The lawn was a hassle for me when my wife and I first moved in. It was full of weeds and not a pleasing shade of green. The first spring brought an eruption of dandelion blooms. A neighbor recommended Nature scape to me and I have never seen such amazing results. Within a short time I was actually proud of our lawn. I mow it myself so I know what an improvement it has been. Now I am the one who recommends Nature scape.

We used Naturescape years ago and had decent service. However this has changed. We were surprised to actually witness the kind work they do on our Ring cameras. We called to inform them of our dissatisfaction, and the woman on the phone was not interested in helping us. We informed her that their employee was on our property for less than 3 minutes and he did not even cover 30% of our lawn with their treatment. She said that the work he did was complete and she was happy to remove us from their customer list per our request.
I bought a house last summer and have been looking for lawn care service. Naturescape was recommended by a family member. When I called to set up the service, I spoke with a representative by the name of Elizabeth. She was very sweet and informative. I look forward to seeing the results of the service.

This "business" is unreliable and unresponsive. We were new customers and paid for the 5 treatment service. They have done 1 treatment, have never come out for touch ups like they said,and never ever returned messages. When I did speak to someone, I was given excuses. I have called several times to try and resolve the issue,but they never bothered to call back. If I could give zero stars,I would.

Charged me for two services that I never received. It was discovered they had the incorrect address on file. I was told that the managers were busy in meetings for the entire week but they would contact me the following week. It has since been two months and I still havent received a refund or heard from anyone. I called and was told the managers are still looking into it.

I am In Lombard (Illinois) and am using their 5 application Lawncare program. There satisfaction guarantee is a fake marketing. Calling them for 1 and half months, and every time they apologize and say someone will be here next week . It s weed all over my front and backyard (garden) . Called them again today in the morning but same answer. Very unprofessional
AVOID! They have zero management, zero staff, they outright lie and do shady business.

Right from the beginning they have been unprofessional at best. Aeration scheduled and they said they couldn t get into our yard and rove off so rescheduled. Then second application weeds did not die so we made a service call they didn t return until the third application. After that weeds still not dying so place led another service call and one week later not even curling up. Truthfully they weren t here long enough for our dog to bark at 7 am. Placed another service call and now waiting again for them to return. They are lazy and unprofessional. They ll be lucky if I pay for the aeration since I prepaid for the annual service.
I was very happy with my experience with Naturescape. My specialist was very courteous and answered any questions I had. The office staff was also very helpful when I had questions about my bill and took the time to explain each charge.
