Grant very much understands the science behind lawn health. The progress in improving the condition of our St.Augustine was slow, but the builder threw down the sod on top of sand...so that's to be expected. In some way I do question the whole industry as it only took me a week with a strong dose of nitrogen and a little iron to green up some of the areas I've been pointing out that didn't seem to be responding to their treatments, but it very well may be that all the work Green Edge did set the stage for the break through I just had.
I wish there was something higher than a 5 star rating. If I hadn't seen the transformation in my yard with my own eyes, I'd think they simply put new sod down. In less than a month our front lawn has been transformed. I actually think it's the nicest lawn in our neighborhood. We installed new sod when we bought the house about a year and a half ago. We had been using Fahey which then became Turner up until we switched to GreenEdge. Our lawn was dying and had become weed infested and it was getting worse. I really felt we would need all new sod and I was disappointed to say the least. We had Grant out for a consultation. He sounded so well informed and professional and really hands on. The results are truly amazing, and in such a short period of time. If Grant ever wanted to use me for a commercial, I'd volunteer wholeheartedly!
I hired three of the top companies which all three totally destroyed my lawn these folks are the only people who understand Bermuda and as you can see my lawn looks amazing.

Signing up first time
Greenedge was great. We had constant issues with large areas of our lawn dying back in shaded areas that never really filled in. Greenedge came in and treated our soil and now the lawn is growing back looking better than when we moved in.
Never got the service
Very poor customer service. NEVER answer the phone. If you have an issue they state, we are just a small company. Good luck if you have an issue.
When my beautiful Bismarckia Palm started to look sick I called Green Edge. As soon as Grant arrived he told us the palm had been invaded by Palmetto Weevil and it was too late to save the palm. We then got advice from Grant to remove the Palm and replace it with a Triple Foxtail Palm at a location off to the right of where the Bismarckia Palm had been. On Nov. 23rd the Palm was removed and the lawn was re-soded. On Nov 25th the new Palm was installed. My front yard looks beautiful again. Although I still miss my old palm, I am very pleased with the work that Green Edge has done. I especially was impressed by the knowledge that Grant has about palms and overall Landscaping. I can highly recommend Green Edge for any Landscaping work. Helmut Sauter
Grant was informative and suggested alternatives for maintaining my lawn. The developer used sub-par plants and planting techniques which Grant pointed out during our initial conversation. We will be working on a landscaping plan to enhance my lawn and landscaping.

Grant is a first rate botanist and his attention to detail is unparalleled. I feel fortunate to have him helping me manage the plants and grass in my yard. He also has knowledge and experience with many other areas (arborist) which makes him the unquestionable first choice for all things outdoor.
