Weed Man Lawn Care in Sarnia

Our daughter wanted to have her bridal shower in our backyard. We needed to spruce up the yard but I couldn't keep up with the weeds, especially the Dandelions. We are very pleased with the outcome of our yard and we could concentrate on getting it fixed up.

Worst service I have had. I got a quote on misquito spray for the full yard. It did not work so I called back was told it was no charge for a recoat. They came back for a re coat and charged me for two. When the first time they only did the front yard. I questioned it and they told me they would only re coat at no cost if I joined there program. The lady was very rude. Will never use them again! The technician also showed me his tablet where they screwed up and they would not fix it!

I was walking down my street when I noticed a gentleman named Jesse from Weed Man spraying a neighbour's lawn. I stopped to ask him a few questions, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Jesse took the time to explain the services they offer and answered all my questions thoroughly. It's great to see such professional and friendly service in our neighbourhood. We are seniors and have used Weed Man for many years. It leaves time for us to garden! The service is automatic, scheduled and followed up. The staff in the field and in office are very good and efficient.

Awful experience. I know new owners have taken over but they are much pushier with trying to sell services. I honestly would not recommend their services to anyone. Lied to us about "inspecting the entire property" TWICE... All they did was inspect the front of the property .Results were negligible with all the money spent on applications and customer service is sub-par. Discount for the past treatment was laughable. Spend your money elsewhere lawn never improved.

Used this service for the first time this year with high hopes. They came and fertilized promptly but then proceeded to leave my lawn without treatment over the next three weeks. This turned my lawn into a weed covered nightmare and my seeds from my weeds have pretty much reseeded. It's now much more of a mess then to begin with and I should of done it myself. I also tried to resolve the issue as when I called in last week, they told me I supposed to be completed last Thursday.. When they didn't show, I called back and asked for an update - they said someone called in sick and I was now on rush ... The weekend past and I called in today (Monday) as my lawn really needs treatment and I was once again left off the schedule. I then decided to cancel as I can't neglect my lawn anymore. They seemed not really to care. Hope it gets better as I know some people in my neighborhood has had better experiences. Really left a bad taste in my mouth though. UPDATE: GM called me this morning to rectify the situation. He was very understanding of my concerns and had his technicians out here within the next couple hours to complete the much needed weed control service. I'm still a bit disappointed we couldn't have resolved this during other calls before, but I do appreciate the response time to fix a bad situation. First experience with this company this year; so disappointed but only with customer service as it is the only interaction we have had so far. Pre-paid for seasonal weed control and fertilizer and not only have they dropped the ball in scheduling us, every time we call to get an update, we get attitude instead of solutions. Hopefully they fullfill the contract but it will be hard for us to go back based on this experience. Update May 8, 2024…. We received a bot response from weedman stating someone would get back to us, but no one did. Called customer service again and they decided to refund our $$$ instead of make right the situation…. Still waiting for the refund

My yard was pure weeds, and as much as I love dandelions I needed some help. I loved that I could say I did not want pesticides too. Bugs belong outside. I like how the spray is iron and it is a natural earth element. I could customize my lawn care however I saw fit. My neighbours have asked what I have done to my lawn! It looks so much better. I will continue my service. Several of my neighbours have also joined up for Weed man now. They are terrific!
