Bought an MS391. Had minor issues, most likely user error, brought it back and recieved a carburetor tuning and awesome customer service and advice on how best to keep it running.

From the up front sales Ms. Karen to the out back service group all were professional, knew their products and delivered with a smile!!! As Arnold would say, Ill be back.

We came to this place looking for an Exmark riding mower and we met Steven whom happened to be a very nice and knowledgeable and friendly. At the end he helped us to solve a problem that, could have been worse. We had just bought that trailer in big tex (sorry, I had to say it). I know it was my fault for not checking this detail. We were told the wrong hitch and ball for our trailer. So when I loaded up my machine at Andys the freaking trailer just popped up from hitch. Thankfully didnt happen on the road. Just saying. And Andy told us that the hitch was wrong. And he waited for us after 5 pm until we ran to uhaul to get the right hitch. Thanks Steven and Karen for your wonderful customer service. God bless yall. I m from out of the state and I ve been using my Honda generators for my air conditioner in my Rv. I had an issue with one of my generators and I googled the nearest repair shop and it showed that this was the closest. I explained my situation to the people behind the counter and they told me to speak to Steven who happens to be the owner. I told him that I couldn t pull the chord out fully on my generator. He told me the possible causes and solutions and he was quite certain on the remedies after telling him that I had the generator on its side. When I got back to my destination I did exactly what he told me to do and after much sweating it worked. Many places will just take your money and not offer any assistance to how sometimes something simple can be done yourself. I appreciate the owner for taking time out of his day to offer me a solution to my problem free of charge. If anyone is looking for an honest business that cares about total strangers then look no further than this business. We I came in there were a few people there and when I was leaving there were other people there. That should tell you that it s a good business and seems to have many happy customers.

They are a top notch business. great customer service .Why would you buy from a box store with no service after the sale ? This is a one stop shop they handle all the warranty paperwork for you .If you happen to have a issue they take care of it for you !. That is a no Brainer in my book .After doing extensive research on zero turn mowers.I went with the Exmark 50 inch quest. Best decision I have made in a long time .I also bought the stihl chain saw ms150 / pole saw /. and the cultivator . love the quality of the product they run better than any brand I have ever used . ( the cultivator made putting the flower beds down a breezes ) Thank you Karen for all your help during the purchase and support after the sale . Folks do yourself a favor and go see them for all your landscaping needs .

We have been doing business with Andys for years. Today we took a Stihl chainsaw in for a bar and new chain. Karen and Terri took our saw apart, told us we only needed the chain. I was lawn mower shopping a year ago and did not make a purchase. The people there were better than I had expected, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. I knew I would return one day to spend some money. Went over today because I wanted a new pole saw and will not buy items like this from a big box store. Customer service was great again, and I got a commercial grade pole saw for around $460 with a 4 year warranty. Im just a homeowner who believes in paying a little extra for durability and great customer service; something a big box store lacks.

Store hours are different than what s listed online. Wasted trip out of pure laziness. Website says 7:30, store has sign on the door that says 5:00. And when I was in there I waited so long without being helped I had to leave to get back to work. Went and bought 2 new Saws from ace in berwick instead. Fix your hours.

Today, I received a girt box from Andys and was blown away by their appreciation of my purchase from them. These folks are genuinely a good lawn equipment company. Thanks for the gift.

The absolute most helpful people even if your only trying to buy some little $5 part. They dont care they will answer your questions show you the diagram on there screen anything to get you on your way with what you need. I bought a used lawnmower there 3yrs ago and its still working great and when I needed some little tiny gasket for the carburetor they where helpful so nice. So if you want a good deal on a reliable used lawnmower just ride by and be patient eventually youll see one out front that fits your needs.

Especially the beautiful lady that explained the difference between each commercial model that I was interested in!so I ended up purchasing one of purchasing the perfect one for myself and a nice gentleman even showed me how to replace the string!Great experience!

Only the facts As part of my annual service I requested a ninja blade. As part of my service I was told if work entailed more then changing oil and filters ( The basics) I would be notified prior to any work being performed. I called the store the day of delivery after the work was performed to get verification on the ninja blade. I was told it was installed. Only the facts The ninja blade was not installed the individual I spoke to assumed it was. The part number for my blade on the invoice was incorrect. It was listed as a MTD blade when in fact in was a Snapper blade. I never received a call for the additional work that was done. The owner took the time to call me personally and apologize for the comedy of errors and I believe him, he has always been a straight shooter. It s been a tough year for us all and things happen. I do recommend this shop God knows we all have our bad days.

This place is the worst place to shop for any of your small engine equipment I traveled 60 miles from SC on Monday the 24th of July to purchase a $60 clutch for my kids go kart the clutch was shot by Thursday the 27th, because of my busy schedule and such a far drive I decided to wait until Saturday the 29th to return it for another clutch the lady look at the clutch and Instructed me to bring it back for someone else to look at I then told her I traveled from SC she looked at me and shuck her shoulders and said just bring it back..it didn t matter to her I traveled. The clutch was in her hand in two pieces during this conversation...very rude and inconsiderate I walked away with the clutch in two pieces with the mind set that I will be out $60... I do not recommend anyone ever shopping there for anything they do not deserve 1 star..
