Terrible driver on the road. Not allowing people in where necessary. Driving extremely close with my kid in the car and speeding this morning. For mumtiple roads. Definitely is going to cause an accident. Would never use this company. Looked like Ky277b for the license plate.

Angel and Elieski were a huge help to me in understanding how my irrigation zones are set up and making sure all is working well. They even added a function so that the flowers get a bit of extra water that the bushes do not need.

Jacob, went above beyond and answered and took care of issues/concerns I had with pests. Thanks!!!!

I ve dealt with numerous challenges with our Zoysia lawn for 11 years. Our lawn has never looked better since Scott Grover with Lawngevity started caring for it. He is super knowledgeable with tons of experience caring for Zoysia s special needs.

Lawngevity and their professional team member Angel are incredible. Angel worked diligently until the irrigation system was fixed. He was on time, clearly communicating what the issue was and worked efficiently. It was impressive. I definitely recommend Lawngevity and Angel.

The reason I would not recommend this company because they do shady practice. They will overcharge you almost double the price for the materials that they use. Next time they send you a bill check the prices, I promise youre getting overcharged. And the work thats is supposedly been done, its not. That leads to my other point, they will still charge for stuff they didnt even do and its even encouraged for them to overcharge because the clients have money. Please dont use this company, there are better companies that will actually do the job. Do what you will with this information. I know this much because I now people that work for the company telling me this. By the sounds of it they been doing this for years and are not going to stop anytime soon.

Great service I have a newlysodded lawn lawngevity is doing well getting it stablized I am new at careing for the Zoysia grass . they are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my question containing to keep my grass growing and weed free even with the irrigation system issues

I do NOT recommend their irrigation services. Such turn over in staff..often 10 min check or less, do not clear heads etc. I calculated what I have paid over several years..ouch $ !

Been with Lawngevity for about 4 months now. My St Aug has filled in and the weeds are gone! Johnathan gives me a heads up the night before he comes and we discuss my lawn. He s very helpful on watering and mowing advice, overall just a great dude. I think the price is right for the quality of service you get. Would highly recommend to anyone. Even if you let your lawn go a little too long and the weeds are bad like min was. I tried Sedghammer on my own, and that didn t work, Johnathan knocked out the nut sedge and spurge in 2 weeks! And now, nothing but lush thick grass.

Johnathon, was so helpful to me today. I had s few questions about some strange dirt piles that have appeared in my yard and he explained and told me how he would handle. He also showed me how to operate my sprinkler system, to water after he sprays. Explaning that it helps the weed killer to work better. He even set the sprinklers after he was done spraying. I am looking forward to him getting my lawn in good shape. I certainly feel comfortable knowing I can ask him about any future concerns and he will explain to me.

Nicholas is outstanding for pest control. Highly recommended. Very thorough, 100% better than previous company. At a very fair rate as well.

Just like 2 other services before this one they started out great. I just let them go after being told the large patches of expanding dead grass were not.due to chinch bugs. I was.home.when one of the spray techs was there and I asked him. He walked to the largest dead spot, dug a little with hos hand and showed me live chinch bugs. Of course still got denials.

I have been using Lawngevity for over two years and have been very happy and impressed with the results. A couple of years ago I started noticing that my lawn was not as green as my neighbors and that I was also seeing bugs in the house. I spoke with my neighbor and they suggested using their company Lawngevity. I contacted them and that is when I met Trinity who informed me of what my lawn was lacking certain fertilizers and they would be able to correct the issue is a couple of applications. I decided to just try the lawn fertilizer and pest control. When they applied the first application, I immediately notice the grass was getting greener and that is when I decided to go with lawn, pest, weed control and tree/palm fertilizer monthly service. I meet with Trinity at least twice a year to walk the property and assess any issues with the grass or plants/palms, he is a great asset for Lawngevity and we have convinced other neighbors who also see the results of our property to use Lawngevity for their service. I also wanted to acknowledge the service tech Mike who takes care of the pest control and weed control. I have not seen any bugs in the house and the weeds are finally under control. If I do notice any issue with spider webs in the lanai or any lawn/plant issues, I let them know and they are right on it and take care of the issue. Lawngevity takes care of all most all of the homes on our little cul-de-sac and the neighborhood really looks great! I would highly recommend Lawngevity for your lawn and pest control needs. Update: 3/2022 what a difference a year makes. The service has really gone downhill. I was getting weeds and brown spots. I also noticed that it was a new person applying the product. My neighbors switch to another company and their lawn looked 100 % better. I finally made the decision to change and my lawn looks very vibrant and green again. The new service was about the same price and have been happy I made the decision to change. I would no longer recommend Lawngevity as a reliable and good lawn service provider.

Im very happy with the results since this company began treating my lawn, I tried 2 different companies before and they couldnt bring my grass to life, Lawngevity is the best company no doubt, all my neighbors that this company treat their lawns, have a green, healthy beautiful grass, thank you guys, keep up.

Here are photos of our backyard after 3 years with Lawngevity. They were under contract to perform fertilization and nutrients, irrigation, and lawn pest control. Several requests for help went unanswered as did our requests to have the situation assessed and addressed by someone in a position of knowledge and authority. Pathetic.

I have tried 4 other companies that were filled with empty promises. Lawngevity has made my lawn look amazing! I have a huge lot that was done with terrible sod with dry, dead and bald spots. I put in beautiful trees that started to discolor due to vitamin deficiencies . All the other companies for 2 years claimed they would fix.. FINALLY i found Lawngevity..they came multiple times for the first 2 months to get it right. The results are incredible!!!

Used Lawngevity at the suggestion of the Landscape company who re-sodded my lawn. Sod looked bad from the beginning. Lawngevity came monthly and never made my lawn better. I asked Lawngevity for a soil test thinking I was missing something in the soil. They told me they dont do that - just fertilize and add chemicals for pests.(really??). I fired them after getting a lawn tester kit from Home Depot. I had no Nitrogen or Potassium in my soil!! ( so what exactly were they doing with monthly service?) I bought a fertilizer from Home Depot. Two weeks later it is remarkably better. Moral of the story: dont use this company

They have been spraying my lawn for a couples of times but not to satisfaction. I call three to four days ago asking for service for insects in my lawn. They said they would send someone out but no one came. This company is to busy to give good service or even care about your lawn.

I have had this service for 5 years and have appreciated their attention to lawn care.

Although I am not a client of Lawngevity I do have two neighbors that utilize their services and I can say with confidence they have the best lawns in the neighborhood. A classic case of seeing is believing!

I signed up with these people after reading their Google reviews. I also liked that they could fertilize palm trees and citrus. Our experience was not good. I will say that based on the lawn signs they left, they do seem to have come out regularly, though we rarely saw them. After several months of service our yard is full of weeds and some of our shrubs have insects; things they should have taken care of. When we called the office to indicate concern, we didnt get a call back from a owner/manager or the person who sold the job, but from our lawn tech telling us all was good and we didnt know what we were talking about. Monthly bills received were indecipherable. The thing they did best was regularly charge the credit card they asked to keep on file. Im done with them.

We had lawngevity service our lawn for two years every month and it went from ok to brown and full of weeks taking over the grass. Dont use them, save the 45 dollars a month they make it worst. Im trying a different company

Lawngevity has been my lawn care service of choice for the past 5 years. They always offer a special reduced price for early reservations. They service my lawns 7 times a year without having to bother me for appointments. And, the applications have done amazing things for my lawn. Theyre not going to try and sell you something you dont need.

We have been delighted with Lawngevity. Mike Falconer, the owner, is a real hands-on guy. He is REALLY responsive to our needs. We have a 10-acre parcel, with 3 acres fenced and usable (2 acres fenced for our 4 large dogs, and an additional acre in front of the house). We have a good lawn service team ( Mow, blow and go ), but to really keep our place looking great, and to keep it functional (we grow small amounts of citrus and vegetables), and to keep it fire-ant free (so the dogs aren t affected) we rely on Lawngevity. Since Mike and crew started, we have experienced reliable service, quick response to calls, and outstanding results. Ants are controlled, lawn looks great, citrus is thriving, and a palm we were told was dead is now growing luxuriantly. Mike knows plants. He knows what they need. He is more knowledgeable than any other local source (we know, because we have tried them all!). He is gracious in sharing advice and making sure we re happy. Hands down, the BEST in Sarasota County!

We have had Lawngevity since April and initially the service was great! Trinity came over, explained what they could do to our lawn and how therere business works. Then we met Nicholas and he seemed very kind and excited to pick up some clients in North Port. He took his time on our lawn when treating and quality was top notch! As time went on however, he seemed too busy to communicate with us. My mother requests a call the day before and he has failed to do so on numerous occasions. He cant even provide a time frame when he will be by. Then getting him to come out to provide a treatment in between (which is a service they are supposed to offer for shrub care and lawn) is next to impossible. Then when my mother inquired and reminded him kindly of how she would appreciate the service and why she likes a call, he sternly told her I work my entire North Port Schedule around YOU, if you want Ill just do ALL OF NORTH PORT tomorrow. YOU are the only person who wants a reminder call of all my customers Which I find ironic because a couple months back, it was my mother and one other customer.... Im thinking they quit too. Im sure you guys wont care about us leaving when it seems you have all the business in North Port you need and it may even be to much to handle as is. Im just disappointed in the attitude and lack of caring we have experienced with this company. We take a lot of pride in a nice lawn and believe its a team effort to maintain. But when you cant reach someone, they refuse to provide treatments in between and you get attitude on top of it, were gone. Guess you dont have any more reminder calls to worry about!

I had repair service TWO days ago for a faulty valve on my irrigation system. I paid $250 for this repair and now 2 days later, same exact problem. Cant shut off water - from street valve. Very unhappy. Of course its Saturday and no one in their office to respond. I will await a response from management if any and update this as appropriate. But for now all I can say is, VERY SHODDY WORK and not inspected to see if it was alleviating the problem

Asking around, I know their prices are competitive, and when you walk through my neighborhood you can tell who uses them because its very obvious. Have not missed an appointment yet. Thanks guys!

I had Lawngevity provide lawn fertilization and pest control after my new sod was laid. They started work probably 1.5 - 2 months after it had been watering in and the roots had taken. My yard is full of weeds, the ants have taken control over the flower beds, my bouganvilleas are invested and are being eaten and I have areas of dead lawn. Despite calls to Lawngevity to correct the problem nothing changed and so I just cancelled service and signed with another company who hopefully can save the lawn before it is totally lost. I suppose the saying good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good applies cause I have been paying monthly and not getting very good service.
