My name is Freddy Ingleton. I own a CUB CADET lawn tractor which stopped cutting the grass on Monday 5/27/24. CUB CADET co. advised me to call several service companies for warranty services. Turnpike Power Products and Emerich Sales /Service. Spoke with Turnpike co. for a while they never called me back as they said they would for repair and pickup. Called Emerich co.and left a voice-mail. NO RESPONSE ! CALLED MALIBU MOWERS ! Great communications and great services. Fixed my Lawn tractor in 5 minutes. THANK YOU JOHNNY ! I bought a new DR Power Edger mail order; used it twice & it would not turn off; releasing safety handle is the turn off method. I called DR Power directly for warranty repair. They referred me to John at Malibu Mower who assessed it and fixed it on the spot! He is very knowlegble and did superb warranty work even though I did not buy it from him. He also gave me valuable info on Generac generators and battery powered lawn products. He exceeded all expectations!!!

Absolutely top notch customer service. I was I need of a mower and was looking for some options especially since I know that gas mowers will no longer be available In the very near future. All of my questions were answer and I was treated amazing. The product has a great warranty. They registered the mower with the company for me and went above and beyond. A few days after getting the mower the owner followed up with me just to make sure I was happy with the electric mower. Although it s a little weird at first mowing with something that makes barely any noise, the mower is great. One more thing, I m an early riser and there s nothing like mowing your grass at 5:30am and you don t have to worry about the grumpy neighbor complaining. Thank you guys so much for a great customer experience.

My mower was well out of warranty and making grinding noises. Found Malibu on Greenworks website and gave John a call. Told him no rush on the repairs. He called me the next day with it completed. Not only did he replace the broken bearings, he sharpened my blade, gave the mower a good clean, and sent me pictures of all the crud I had built up inside. All for an affordable price so I didnt need to buy new. Excellent service, would recommend!

I recently purchased the GreenWorks 21 inch all-electric lawn mower and it worked perfect for my needs. I really wanted something lightweight and this mower is super light. It cut through my overgrown grass perfectly and is very easy to push, also has a self propel feature which I love. It folds up real neatly to store in the garage. I have some areas that the riding mower can t get to and this mower worked great. It comes pretty much fully assembled just needed to attach the handle. It s push button start so no more yanking on a cord. No more gas smell or having to run for gas in the middle of mowing because you ran out. And it comes with a great warranty. Malibu Mowers is a great local shop with sales people that can answer all your questions.

I own a Zero-turn riding tractor that not only had 2 flat tires, it was not cutting correctly. After calling quite a few places only to be told they didnt work on Troy-bilts, I called Malibu Mowers. John listened to my situation, said he and his brother Tony, could definitely repair my mower. All my interactions were professional, punctual and of top quality. I am very impressed with this product, the owner John is friendly and very communicative, he came by and demo the snowblower in the winter and I was sold on it, Getting my first battery powered snowblower this winter, also came by and demo the zero turn mower yesterday very impressed, quiet and fast. I have a Greenworks mower that was not running correctly. The manufacturer suggested I bring it to Malibu Mowers to have the warranty work done. John was nice and spoke with me in a very pleasant manor. We discussed what the problem might be. I was sure it was some part of the motor or battery system that was malfunctioning. John assured me he would take a look at everything and see what the problem was. I got a call from him a day later and he said he found the problem was a bent mower blade which was causing the grass to jam against the top of the case and causing the overload sensor to turn the mower off. He installed a new blade and tested the mower. He also powerwashed my mower to the point where it was so clean I could not pick it out on the repair room floor. I appreciate his efficient and thorough work and highly recommend Malibu Mowers.

This is my first time to be recommended by Greenworks with the repair claim to get my lawn mower repaired by this new Greenworks repair center in the Capital Region. In the past, it was difficult for the Greenworks products serviced in my area, because there was none official repair center. With the Malibu Mowers, it has changed the repair situation and makes it convenient for us, at least for me. When I first went there to drop off my broken lawn mower, it was a Saturday and John, the owner, was not there. The neighbor called him and he was back in a short time. I was warmly greeted by the neighbors and John;s father. I was happy that this family business is liked a neighborhood business, which tells me how good this repair man is and gave me confidence in him and his skill and his knowledge. It made me feel a sort warm feeing inside. John is very polite and knowledgeable about the Greenworks products and highly skilled in his trade. The following Monday, he called me to tell me what was wrong with my machine. One of the plastic parts inside was broken and the Greenworks does not have any spare part for it to be replaced. He arranged for a new mower to be shipped from the Greenworks to his shop on my behalf. Today I went there to pick up the new mower. He showed me what I needed how to take care of the new machine and what to avoid in using this. I was surprised he went even further for me that he already registered the new machine for me with the Greenworks. In short, my experience is one of the best repair experiences I have ever had and it was very efficient and detailed. It is truly remarkable that John put the customers and their needs first. I highly strongly recommend the Malibu Mowers to all the families and users of the Greenworks products. This is the very reason I left with him another product from my mom to be repaired there. My deepest gratitude and best wishes for John and his Malibu Mowers.
