Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service in Sarasota

I am so glad to have found Massey Services for my Florida irrigation needs to maintain my landscaped garden! The on-site Tech, Connor, did a great job with adressing the needed waterflow changes and sprinkler heads to provide better coverage where needed, whike reducing waterflow to unwanted areas. He also repaired three specific areas that were damaged by recent landscape contractor. It was also a pleasure working with the General Manager who visited on-site to complete and test the final implementation. It gives me great peace and joy to know that I can count on Massey Services for my irrigation needs!

My husband and I were with Massey’s services for lawn when we purchased our house back in 2015, 2016. The most part everything was great they came and did their job and the lawn was in good order, Free of weeds and issues and disease. I would say in the last 2 to 4 years things definitely started to slip. Communication back-and-forth with the company started to fail, and our lawn started to look not so healthy, and full of weeds. Trying to get in touch with anyone there and get a resolution to what Seemingly an easy issue Turned out to be quite difficult. It’s sad because the relationship started out great but ended very sour. I do not recommend using Matthew services in Sarasota for your lawn maintenance needs.

Connor most definitely deserves a huge kudos! I was originally quoted amount for services that was not needed, he realized this & took the initiative to find a simpler solution that also saved me money. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable of the work he does, taking the time to explain things to me with the utmost respect! Massey has a valuable employee who represents the company in a way they should be proud to have him as a member of their organization. Fantastic job Connor!

Tony Vecchio was terrific! I thought we had a serious problem with an area of dead grass. He immediately identified it as a problem with coverage from the irrigation system, which he corrected, and advised on how to keep the lawn healthy. Very professional.

I had massey lawn and irrigation service for 1 year. Just canceled. My lawn is worse than when I started, the person was usually here 5 minutes or less and same with the irrigation service. This morning I spoke with Ken in Sarasota who was LESS THAN interested in my issues. Massey has a good reputation...not sure why.

I am extremely happy with the customer service Jacob Sutton has provided to me. He has worked diligently to correct an issue I've been having with my lawn and has personally come out himsrlf to work on specific areas to make sure the problem is resolved and that I'm a happy customer. I would recommend Massey Services

Have used Massey for years and was impressed with our new irrigation tech, Jacob. As we walked around the property he listened to my concerns and pointed out things I didn't realize were a problem. He replaced several sprinkler heads and gave the system a good "tuneup." He was very professional and friendly and I look forward to seeing him again in 4 months. He assured me that it's fine to call with any questions or or if there is a problem.)
