G&G Garden and Lawn Care in Sarasota

Asked for a quote I was told that the email I gave was incorrect. So I gave two other emails for them to send me a quote to. And still nothing. I will be going to another company.

We quoted out the work to several companies, and, frankly they were all pretty much in the same price range. The estimator, Tony from G&G seemed most pleasant and had the right answers and suggestions so we gave the job to G&G. My wife and I cannot emphasize enough the quality and attention to detail that the crew put into the job. Tony was here through every step overseeing every aspect; nothing was too much to ask. They went above and beyond at every turn. Trimmed trees, pulled bushes, grinded every little bump and stump. Tony spent the entire day with his crew and worked along side them till the end of a very long day and a job so well done . I can give this company my highest recommendation. Thank you G&G and Tony and his crew. We could not be more pleased with your work and sense of pride you displayed in wanting to see a job completed to perfection.

Worst Lawn Care Service EVER!! They cut our internet cable 3 times. We took great care to have the cable buried, and a cap for the connection to our house. Showed them where it was located, AND they still cut it with their blades!! No apologies from them, nor did they offer to pay xfinity the fee that theyll charge to come out again and repair it. Stay away from this company. Wish we had.

Terrible company! Overcharged me without doing the work and refused to make it right. Company had a hard time understanding that customers pay for services rendered. I was charged for services not rendered. Didnt know I hired Al Capone to do my lawn; this company certainly acts like it! Stay away!

Love this company. A husband and wife team runs the business and they are responsive and helpful if there are ever issues. The crew that works my house is awesome and always looking out for issues with my plants and trees. Couldnt be a nicer group of people to work with!

We needed to have a large area cleaned up, replenished with topsoil , and have sod installed. Gabby was very responsive in getting us a quote quickly and in keeping us apprised of where we were on the schedule. The crew did an awesome job, and we are looking forward to seeing the Bermuda grass they laid out, take hold.

I inherited a bevy of plants from my homes previous owner. The plants spring up every few feet throughout the front lawn. Because of this, is not a straight forward job of just mowing the lawn, but rather G&G has to take the time to go around the plants. Im disabled so weeding isnt my thing and yet they take the time to at least deal with the overgrowth of the plants that try to stretch across the walkway. In short, they go above and beyond to keep my botanical gardens from looking too unsightly.

Gabriel and Gabby are the best. Priced fairly, show up on time, and do what they say they are going to do. If I ever have any questions or concerns, all I have to do is call them and they either answer the phone right away or call me right back. Customer service is excellent, I would highly recommend them.

From a company who touts excellent communication and professionalism, I found there to be neither. Excited at the prospect of both, while having had problems attaining these with other lawn companies interviewed after my longtime yard guy retired, I specifically requested a walk through estimate and was told by representative on phone that would be no problem. Hence an appointment was made one in which no one showed up or even bothered to call and cancel. Instead of apologizing and rescheduling, I received a text saying if I wanted service they would send the team. This was not our agreement and an incredibly unprofessional response. So I decided to continue looking and found another group who, for the same cost, had no problem coming out for an estimate as agreed and who has done a wonderful job with exceptional communication and follow up. Therefore, given my interaction with them, I do NOT recommend G&G Garden and Lawn. Look elsewhere.

Angela in the office is very responsive and friendly, and the team (Angel, Chris and Francisco) who came to take care of our lawn were so efficient! They did a great job. When I told Angela my 3 year old was super interested in the mowers and that the team took time to show him how they worked, and the inside of the truck, Angela even offered to change the schedule around so the next visit would line up with his birthday. So kind of them. Highly recommend!

G&G is a professional lawn service that always puts me, the customer first. It may be a request to do a little extra or provide recent excellent tree service. G&G came to my home to give me a quote right away. The cleanup fee was very reasonable and really helped our yard considering we neglected it. With a few guys on hand the yard was cleaned up within a matter of hours. We are getting the basic yard service and cant complain about any of it. They do a nice professional job and are in & out of here in no time. Im really thankful they were able to squeeze us in their schedule considering many other companies either took weeks to get back to us or never did. G&G is a reliable company with fair prices. We would certainly recommend them!

Went through a few other yard companies in last few years. For some reason it was hard to find a reliable company. I would always be wondering if and when they would show up etc. I came across G&G and ever since it has been smooth sailing. The yard looks great and best of all they keep in contact. It s the little things like the follow up emails after service or a forewarning of weather conditions that make this company excellent. They are also very polite and professional on the phone. I asked them and the management company asked them for months to cut the grass, blow the clippings off my small front porch and edge my driveway and all they cared about was how quickly they could leave and get onto the next job. They were at my house less than five minutes. They want to be paid on an annual basis but yet they couldnt manage to do the things that should be part of the lawn service. Its all about money or maybe who you are. They certainly dont care about the elderly.

G&G Garden and Lawn Care are simply the best!! They are honest, hardworking and very detail oriented!! Gabriella saved a plant that was pretty much dying. It is now flourishing!! I have recommended them to everyone that I can because this company is THE BEST!!!
