They cut the grass randomly and then when you leave yard decorations or a pool out they damage it. Usually I can put everything away before they come but this time they came on a different day and I didn't have time to put our stuff away. You all need to inform residents at Huntington village robins AFB in ga off base housing when you are actually cutting grass you all waited three weeks to cut grass then show up again this Tuesday after cutting it last week. What a bunch of morons. When I buy my own house I won't be using you all for sure.

The lack of training this company provides the Robins Airforce base housing crew is absurd. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to use them because of a government contract. The lack of customer service is even worse, so instead of leaving messages that are ignored I will share my experience and rate their work online. No customer should not have to educate a professional lawn crew on the difference between a flower bed and a lawn. These supposed professionals have weedwhacked and destroyed flowerbeds and my flower pots multiple times. I was told to fence them as a visual reminder to not weedwhack, they still destroy them. Now I have been told to put up signs, but if these people can't even recognize the pictures of simple flowers on my fences, how can I be sure they can or will bother to read the signs. Oh and don't bother calling and leaving messages about damages. I still haven't gotten a response from my first complaint call from 4 years ago. If you have a choice in lawn care services, I advise that you don't hire this company unless you want to babysit the crew every time they work on your lawn. If I had the option, I would have fired them the first time this happened. See pic attached for the flowerbed in question.

Gro-Masters has taken care of our lawn and garden for many years. Never has our property looked better. They are totally professional and stay abreast of all the best practices. I fully recommend them.

I live on Maxwell AFB in Montgomery AL and have had to deal with Tidewater for the past 4 years. The don't trim around driveways/patios. They don't clean up after they've cut the grass. Grass stays all over the sidewalks/steps/porches then gets tracked inside the house. They also will run over and destroy anything/everything in the way of the zero-turn mowers. Many folks (including me) have lost costly yard decorations due to these folks (without any apologies from the workers who destroyed them). Not to mention they won't stay off their damn phones while trying to cut grass. Unacceptable and not at all recommended!

I have only recently started using this company, but they did an aeration, fertilizing, and bug control. So, far I am very pleased with the price and their professionalism. Each worker that has come by has been friendly and completed the job on time. My lawn already looks a lot better than last year and hope to continue getting good results.

We live in Charleston. We have used Gro-Masters for the last few years. Their treatments are thorough and effective. They take a genuine interest in our yard and landscaping, and they are very very responsive if we ever have any questions. Their employees are dedicated and always show up on schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are the very best!

Been using since around 2014/2015 and very happy with service.No problem even when i am not ready for a treatment,They just tell me to call or they will call me up in thirty days. They have been very understanding at times when i had personal issues happening and said no problem we understand many thing can happen. Will continue using them because my grass/yard has never looked better. They do what i can no longer do myself.
