lawn service: Keeeeep looking....

This was the most ridiculous, disappointing lawn care experience we've had in the two years we've lived in Galesburg. We had scheduled for the crew to come out on a Friday for a leaf cleanup, gutter cleanup, and removal of all of the debris. These terms were stipulated in a contract signed by both the company owner and myself. The first visit was relatively decent in that the crew did an excellent job of clearing the land of leaves with quality blowers. However, as we are invoiced for time spent on the property, I was extremely unhappy to see that the crew was taking very long breaks; they were smoking and sharing cigarettes amongst themselves *while* gathering the leaves; and, after blowing the leaves into a pile, they simply scooped up the leaves by hand, putting them in mere trash cans. I could have done that myself rather than pay high labor prices for someone else to do it. The assumption was that this company had high-powered, professional equipment to not only blow the leaves but also collect them to haul them away. As such, this lack of quality equipment doubled the amount of time it would have otherwise taken to collect the leaves. Furthermore, they forgot to blow out the gutters. Upon speaking with the owner regarding the gutters, he advised that he would return the next day or on that Monday to finish the job. Not only did no one show up on either of those days, but we didn't even receive any notification of any kind regarding rescheduling. Long story short, we tried rescheduling with the owner *seven* times just to get the gutters cleaned. Each time was more infuriating than the last in that, despite requests to keep us apprised of any scheduling changes, no one ever showed up to any of these appointments nor contacted us to let us know that the schedule had changed. Plus, the owner was beyond rude when responding to any inquiries as to why no one had shown up and requests to keep us updated. Due to the company's procrastination, countless delays not due to weather but instead due to plain apathy, and overall lack of communication, what could have been completed in a single day took *two weeks* to finish, just to clean gutters! Finally, one crew member showed up to complete the gutters. However, to our ever-increasing dismay, while the gutters were cleaned well, he left all of the leaves blown out from the gutters strewn about our lawn, rendering the first visit a complete waste of time and money. All in all, DO NOT hire this company. The lack of communication, work ethic, and basic customer service is appalling - in general, and all the more so as a first-time (and last-time) customer.

Sean and his crew are reliable, punctual and do excellent work in both lawn care and snow removal. I highly recommend for both business and residential.

My husband and I have had Sean and his crew take care of our lawn for the last couple years. The guys are always on time, and work quickly and efficiently. Its nice to have great service from a company that cares to do the job right. Thank you.
