AL'S Landscaping in Schenectady

After reading the comments from his client they are very happy with his work. The only disgruntle comments are from non-clients that called for work or estimates to get done. Al was not available, and the people left negative reviews. Being a fellow Lawn Care and Landscaping business. People need to understand is that we are unable to provide estimates or work for every one that calls. We do our best to help everyone. Unfortunately, we are not superheroes.

Al's Landscaping does beautiful work. They did exactly what was discussed for a reasonable price. Al and his crew were punctual, cleaned up the work site when done, and finished ahead of schedule. It was a very positive example.

Al planted and trimmed some trees and added rocks to my landscaping. I was very happy with the job and it looks beautiful! He also went to my mom's and added rocks to her rock garden as well. We were both pleased and would recommend him. Thanks AL your the best! See you next year.

I called to get a quote. The guy who answered the phone did not have the time and care to answer my questions. Then I wonder why he even answers the phone in the first place. If you have a business make time for newcomer clients!!! Terrible side manners and need lessons on customer care.

Reliable and prompt service. I’ve hired Al for both landscaping and plowing. After a pool was removed, he filled in the dirt, leveled it and planted good quality grass. You would never know there had been an above-ground pool in that spot. I watered as he instructed and he came back to check on it and fill in patches, which proves good quality control, all for a reasonable rate. He’s very passionate about his work and takes great pride, which translates into a job well done. He’s very responsive for plowing. I’ve used him for the past three years and he always comes as soon as he can, and if needed, more than once. One must be patient because not everyone can be first, but he does his best to get to each job in a timely manner and the driveway is clean when he is finished.

Contract actually means you're supposed to fulfill the agreement. In this case, this company couldn't handle their contracts and didn't know until the morning of a 2 day snow storm. Left a residence with an elderly stranded with 14 inches of snow covering the driveway! No notice prior to the storm that they had too many contacts! I want to give 0 stars but that's not an option...

Couldn't be happier!!! Our landscape was neglected for years. Al came in. He did a very thorough cleanup,pulled many overgrown bushes,then helped me pick out new bushes and flowers. He even brought me to the nursery and got a discount! After preparing my yard,he put in stones and mulch and made a beautiful design. After seeing how nice everything looked,I decided to have him replace some old patio blocks in my back yard. Again, Al helped me choose new paving block,picked them up,and went to work. In just a few days he was finished! Fantastic job,I would highly recommend!

EXCELLENT! So very pleased with Al and team. Their work ethic is superior. Al is an artist and dedicated to fulfilling his clients “vision”. Was also impressed by every team member as they are equally hard working, conscientious people. Al and team are perfectionists. Very highly recommend!!
