Paradise Lawns in Sayreville

I’ve called multiple times and even saw the owner face to face but couldn’t get an estimate for lawn care for whatever reason.

broke my window covers while weed whacking. no apology, just a lot of confused looks and "I'll call my boss". bad work.

We have been using Paradise Lawns for the past year and they do a fantastic job. Perfect cut and edging of our lawn and they also prune the bushes and trees for us. I’m picky about how the bushes are shaped and they prune them exactly how I like. The crew works quickly and efficiently and they leave no mess behind. They are respectful of my property. I have in ground lawn sprinklers and their machines have never damaged them. Prices are affordable as well. Owner is responsive to phone calls. I would highly recommend this company!

I did not utilize this service. As I was getting breakfast at the Manhattan bagel in Sayreville, they were cleaning the parking lot. Two men with blowers clearing the parking lot left my vehicle full of dirt and debris. I asked them if I could speak with their boss. They pointed me to the phone number on their truck to speak with their boss. I left a message and called twice to see if the owner would rectify the situation. Maybe offer to get my car washed for their workers negligence. Been three days now and no response from owner or business.

Paradise Lawns does the snow plowing for the condo development where I reside. They do a great job, however my review is not about that... During the last storm one night in February, one of their plow trucks inadvertently damaged my car in the parking area. The drivers were reluctant to accept responsibility and rather than give me their pertinent information, they put me on the phone with their boss, Tom. We talked and with the storm still raging and his men and himself needing to get back to the plowing at hand, we agreed to follow up in the next day or so. I hung up expecting the worse, expecting deniability and refusal for the damage. The following day I sent Tom a video and pictures of the damaged car and informed him I would get an estimate. Here's the rub! There was no push back from Tom. He was courteous, professional, prompt and fair to a fault. He preferred to not go through insurance if the damage was minimal. The repair was $645. All he asked was for a second opinion from another source than my dealer. I explained my preference for having the work done by my dealer on my muscle car rather than an independent shop. Again, Tom was reasonable. Long story short, I had the repair done, sent Tom the receipt as he requested and I received the reimbursement check immediately from him. I believe the character, service and reputation of a company reflects that of its owner/manager. I can only give rave reviews to Paradise Lawns for the way Tom handled the situation. I am sure anyone doing business with them would receive the same qualities as I did. I wholly recommend doing business with them!

Tom was very friendly and professional. I called late in the season for a spring clean up and he not only came over the next day to look at my property, which is quite large, but said he was open later in the day and sent his guys right over. They did an amazing job! I would recommend him to anyone needing any type of lawn and maintenance service

Tom is a pleasure to deal with. His prices are extremely reasonable. Would recommend his company to anyone. His workers are very courteous and respectful to my property.
