Joe Pharon came right when I finish mowing the back lawn. Thats where I have a problem with Creeping Charly. He gave the lawn a good spraying paying particular attention to the Creeping Charlie weed, now whose vines having been just cut to suck up the weed killer. I feel that will be the best chance of getting rid of that weed. Joe was patient, attentive, and very polite with me. A great representative of yout organization.

KALEB WOW! This young man impressed me beyond words. Knocked loud, waited and presented himself in a warm, inviting and professional manner with a handshake (which most young men have forgotten). I so appreciate that Weed Man made sure that ANY technician first knocks so that if I have 2-3 simple questions, they are best answered in person and that s what Kaleb did. Kaleb had a very calming, confident, charming and pleasant demeanour and his answers to my questions were clear, concise and very simply stated for me to understand. Kaleb had many suggestions and, it was definitely because of his whole persona, I agreed to aeration and overseeding along with grub application (especially since Mr.Raccoon loves my grass). Kaleb didn t take more than 5 minutes talking with me and never rushed our conversation; in fact, Kaleb was funny, engaging, empathetic and maintained his professionalism. Kaleb processes all the skills and attributes that will serve him well in the future. I really enjoyed speaking with Kaleb and if you can give him all my service contracts, really, I would welcome that in a heart beat!!!

VIM from the Scarborough office, Supervisor came yesterday, Sept 11 to analyse our lawn that we had a problem with. He resolved the problem to our satisfaction. Vim was friendly, knowledgeable, great listening skills, and positive attitude. He took the time to listen as we are seniors and he was like a breath of fresh air compare to so many service people.

Thank you Jennifer for listening to me and resolving my issues. Extremely disappointed with this company. I thought after calling several places for weed control, this company had the best up front pitch but unfortunately it doesn t carry through after you pay for the service. First of all, I was never notified on their arrival as promised and just as I was about to cut my grass, they showed up unexpectedly. Also, the treatments I had paid for were supposed to be spread over the course of several weeks but were done all at once. When I called to speak to someone about this, I interacted with Naomi, who kept interrupting and spoke over me as I tried to convey my concerns. This company needs to do better! Once my lawn treatments are complete (which I think they are since they did everything at once!) I ll be looking elsewhere for my future lawn needs.

A gentleman who was showed up in my property for servises was knowledgeable, polite and patient. He was listening to me with the new issue raised by my lawn, he called the center to resolve the ptoblem, also sprayed weedlkiller properly and patiently, I was happy with his job. His name was Joy.

This is the first time I am using Weedman in quite a few years and I have to say that they have really stepped up their game. The technicians they send out are always pleasant and friendly and I love that you can call or text them anytime to get your weeds under control, free of charge even if its not youre not scheduled for an application for a while. Every time I call them I get very friendly customer service reps, especially Savannah, who has to be the most chipper and friendly rep, I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with on the phone. I have used Weed Man for 2 years now - I have not needed to spend any time on weeding my lawn! They also aerate and overseed and fertilize the lawn, which makes my life so much easier. All I need to do is mow and water (as needed)! Since using them, 2 of my neighbours noticed how great my lawn looked and now they use Weed Man too! Communication is easy - if I need another application of weed spray, fertilizer or even over seeding, I just send them an email and they respond within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

In spite of repeated reminders folks are not visiting to control the weed. They said that if you find weed, we will respond immediately to spray multiple times until the weed is controlled. However after getting the money, no one visits to control the weed in spite of repeated reminders as per their commitment. They need to improve their commitment, promises to obtain customer satisfaction.

Have been using the service for over 21 years. Why do I stick with this company this long? Well they re all the same but this one seems to get newer technologies to the market. Their current weed killer has been working reasonably well for a few years. I think it s the same stuff as Scott s weed-b-gon. Technicians are a bit rushed but if you are around when they do the application, that helps.

What a great service, well worth it. They message customer ahead one day before arriving, they leave invoice in mailbox and they put up the caution sign on the lawn. I have a new lawn that was put in last year and it was already being grown in with weeds and had some brown patches. For the first time ever I hired someone for added lawn care and Weed Man is entirely worth it. Weeds are under control, the lawn patches have filled in, and it looks better than it has in years. It is worth the investement, especially if you have pets that enjoy running and laying down in grass, and to keep cool.

Lawn looks good after a couple of years of Weedman applications. Last round of application missed the backyard, but once alerted Weedman quickly came back to apply. They have also been understanding with price adjustments to help us continue to afford their rising costs.

This is by far the WORST experience ive had with any service company - here is a quick rundown : their techs came to my door asking if id be interested in their services and i agreed to their weed control program - after their first visit i was asked if id like their aerating and over seeding service so i called to get details and i was told id have the best looking grass on the street and i could call them back if i didnt see results so i signed up - their techs came to aerate and seed and my backyard looks just like it did before i got their service , it looks like they only seed one section and left the rest - when i called for an inspection their manager came and started to give me a lecture on how this is a process and i have trees in the back and theyre sucking all the nutrients which is why my grass is not growing , she also tried to tell me how if i want to loose weight i cant loose it overnight so the same applies to grass growth - HOW PROFESSIONAL and then i was told theyll come back to add some more seed to my back yard as if theyre doing me a favor - they also damaged my landscape lights which they said they will credit back but apparently they are still processing it - i have reached out to Weedman corporate head office to escalate this further

One star reduction due to failure to provide the pre-purchased additional services (crab grass and aeration) on time and now I have to wait until end of season until these are done... wasting my opportunity to recover this part of my landscaping this year.

Consistent and effective in general. A few improvements could help. Often the weeds along the edges are not taken care off properly and I have had to call and remind them more than once before the job is done.

Vast improvement in my lawn since signing up for service. Its a steady improvement, meaning you have to stay with it. Your lawn wont miraculously look better after 1 application, after a couple of years I can see the results. Company fairly easy to deal with and will re-apply if necessary or if you ask. Also you get text messages before each application and the people treating the lawn will follow your instructions if certain areas need more treatment or care. Overall pleased with the service and my lawn looks much better. They offer more services as well and are pretty flexible with their pricing.
