Tom does not pay for his bills and does not offer the services he is paid to provide either! Double whammy when working with this team. Do not work with Tom if your looking for payment for services you provide, services you are expecting (such as weekly lawn cutting), or responses to text messages, emails and/or phone calls. Unprofessional and criminal to do business with.

Thomas and his crew did a beautiful job taking care of my lawn. Really happy with the work they did and were excellent with communication.

Reached out to Tom to update some Landscaping at our property. We explained what we were looking for and Tom transformed it in a fairly time sensitive fashion. Also just as important, the job was done at a price that was good for both of us. This landscaping update not only looks good, the maintenance will be much better for years to come.

I work together closely with many small businesses in Sarnia. Tom and Helping Hands Property Care have the be one of the most un-professional companies I have worked with to date. We agreed on a lawn care schedule of 1-2 times per week starting in April. I can count on 1 hand how many times he showed up. I had to get a summer student in to cut the properties when we didn’t have time to do it. On top of this, he uses one of our services for his shop. He has yet to pay a single bill since day one, back in March. Tom does not respond to messages or pickup his phone. He operates behind a gate so you cannot even go to his “office” to deal with issues. Stay Away from this business.

Thomas was quick to get back to me on helping my elderly parents with their eaves trough. The price was very good; 1.75 per foot and we only need 25 feet checked out. No hidden fees. Thomas was flexible and my elderly parents both appreciated his service and enjoyed having a chat with him. He was patient and pleasant and listened to my mom’s quirky stories. Now she keeps talking about the guy with the good sense of humour. The eaves were actually clean and weren’t blocked like we thought; Thomas took pictures to show us and offered that payment wasn’t necessary, but dad was happy to pay him since it was reasonable anyway and he still came over and checked everything out. My parents will be happy to use this service again!

I received exceptional service from Tom. He is professional and knowledgeable. He gave me two options to solve my issue. He answered all my questions. He performed and completed the work within the agreed upon time frame. I am happy with the work Helping Hands performed and would use them again.

When I was in need for a team to look after my parents property, Tom was quick to come out, gave a reasonable quote in writing and upon acceptance sent a team out the very next day! They are personable, patient and do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Thomas came out and gave us a quote but not in writing. He said to call him or email him or message him and he would send us a quote. I did all of those things It's been 10 days and still no quote. We went with a reputable company. Don't bother with this guy he is a waste of your time. Just a scammer.
