Naturescape has done an job on our lawn. The fertilization schedule has keep our lawn green for most of the summer and their weed treatment has kept our lawn almost 100% free of weeds especially the pesky thistle.

Best service ever!

I have been a customer with them for the last 7 years. All I can say is the service has declined drastically and the fertilizer/weed control applications have not been very effective for the last 2-3 years. The price has also increased over $100 these past few years when there are many competitors that are much cheaper. They always leave my gate open and break at least one thing in my yard every year cause they do not pay attention when dragging the hose through the yard (landscape lighting, gutters, etc...). They did reimburse me the first few years for the broken stuff, but the past few years they either ignore you or promise a free application of bug or mosquito control, but they never come hoping you forget about it. The last straw was when I paid extra for tree/shrub fertilizing and 2 of my bushes died from it. I have moved on to another lawn care service and will not be a returning customer.

I have used this service for several years after trying others with limited success. I recommend you get a quote from them and if it meets your budget I feel they will fulfill your needs.

Weve used the aeration and overseeing service for many years and have been very satisfied. Only glitch this time was they did our neighbors house not ours. After a call, they did come out a week or so later and did ours

Naturescape skipped an application 2 years ago resulting in a major infestation of the yard, with significant die off. They realized their mistake and reseeded. after 2 years the yard is close to being back to where it was before the problem.

Their product works....I havent been plagued with mosquitos since using their service.

I used to have so many weeds and dandelions in my yard. Since hiring NatureScape, my yard looks so much better.

We ve lived in our home over 15 years and have been fighting creeping Charlie. After one season of nature scape it s gone and our lawn has never looked this great! I like how you can get a hold of them on the phone, and any issues they take care of them right away. I highly recommend this company!

I ve been using Naturescape for years now and I ve never had an issue with any of their services or products. As a matter of fact, I actually stopped the service one year to save a couple of bucks. Bad idea, I immediately had dandelions. Called Naturescape and asked them to come back. The next year the weeds were gone. I live adjacent to a wetlands/prairie grass area and there are weeds everywhere out there. Not on my property. Naturescape rocks!

3/2021 Only called on the phone for a quote. Higher than other companies.

Weeds, crabgrass, and dead grass patches from where my lawn was sprayed (weeds remain) and I have a small lawn! Each time I called to complain about this I was told that I was due for my application but nobody ever came out to inspect that the issue was corrected or offered extra applications if needed. This last time I called because my lawn was looking terrible and was told it appeared that I had not had a treatment for quite a while. No kidding! Even their technician stated my weeds have really progressed. Again, no kidding! Ive had to contact the Schaumburg store with complaints about the lawn service every year for the past 3 years. I use a few of their services but I dont get the impression they truly care about my satisfaction as they like to state over and over. Ive learned my lesson and hope you take this as a warning before spending your money.

I ve used this company for years and the last 3 years have been terrible. I ve had tons of crab grass and weeds. I would call to have my yard re-sprayed but the crab grass and weeds remained. It seemed that the back of my yard was really bad almost as if they weren t spraying the whole thing. I was home from work the one day so I watched the guy literally go around the perimeter and leave! I was extremely disappointed. I paid for the year upfront and trust the people would do the job they are paid for! I called to complain but at that point it was already the end of the season so not much improvement to my lawn! I am done with them!

This is the second year of using Naturescape for mosquito control. Last year, in August, we were very happy that we could sit on our patio in the late afternoon without getting eaten alive by mosquitos!

Terrible lawn service company. I have used them on and off before and have had them for 4 years now. Their quality is poor, my lawn has gone thin, has weeds, they dont come out to service unless you call them. I will not recommend them.

They burned my lawn completely. The manager is trying to make it right but still burned my lawn. I have to pay to pull all the dead grass and reseed. Very bad experience.

If I could rate this company lower than 1 star I would. We have been a customer for several years. Over the last three years, service has declined dramatically. My lawn looks terrible, I have weeds all over the place and they are NOT responsive to my calls for additional service. I finally cancelled them and went with a competitor of theirs. Naturescape is cheap, but you get what you pay for: a poorly managed lawn, poor service, lack of responsiveness. If you want your lawn ruined..hire them.

They have always done right by me. My lawn looks great.

Do not use this company if you want your lawn looking good. It takes them 3 weeks to come out and and spray your lawn for weeds. I called them and they said they would be right out. After waiting 2 weeks I called again and the manager said I am sorry but I did not have any one in the area. Their customer service is horrible. My lawn looked good before my vacation but when I came back it had weeds.
