Chris and his team went above and beyond my expectations, they completed laying sod in my backyard in a timely and productive manner. His crew did a great job I m completely satisfied and would recommend him to anyone that needs yard work, specifically putting down sod.

II just moved here from NC and travel frequently for work. I was in search of a new landscaper for my newly installed lawn. I called Chris and explained my situation - I was out of town but had a recently built house and needed the grass cut. The grass had only been laid about a month ago. Chris was very personable and professional. When I returned home, the yard looked fantastic. I have no complaints; he did an exceptional job.

I wish I would have never hired him!!! This individual has been fully paid for his services and is still harassing me. He was billing me through a billing system but he was taking my money through the Cash App. He told me not to worry that he s not good with this system but he knows I have paid him. I have sent him and his staff proof and still they are still harassing me. Do not hire him!!! If you look below, I even gave him a good review for his work, I don t get it?

I called Randolph s Lawn after reading through the reviews, seeing that they were very positive. I needed my lawn cut over the weekend. I asked if my grass could be cut tomorrow (on Sunday). Knowing that it was short notice, I wasn t even sure that that could be done. I was expecting a response of an appointment for next week, which would have been completely fine. However, I was told I could actually get it done today! That was really great flexibility on the business s part! Upon arrival, I was informed of everything that would be done with my property, and the price. I gave my approval, and the work was done. My yard looks AMAZING! This was the best experience with a landscaping company Ive ever had. Chris is a sweet guy, and I think his services are very fair. He is very knowledgeable and I could tell has been doing this for quite awhile. I contacted Chris Randolph, who is also the owner, and I called about a quote for a stump to be removed. He answered immediately and he was very transparent with everything. I already attempted to remove the large shrub/bush on my own, but I could not remove the last part of stump and roots because it was too stubborn. Chris was very sweet and offered to do the service for free and same day too! He was already so close-by and not much was remaining. He did not have to help me like that, so bless him for being so kind and willing to help. I will absolutely be hiring him for my future needs.

Chris Randolph did a wonderful job on my lawn! I called him yesterday and instead of telling me he was too busy he came out that day and didn t just give me an estimate and got to work. The service I had been use to was disappointing. When I heard the mower stop I went out to pay him. He told me, Oh no! I m not done yet. You can pay me after. Well he really took he time and was cheerful and happy. When he finished he wanted to make sure I saw his work. I was blown away. There were no leaves, no mess and my little dogs toys were lined up in a row on the table. For him to care about my little dogs toys when they were in his way, that was so kind. I stayed and stared at my backpack for a few minutes. It was beautiful.

Saw the work they did for my neighbor and I reached out They came and cleared my yard and did a fantastic job. My yard looked like a mini forest and they cleared it all. Nothing impresses my husband but he was impressed by how well they did our yard. I have more work to do and they are my go to for everything lawn related. Randolph did a very good job on mowing and edging. His prices are fair for extras...trimming, leaves and takeaway but it is all fair. He even used my smaller mower for my backyard because his were too big. I really appreciated that. He is kind and will work with people...

The project I had for the front and back yard was to eliminate one tree in the front yard and two in the backyard. Also add black edging around the rocks towards the front door which also had black mulch and 4 small bushes in the same area. I re-searched lawn services first and saw all the GREAT!!! reviews about Randolphs Lawn and Landscape Management. I was really blown away. I called them and spoke to Chris, I explained to him what I wanted. Then came out yesterday to take care of me and I have to tell you when Chris told me that they really take their time and dig out all the trees (I had irrigation around all 3 trees) and I saw firsthand they do take tender love and care in what they do. Once all 3 trees were removed and the irrigation capped off, dirt was put back into the hole and smoothed out it look smooth as butter (It really did :). They know what they are doing and it shows. Once they laid down the sod you really could not see where the trees actually was. I 100% recommend using Randolphs Lawn and Landscape Management!!!

Just had my yard serviced yesterday. Mr. Randolph and I did a complete walk through he wrote out everything in detail of what I wanted to happen. He gave me a 10% military discount and offered me an installments plan. When I left for work his workers were ready to get started. When I got home I was very pleased with the results. Looked like a whole new house. Thank you for the great work.

I used Randolphs Lawn & Landscape and started out great - then noticed that they were using the big riding mower in my back yard where I have a lot of landscaping and lights - they tore off 2 of my landscape lights from a retaining wall, broke multiple stepping stones, skewed the stones, pulled out a landscape timber completely from the ground with the rebar facing up then last straw while using edger, completely severed the cord serving the backyard lights - complained many times, yard guy didnt seem to care and no response from company. cancelled service first of november and JUST got billed for October on February 25 right before going on vacation which messed up my budget. Do NOT use if you have anything other than just plain grass to mow

We signed up for service and after our first mow, noticed a missed spot in the backyard (it is not a very level yard). We called the owner and he came immediately, took photos, and sent someone out right away to mow it again. Excellent customer service. We called and made a appointment with them and they were supposed to be at our house between 8-12 and they never showed up. We called again to see if there was a hold up and they had no record of our appointment but at the same time said that the man that made the appointment went on vacation and that was their excuse for no one showing. The sod installed was green and great quality, they laid high quality weed barrier in planter boxes, even repurposed some of my existing yard so that it wouldnt have been wasted. Randolph Lawn Services has cared for my lawn for about a year now. Theyre very reliable, the receptionist is very polite and helpful, and Chris is very active in addressing issues. Only problem I had was with my account not being on auto pay, that was fixed right away. The team that comes out to take care of the lawn come every 2 weeks around the same time. I havent had any issues with no one showing up, and its nice to have one less thing to worry about.

We have been a customer of Randolphs Lawn since moving to TX and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. They are always kind, courteous, fast, professional and on time. If anything comes up, they always call and let me know personally. The owner is very involved in daily operations, he personally came to my home to quote my monthly lawn care needs. I cannot say anything negative about this establishment. If I had someone to refer to their business, I would absolutely do so! They have easy payment methods and reasonable prices.

Review of Randolph s Landscaping in San Antonio, TX: Chris was up in our face / texting threatening and accusing us of all sorts of things including not paying the bill two days after we received it. He remembered the job was finished two months previously but failed to acknowledge or remember that we didn t receive a bill for over two months. We asked about the bill a month after he finished the job and then again. We had ongoing communication problems with Chris. For example what we asked him to do face to face wasn t always communicated to Susanne and Samantha, i.e. I would call and they would say that Chris hadn t told them. We had asked him to maintain our lawn and gave Randolph s landscaping specific instructions on what we wanted them to do. These instructions weren t followed and we had to reach out to the office on multiple occasions. Going forward sometimes what we requested was done and sometimes it wasn t, but we were still charged the same amount. We received multiple excuses from Chris and Randolph s as to why someone didn t show up when they were supposed to or something we requested didn t get done. I realize things happen in business, but not repeatedly. When we first met we told Chris that cost was important to us and I asked if he gave military discounts and was told: o That he gave a 10% discount for military and senior citizens. o The military discount wasn t given on the original estimate or on the final bill o Based on that, the bill should be $457 less than the total of $4,578.98 In Estimate 1351 he gave us specific instructions as to how to water and take care of new sod. I believed he should have known and followed the instructions. Some of our grass went into shock and died. I asked Moore Landscaping who installed the sprinkler system to come out and tell us why the grass seemed to be dying. He checked our watering schedule and asked who told us to water only one time per day and that new sod needed to be watered 3 times per day in order for it to take hold. He made the correction. We didnt find this out until several weeks after he sodded the yard.

Mr. Randolph has been paid in full, so Im not sure what he is talking about, although I spent several weeks trying to work things out with him. He was stubborn, lacked good customer service skills and refused to provide the VETERN / MILITARY / SENIOR DISCOUNT HE TOLD US IN THE BEGINNING. He claimed he reduced the estimate, but nowhere does it show on any estimate, bill or final statement. When we discussed the discount it was understood it was to be applied to the total bill and not just to the estimate. IF he did give us something off the estimate (there is no mention of it in any of the statements / bills I received), which I doubt it was not what he agreed to do and it appears from the way he changed us for future services he may have been trying to make up for what he claims to have given us off the estimate. When company / contractor offers a Military / senior discount it is off the total bill and not just the preliminary estimate. Honesty, transparency and follow through on promises and agreements are important to us. MR. RANDOLPH FAILED IN THIS AND IN OTHER AREAS. Mr. Randolph of Randolphs lawn & landscape is in accurate in what he states in his response. I wrote the review so that other veterans and prospect customers would be forewarned regarding the level of service he provides and how he follows up or doesnt follow up on his agreements. I complained on several occasions that his crew did not do what we had requested and sometimes didnt show up as scheduled. Secondly, rather than do a professional job they tried to get done fas quickly as possible and often didnt even blow off the front porch and side patio. We were very disappointed because the initial meeting I thought went very well and he promised much and seemed to be on top of everything...It is the age old story with some businesses...OVER PROMISE TO GET THE BUSINESS AND THEN UNDER DELIVER.

Mr. Randolph and his staff are great! I was referred to this company by a family friend and these guys dont disappoint. I moved into my first home in June of 2015 and the yard was a nightmare, Mr. Randolph came the next day and did a landscaping estimate and really worked with me on pricing. After that I started my grass cutting services with them and they do a great job and are out at my home every 2 weeks rain or shine like clockwork.

This is a great company! I normally do my own lawn but had a busy week and needed same day servive for a holiday dinner party. Theses guys said the Magic words no problem !. Honest prices from an honest company. Great lawn work too! Ill use this company any time i get too busy to get it done myself. There is a reason this lawn service is rated so high.

Unprofessional and Unreliable. Made an appointment for service; even confirmed the appointment the same day. They never showed up nor had the professional courtesy to call, cancel or reschedule. I called the office the next day and the receptionist did not make it any better. Her explanation was that the owner/person decided to go on vacation. I asked was it scheduled because I can understand emergencies, and she nonchalantly said oh yes, someone should have called. Totally unprofessional! Why confirm the appointment hours ahead of the scheduled time if someone was supposed to call or a supposedly scheduled vacation?! Would NEVER use this company nor recommend it!

Great service! Received a quote within 2 hours of calling. They were professional and gave me some different options that would fit within our budget. Had our front lawn done within 2 days and it looked great! I would definitely recommend.

Randolphs Lawn and Landscape sodded my entire backyard after my pool install. The pool company left a huge mess and Randolphs not only completed the project for half the price of other quotes, but brought high quality sod and completed it as promised. The crew was polite and efficient and were extremely hard workers. Ive never been so pleased!

Theses guys are my heros! They came in and took care of a problem area that looked like a nightmare in a matter of a couple of hours. I recommend them to anyone that needs help in a hurry! They are military friendly too!

I had a wonderful experience with this company! I had a significantly overgrown backyard due to over 6 months of neglect from after my father past. After no luck with many local lawn companys, Randolphs welcomed my business and efficiently worked with me to take care of mowing the lawns within 24 hours! Upon arriving, a crew of three men quickly mowed and edged the lawns within an hour. Very happy with the quality of the work and customer service. Would definitely hire them again!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had a tree that was over grown and ugly, they came out and trimmed it up in no time. My yard now looks neat and clean. I would definitely use them again!

They were efficient and made sure I was a happy customer. They offered advice on how to manage growing problems with my lawn. They are curteous and have reasonable pricing. I called Randolphs L&L Management for some very last minute lawn care request. Luckily, they were able to work me into their days schedule and tend to my lawn immediately. The quality of the work was great and over all customer service from this company has been awesome. We were looking for a one time cut but my overall experience has been so good that we are considering using this company all the time. Highly recommend.
