Today Jaya from MAS landscaping came out to our property to do a clean out. Our back yard looks completely different, the work she did is truly amazing. I had no idea our yard was that big ! Mark and his team have done an excellent job on our place in melrose. They came all last year and mowed every Friday like clockwork, leaving us a pristine place to hang out and play with the kids just in time for the weekend. In addition they mulched our many garden beds, trimmed trees, bushes and perennials, raked our leaves in the fall, and always left the place looking fantastic. Mark always aims to please and will always take time to talk to you and make sure you are happy with the work his crew does. I was impressed enough with their work that we hired them to install a playground mulch box in our backyard, and even though he subcontracted it, the guy he used was just as skilled and dependable as the regular crew. Would recommend to anyone.

MAS is incredibly professional, reasonable, and willing to work with you on new ideas. They manage the snow maintenance and removal in our small 10 car lot, there is a little room to put the snow but somehow they get it done. Our sidewalks are always clear and our entrances are always safe. Call them!

Hired Mark for snow removal at condo complex in Everett. He has been dependable and provides quality service. One time there was a billing question that was resolved almost immediately to both our satisfaction. Mark and his crew redesigned and installed a new backyard for us. Most of it had been covered in rocks, old stone flower beds needed to be removed, and there was a lot of overgrowth. Mark was a straight shooter with the quote and what we were getting in regards to service. He was here every day with his team leading the operation. We had issues in the past with other landscaping companies where the person we talked to was not onsite for the project. Mark was onsite, and was operating the bobcat that needed to remove all the stone. He is very hands on and was available for questions throughout the installation and after they were done. Mark has a great deal of knowledge and expertise and was able to come up with a great plan for our backyard and execute on it. Our son now has a safe backyard to play in, which includes a play area in the back. I highly recommend his services.

We had MAS Landscaping do a yard clean-up on our homes entire yard end of August 2017. The yard was a mess, so to speak, after two years of little to no maintenance. The yard is quite cumbersome too, as far as its landscape (large rock croppings, sloped back and side area, gravel, woodsy, brick walkway and large front and side deck areas). MAS did a great job removing all brush, leaves, fallen branches , excess lawn debri, pruning and trimming bushes/trees, and remove unnecessary ground plants and vines. Mark was professional and easy to work/communicate with. Him and the MAS Team were professional and it was obvious they took pride in their work. We only use MAS for a yard clean-up however I have no doubt that their other landscaping services as just as great. Thank you MAS for a job well done!

We have a condo building and hired MAS to handle our snow removal. They come during the storm and do a first pass to get the worst out of our parking lot. Then they come back afterwards to finish it up. That makes it a lot easier to get out if you need to leave during the storm. They have a crew that comes with shovels and snow blowers to do our sidewalks, paths, landings. They also dig out around the dumpsters which is great, so the trash pickup can happen when the trucks show up. I find they care about doing a good job, which makes a big difference when youre dealing with the frustrations of a snow storm.

Recently hired MAS for a spring cleanup, shrub removal and mulch. They did a great job and communication was really easy and clear throughout the process. Looking forward to continue to working with them on more projects with my yard. I would definitely recommend hiring them for your yard needs!

This past winter I had to find someone to plow my brother s driveway and walkways. He had just passed away and we needed to keep the house until we were ready to sell it. Since I do not live in the area it was quite difficult to find someone to do the work. Until I called MAS. They were wonderful to work with and had no problem adding us to their workload. They did an outstanding job all winter. They would not only plow the driveway and shovel the walks, but they would sand as well. They would be there before the last snowflake fell. There was no chance someone would fall. I would highly recommend this great team of people at MAS landscaping and snow removal!!

Mark of M.A.S Landscaping and his team have been doing our lawn, plants and shrubs now for 3 years. Not only is he a professional as well as his team but extremely courteous. His work is superb and cleanup after taking care of the yard is perfection, We did have a problem with one of our shrubs and bush, so we called Mark and he called right back and came down to look at the problem. MAS has been maintaining my property for a couple of years now. The crew comes to my property and keeps it clean every week so that I can spend some quality time with my toddler in the yard instead of doing yard work. I have a seasonal contract with MAS and the pricing is quite reasonable. Mark, the owner, is very straightforward and unpretentious and very easy to work with.

It wasnt easy finding a landscape company available in Melrose, but Mark and his team have been great since we were lucky enough to get on their schedule.

I needed a last minute cut, cleanup, and mulch job before an open house. Even though the weather was very uncooperative Mark stayed in touch and made sure to do his best to fit our job in to what was a very full schedule. I had tall wet grass throughout my property but once they were finished I didnt find a stray piece of long grass anywhere in the yard.

My property is small. Back issues prevent me from doing up keep so it gets ahead of me. Mark and his team do an excellent job of bringing it back up to snuff. The experience I had with the owner Mark and his crew was excellent very professional and when they were scheduled to be at my home I was always notified in advance is plans changed. Weve used these guys for two years and they have been great! I think what sets them apart is their communication and problem solving. We are on a small side street in the city and they have always had a flexible approach when working in our dense neighborhood. For example, once due to unfortunate park jobs on our street, mark and his crew couldnt make it down our road. Instead of expressing any frustration to us, he just apologized that they couldnt make it down the street and explained that theyd come back in a couple of days. I was so struck by how positive and flexible he was. This was one of many reasons we signed up his crew for a second season. Highly recommended.
