On 062/25/2024 We purchased a yard of torpedo sand to be delivered. It never showed up. Ive driven to their location three times during business hours and no one was present. Ive called every number they list. One has a full mail box, one is invalid, one is Marios mail box, and the rest just ring.

I highly recommend this company! Around 6pm we discovered that one of our large oak trees split all the way down the trunk and a fall was eminent. I called Catillos and they were there within the hour, prevented the tree from falling and worked until the sun went down to remove the tree. They returned the next morning to remove the stump. They had all the right equipment and did ZERO damage to my property in the process! No power lines down, no cracked driveway, not a scratch! He was really knowledgeable about what type of trees I had and how to properly cut them back without harming them. It was a big job which needed a company with the right equipment. They showed up with a bucket truck, dump truck and wood chipper and got the job done in a day. You know they do good work when I m already thinking of what I m going to call them for next!

This company was able to begin the job 4 with relatively short notice. They arrived with all the required heavy equipment and vehicles for 4 tree trimmings, topping, the removal of one tree, and later stump grinding. Weve had Castillo Tree Service do three big projects for us over the past few years, and weve been very pleased every time. We had an excellent clean up job today which included trimming plants and removing dead plants, trimming tree limbs and branches. We had a lot of work that needed to be done and the team did a very thorough job. My lawn and trees look fantastic.

I was happy with this company. They came out and trimmed several of my palms and removed several seed pods. At the end of their service I noticed one additional palm frond that I wanted taken down. No problem, they were glad to remove it. They also removed some self seeded palms that were trying to grow in the middle of my bromeliad garden. They were courteous and friendly and cleaned up their mess! I will be calling them in the future for all palm tree trimming.

Gheovanni and his crew of 4 came at 8am on the appt date and stayed all day until the tree was completely removed and stump grind. I am very happy with their service. They also referred a sprinkler repair guy and I had my sprinkler repaired the next day.

We had a palm tree almost fall on our house during hurricane Ian, but I saw what was happening just in time to go out into the storm and tie it up just before it fell. The clock was ticking though, and as soon as the storm was over I immediately reached out to multiple tree services in the area. I wasnt expecting much of a response because I knew they would all be completely overwhelmed with jobs right after the storm, but Castillo Tree & Lawn service responded within a couple of minutes, and were able to get here within two hours. They had a huge crew with lots of equipment and were able to remove both the falling palm, as well as another one, in less than 45-minutes. I was worried any tree service I contacted would charge an arm and a leg due to how in-demand their services would be right after a storm, but they charged me no more than the average cost to have a couple of large trees removed any other day of the year. The Castillo tree service did an excellent job taking down our 50 foot pine tree which was leaning heavily toward our neighbor s home after Ian hit. We were very concerned that it could fall on their home. Some companies we called took advantage of our hardship, for example, asking a $6000.00 estimate. But Castillo priced the job fairly and at the same time exceeded our expectations for knowledge, professionalism, honesty and execution. They also responded quickly, coming out within a few days. Even though they were very busy, he made time for our tree issue. He rolled up there with a spider lift, 2 other pieces of equipment, 6 men and proceeded to get the job done confidently and with no issues. They were very careful, making sure that every cut limb or trunk piece would be roped and fall far from our neighbors house. great job ! Thank you !

Unfortunately, our beautiful Bismarck Palm became infested with weevils and died in a matter of a week. We were in the process of getting a company to come treat our palms, but it died while we were trying to get help for it. One day we looked outside and & the top of the palm snapped and tipped over and was at risk of possibly falling and causing damage to our lanai structure. We called Castillo and they came out immediately to assess and give us an estimate. They returned the next day, cut down the palm, grinded the stump to the ground, pruned our other palms and removed all debris. They were very careful not to damage the existing landscape lights and left the yard looking neat and tidy. We are happy with their services and plan on using them again in the future. We would recommend them to any of our family and friends in the future.

This was an amazing team and such a pleasure to work with. They showed up at the designated time, in hours took down my giant oak tree, threw it into their chipper, did other pruning and before they left cleaned up and raked the whole area. We met with Gheovanni after we found out our prior landscaping service was no longer doing tree trimming. He came to our home the next day and went over every single plant on our property, and pointed out the invasive ones that should have been removed long ago. He also pointed out the damage a nearby rubber tree could be doing and suggested it be taken down. His crew spent an entire day at our home and it was absolutely stunning to see the results. The property was totally cleaned up when finished and looks amazing. He will even send you a video of the entire property once the work is completed. Quality work at a great price. I hired this company to cut lawn ,keep bushes trimmed and pick up fallen palm tree branches from back yard . The price kept going up for whatever reason they saw fit . Since I m not at the property full time they came whenever they wanted and not as promised weekly. I noticed they were not doing their job when I surprised them with a visit during the month of December. Gave a call to the owner Mr Gheovanni and he lied to me about having just been here. I can t trust them and you shouldn t either . I do not recommend them at all .. Keep away from them .

I received a free estimate in an hour after I called. Work commenced the next morning and the 60 tall diseased slash pine was gone that day. The following morning the stump was ground and the lawn manicured so you wouldnt have known the tree was ever there. Gheovanni and his crew excel at what they do.

Mr. Castillo accepted work to replace my yard with zoisha sod. He didnt show up the day he promised and the work and product that he laid down was poor. He did NOT fit the sod tightly together but rather left 1-2 inch gaps. That allowed a large amount of weeds to grow but saved him one pallet of extra sod that he was able to return for a refund. I recieved no discount. He also damaged my neighbors yard and never returned to repair. I spoke to him several weeks ago about the reapir and he promised to return but never has been seen since!
