Tree masters did a great job for us! Professional and careful. Took down a huge tree before it fell on the house and did an excellent job trimming trees overhanging the house.

Weve had the leaningist tree since weve moved to The Landings. The tree was almost entirely hanging over our home. Treemasters worked with TLA to get a permit to remove the tree. Once the permit was granted Treemasters arrived within 24 hours! Removed the tree (very acrobatic!) without issue and ground the stup. Neat, clean and courteous. HIGHLY recommended!

Lance and his Team worked hard to leave my property just as it was when they arrived. This is no easy feat, as they removed 14 trees, and limbed the canopy of many more. He has the correct equipment, enters the property with a plan, and comes away with a well executed result!

I was quoted a fair price and agreed to the work. They were able to do the job only a couple days later which was great. The team were efficient and clean. They even moved my plants in containers to prevent damage. Even though this was a tricky spot to remove trees and they had to use my neighbors yard, the job was done very well. My problem is with the customer service. I informed the owner I d be paying with a credit card as I prefer to pay a small fee and accumulate sky miles on my card. I assumed I d paid my balance and all was well. Not a week later, I receive a threatening message from the owners wife stating I still owe the balance and that they d turn it over to debt collectors if it was not paid. I checked my statement and realised it had not gone through. I explained this error and within an hour I had redone the payment. Mind you in this same week, we had a tropical storm come through our area. I did not receive one courtesy reminder they had not received payment, instead I received this threatening message. Rude people I will not work with again or recommend.

We had a very large dead tree with a substantial lean over plants we did not want destroyed. After Tree Master was done you could not tell that they had been here - except the tree was gone. Good price, excellent workers, and very respectful of the property.

Tree-Masters Savannah brings an entirely new level of tree removal service to the industry. With surgical precision, better safety for climbers and better protection for shrubs and property on ground, they use a new $800,000 crane with a telescopic arm to position a climber at top of tree - who then ties the tree trunk with chains before cutting so the crane gently and safely removes tree trunk, section by section. The crane is operated using a $16,000 high-tech remote control to ensure maximum visibility. Equally important, no chippers are used to grind the trees (which are noisy to neighbors, dangerous, often need repair). A new Tree-Masters truck with a crane and claw grabber picks up/hauls away the tree that has been cut up on ground. Was impressive to watch the entire team in action and the speed, safety and expertise they bring to this high risk profession. Excellent communications skills by all crew members and the best, newest equipment used in all processes.

The logistics of it all went flawlessly and when they were done with the job, the property was spotless and they even rinsed off the driveway when they packed everything up. Great company with the expertise, experience, and equipment to get the job done. We had a very dead and difficult to access pecan tree directly over power lines. Too dead to climb. Other companies literally couldn t do it because it takes hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment and decades of know-how to do jobs like this safely.

Woking with Tree Masters of Savannah was an absolute pleasure. I called for an estimate and Lance came out that day. He walked my yard and gave me the lay out of what needed to be done. I found the estimate was very reasonable. On the day of the job, the team of pofessionals arrived on time. The crew worked very hard and was so pleasant to work with. I was impessed with the fact that they moved my patio funiture so it would not be damaged. The job was done in a timely fashion and they left my yard in amazing shape having removed 5 large trees, grinding the stumps, and trimming severeal other trees and my large hedge of ligustrum. I recently contracted with this company to remove 3 large trees from behind my house. From beginning to end, they showed up as promised and on time. My project required coordination between the city and AWS, which was challenging but they made it all happen as planned. I would hire them again as they do a wonderful job. Afterwards, they cleaned up the area and you would have never known they were there!

Tree Masters recently removed 12 very large pine trees from my property that were too close to my home. They did an amazing job...professional, the best equipment, and very responsive. Prior to hiring them for this big project I called them to have a large hanging limb removed from a tree after the last tropical storm. Tree Masters called me back immediately and took the limb down a few days later. I highly recommend Tree Masters!!! (my next door neighbors were so impressed that they also hired them to take down 6 large pines trees from their property)

We just had Tree Master Inc. of Savannah GA remove 8 pine trees from our yard. I was so impressed. They showed up with two crews on Saturday morning and had nearly all 8 trees down in one day. Mike, Lance, and the entire team did a fantastic job cleaning up our palm trees, cutting down water oak, and trimming ligustrum. Mike called the night before to confirm their arrival and let us know approximately how much time it would take to complete the job. Recently had one very large oak and another TRULY large oak (that was both overhanging and undermining our home) removed (unfortunate, but unavoidable). Tree Masters responded promptly with state of the art equipment (that in and of itself was quite impressive) and a workforce that was appropriate for the task and obviously well trained, competent, and also polite and considerate. Great care was taken to avoid damage to a recently upgraded lawn and avoid damage to sprinkler heads. The work was accomplished very efficiently and the cleanup afterwards was really amazing. Am very sad that the trees had to be removed but was extremely satisfied with the services provided by Tree Masters.

They removed a large tree, stump removal, trimming, and removed Moss from five large oak trees. They were here promptly at eight in the morning and worked hard thru out the day. The roof, patio, and yard were immaculate upon departed. Would highly recommend.

I could not say enough GOOD things about this company! We had a nightmare of a tree that needed to be taken down after it split in half 30ft up and landed partly in another pine tree - hanging over 3 sets of power lines. We had 12 companies in total come out to look at it. Only 2 agreed to complete the job, 10 left saying it was way too dangerous. We are so grateful to TreeMasters Inc for coming out and completing the job in less than half a day with a MORE than reasonable price tag (the other company wanted more than ($10,000). TreeMasters Inc showed up on time with more than enough equipment, staffing, and completed the job as safely as possible while also staying affordable. If you are ever in need of a tree company, these are your people. They were all so professional and friendly. They worked with Georgia Power on getting the power turned off/on. I had two large sweetgum trees which were struck by lightning, one of which had large cracks and was leaning towards a neighbors home. Needless to say, they needed immediate attention. My lot was covered with huge old pine trees that were dangerously close to the house. Owner came out the same day I called and provided a written quote and then processed permits with HOA the very next day. It was a large project taking a crew of eight men 3 full days. These guys did an awesome job and worked great together as a team. They were knowledgeable and efficient with their time and skills. From quote to clean up the process was seamless and professional. Tree Masters did an exceptional job tackling a large but delicate tree removal project for us, removing 15 trees in very close proximity of our home. Many of these trees were over 100ft tall and were beginning to lean perilously over the home. We observed a pine tree dying in our yard and called Treemasters. They came immediately, diagnosed the problem as pine beetles and removed 8 pine trees. They arrived with state of the art equipment, friendly hard-working professionals and when the work was completed, they cleaned up the whole property and even washed the driveway. I totally recommend Tree Masters as they are a great full service tree maintenance and removal company! Mike and team are amazing experts in their field and they utilize the best equipment and personnel for efficiency AND safety (for themselves as well as their clientele and property). Mike and Tree Masters have handled our tree maintenance several times but this recent service a few days ago was very unique. During the initial inspection to give us recommendations and a quote for services, Mike motioned for me to come over to him in the rear corner of my backyard. He pointed to a bare spot on this very tall pine tree many feet above the ground (Not visible from normal Observations). Looking closer you could see a rotted area close to the spot. The tree was actually leaning a little in the direction of the roof of my house and our second story master bedroom! Mike explained that the tree could break and fall during high winds and could indeed crash over our house ! He and his great crew scheduled the tree removal and other maintenance in short order and luckily I am still here to write this recommendation !! Absolutely MIKE and TREE MASTERS the best !!! They did exactly what we asked, they were prompt and they double checked to make sure they got everything we requested -- and when we asked for a couple of other things they readily took care of it. Ive contacted this company on two different occasions to get work done on my trees. Both times they said they would be in contact and both times they have failed to contact me.

Very unprofessional. They give you a good quote for tree removal but treat customer poorly. Since they are an established business they act like they dont need your service. Make you wait for days to return your call to set up a schedule. Was told just wait for our call whenever we are available to set up a schedule , 3 days and still havent heard anything back from the owner. I gather pay someone more but care for customer.

This company was very easy to work with. I called and they came right out and gave me a quote. They got all the approvals needed. They came they day they said they would to start taking down several large pine trees that were leaning towards my home. There crews were hard working and none stop. I definitely got my moneys worth. They were extremely careful in not damaging my lawn. When they were done they cleaned up everything and you would not have know they were there; except the sun now shines on my house. 110% recommend their service.

Our property was over grown and had large pine trees that were huge and crowding out the live oaks. Have used Tree Masters in the past. Always the the first company to call for cutting or trimming trees or large bushes. Mike gave us a detail quoted and then on the day the crew arrived went over the entire job with me and the crew. Job was completed to my satisfaction , cost was very reasonable and best of all the crew was very considerate and careful in their work including the cleanup which consisted of the removal of all cuttings, sweeping the driveway, and blowing off the roof. On Easter Sunday I had a tall pine tree that was splitting and posing a danger to my house. I called Tree Masters Easter Sunday morning and Mike responded quickly to my call, came with a crew and had the tree cut down by early that afternoon. They returned early the next morning in the rain to haul off the tree and clean the debris.

There are so many different tree companies that work in the Landings and I am grateful that we found Treemaster! Our neighbors were having their trees cleaned up and it looked SO fabulous that I walked over to meet who was doing the work. We hired them to come to our yard the next week even though I was going to be out of town! My husband and I showed Mike everything we wanted and listened to his good suggestions about cleaning the debris out of the oaks. They took down four big pines that threatened the house, cut back branches that were hanging over the house, lifted some branches that blocked our view and generally made everything look neat. Every time I called home my husband would say, Youre going to love it, and he was right! The branches Mike had cut away were artistically thinned out with an eye for keeping the beauty of the canopy! Soon afterwards we had a big storm and our yard wasnt even trashed the next morning! When the insurance company said months later that there were some little branches over the edge of our porch and if we didnt cut them right away we would lose our policy, Mike sent his boom truck over promptly with his team and didnt even charge us! Now thats service! What a nice experience with a team of professionals all around! (Limbs used to block this view and now we can see with the character of the trees still intact!)

I chose to use Tree Masters services after reading several positive online google reviews, and I was not disappointed. We had a tree split on its own and knock out power lines on a Sunday night, leaving half of the tree standing haphazardly. I contacted Tree Masters on Monday morning to explain our situation, and Mike was on site to assess the scene and provide a quote within an hour. Pricing was reasonable, and we were able to schedule the service for the following day due to the urgency of the situation. The team at Tree Masters worked to remove a total of 6 trees efficiently and quickly, and hauled away all debris leaving little clean up for us. Very pleased with the entire experience and could not recommend Tree Masters enough for anyone in need of professional tree removal.

A team of gentleman showed up promptly to our home the day of service. They were all skilled and knowledgeable. They removed 6 trees, grinded stumps, and trimmed numerous other trees. They even removed debri from a previous tree company. They were fast and efficient. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend using this company. They did a superb job and left our residence looking cleaner than it was when they arrived. We will be calling them for more services in the future!

I have used other Savannah tree services in the past, but Tree Masters is by far the best. The work I had done was quite extensive and while one team worked in a bucket crane, another team climbed into the tree branches to take it down. The stump grinding machine was brand new and very effective. We had several trees thinned and Spanish moss removed. They did a beautiful job. Clean up was similarly efficient and very thorough. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Tree Masters!

Mike and his crew were highly recommended by our landscaper, and Im glad we took the recommendation! Mike was quick to come out and give us a quote, and his price was very fair compared to other companies. On the day of the job, the whole crew was here early in the morning (just after sunrise) and everyone was friendly and professional. They walked the property with me before getting started to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted to get done. As soon as we finished walking the property, they fired up their saws and got to work. Mikes team did truly exceptional work. They got everything done that Mike had promised in his quote, and then some. The crew boss (Jason) was cutting down a couple pines that were leaning toward our house when he spotted a water oak (also leaning toward the house) that he thought might be a problem for us down the road. He stopped what he was doing to come find me and tell me his concerns with the tree. He recommended cutting it down and I said yes. Once the tree was down, we found the entire center of the tree was rotted out, so it probably would have fallen during the next bad storm. I cant thank Jason enough for spotting this tree before anything bad happened. Im not sure how many tree removal contractors would have volunteered to do this in the middle of a job, but it really showed how good of guy Jason is, and how good of a company Treemasters is. Among the many trees and branches they removed, there were two 80 ft walnut trees in the front of the house. They took those down handily, only leaving behind a few very small indentations in our yard, which I assume are impossible to avoid with trees that large. A couple bags of topsoil is all Ill need to level things back out. Once all the trees were down the crew did an excellent job of picking up the mess, and cleaning up all of the leaves and debris. It sounds cliche, but when they left, it looked like they were never there (except for the missing trees!). I was very impressed with the whole job, and Im definitely going to have Mikes team come back at least once more this year to remove more pine trees from the back yard. Treemasters Inc. Savannah just completed cleaning out the canopy for 8 large Live Oaks, as well removed a very large Live Oak that was literally laying on the roof. It is amazing they removed it from the house without using a crane or damaging the roof. Lets just say, I am more than extremely pleased with their performance, as the final product looks amazing. The only way anyone would know a tree service had been at the house today, would be their ability to smell freshly cut wood; their final cleanup was very thorough and left no trace. The team was on-time and immediately confirmed their understanding concerning the scope of work. Each team member was very professional, extremely hard working and you can tell immediately that they have a great Team mentality, as they worked great together. Tree Masters did an excellent job cutting down two pine trees and two sweet gums. One huge pine tree sat right between us and our neighbor 10 feet away. The pine was 36 inches at the base and towered above both roofs, with no access for equipment. The crews climbed the tree and methodically and safely took down the tree piece by piece.. Job well done. No damage and clean up was also well done. Their people and equipment were tops!

Wow, these guys are absolutely great! We had a 100 pine taken down which after the hurricane was leaning towards our house and decided to have it removed. This crew not only did it in a very safe/professional manner, but did a very thorough job of cleaning up with absolutely not damage to our lawn or shrubs!!!

They did an excellent job of removing an unsafe and hollow, approximate six foot diameter, oak tree and some smaller trees on our property along with grinding of the stumps, all for a fair price. And they did a very complete job of removing all the debris and cleaning the roof of the house next to the removed tree, thus leaving all in a much better condition than when they arrived. They appeared to have the latest in newer equipment, to do the job in a safe and efficient manner and without tearing up the adjacent lawn turf. Their expertise in tree knowledge and removal techniques was very evident.

I hired Treemaster, Inc. for the first time in late July, 2017, and I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone who needs tree work at their home or place of business. Owner Mike Schuman called me back as soon as I first phoned his business -- several other companies failed to respond at all but both Mike and his wife responded to all my phone and email contacts asap. Mike S came to my Savannah home the same day I first phoned, looked over my lot and provided a very reasonable written estimate for the work I requested. The next week, he and his large work crew came to the house and did absolutely everything requested, in only ½ a day, in a thoroughly friendly and professional manner. When I decided to proceed with some additional work in August, Treemaster came right back and the company s outstanding tree crew did another great job at a very reasonable price they earned every cent I paid them.

We had 16 southern pine trees and a wax myrtle removed from our property in the Landings. Mike came out the day after I called and gave me a quote. I called a few other companies and they either didnt come out, didnt seem professional, or were more expensive than Treemasters. The day after I called to greenlight the job, they filed the permit with the Landings for me, and the entire job was finished four days later. Incredible!

I am very pleased with the work accomplished by Mike Shumanns team under their half-day rate. The crew was polite, efficient, professional, and (importantly) safety conscious. They trimmed/limbed multiple large oak, pine, holly, sycamore, and black gum trees, removed several saplings, and cleaned up everything before they left. This is a post script to my previous review: the recent high winds on Skidaway Island blew a tree down onto my fence, and mashed a recently planted shrub. I call Mike to see if he could possible send someone over with a chainsaw to remove the offending tree. Not only did a team show up within about 30 minutes, they removed the tree, carted off the debris, and took away other branches that had blown down elsewhere in my yard. Now thats SERVICE!! I cannot recommend Treemasters highly enough.

Had extensive tree damage as a result of two recent hurricanes. Even though Hurricane Matthew had just occurred, within a day of my initial call a Tree Master representative was on site and had an estimate for the removal of 12 trees. They arrived with a crew of six, worked all day in high heat and humidity. When I inspected their work that night I thought they should have smoothed a small pile of saw dust. The next morning I called Mike about the need and within an hour the crew was in my yard and the job was done to my complete satisfaction. Seldom have I experienced such immediate response and eagerness to do the job the way the homeowner expected it would be done. I had Tree Masters back after Irma damaged one more tree. Best of all, Mike, the owner of the service, toured my property to check for other trees that might also be exposed to damage should we again experience another damaging storm. The price is reasonable, work as a team, and do it the way you expect from a truly professional company.

The tress included two large pines over 100 tall overhanging our house and two large water oaks also close to our home. The Tree Master crew removed all trees in two days and also ground the stumps.
