Turfco Lawn Care in Schenectady

My family had a bad experience with Turfco. We pay for our service in full before the season starts. During the months of June/July our lawn was not treated. We called and let them know our lawn was loaded with weeds. The owner came out that week to treat our lawn. Then told us Turfco would be back every two weeks to treat our lawn throughout the remainder of the season. Unfortunately, Turfco never came back to treat our lawn. No service in September at all nor did they come back every two weeks as promised.

Always on time, always polite, always is ready to answer any questions. Knowledgeable and professional. I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. Would recommend to my friends and neighbors

The lady that answers the phone (who said shes the owners wife) is anything but pleasant when you call with a problem. I tried telling her there is weeds in my lawn and all she wanted to do was argue with me and lie to me. Mine and my neighbors lawn gets watered everyday and they are filled with weeds, they are not healthy and Turfco have been here 3 times so far this year. I asked if she could send someone out to address these issues, it took 3 phone calls and 10 days to get someone here. When I called to cancel my service I informed her that it was because of her that I was canceling. Once again all she wanted to do was argue. I don't recommend using Turfco, and ill be sure to let my experience be known.

The receptionist Pricilla was very courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. I am green on the subject myself and I don't know much about lawn care. Pricilla was able to walk me through some services I was considering and introduced me to others I had not considered and really helped me weigh my options. She was very patient with me I felt a little bad for tying the line up. There was no hidden information or fees she laid everything out very straight forward and clear on everything I needed to know. It means a lot to me to have great customer service as I feel often you don't have that. Thank you Pricilla for making my day and helping me find the right fit for my lawn care.

Great company! The woman in the office was polite & very accommodating to my needs. The technician that came out couldn't have been nicer. He seemed very knowledgeable and I had no issues with the service provided. Would definitely use them again.

Such an amazing business. So happy to have chosen turfco lawn care. I want to give a special thanks to the girl in the office who thankfully dealt with us while making the appointments and rescheduling with understanding and care, it’s nice when companies care about their customers! I have never been happier with how my yard looks !!! TurfCo has completely changed the way my lawn looks. The front desk Lady Pricilla is so nice and responsive, she answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. The technician that came out was also very informative on the procedure and after care. I would highly recommend TurfCo for all your lawn care needs 10/10!!!

My family has been with this company for over ten years. This year we were called by the office for our HOA bill asking for payment. They had already been paid in full and cashed the check. This happened then again, with our personal home. They called looking for payment and the check had been cashed two months ago. Upon calling the office the lady that answered the phone couldn’t understand why we were upset that this had happened twice. She said, “don’t worry, I’m not the one upset, you’re upset and I don’t understand why.” When my husband asked to speak with the owner he was told maybe the owner would call you back today or sometime next week. What if we hadn’t checked our invoices and sent another check? We were just calling to make sure that Dave, the owner is aware this is happening.
