Over the years I have used various pest control companies. Since I started using this company for my home pest control and lawn care I have always had a call the day before service that informed me that a representative would be here the next day and best of all, my lawn has never looked better. We have had little rain this year but my grass looks great without watering. That is amazing . I highly recommend them.

The lawn was looking really sad after we moved into a new house last year, so we hired Blue Frog for a monthly service. Andrew took the time to explain what they needed to do to correct it and gave us tips on irrigation, aeration, etc. The lawn looks amazing now and we couldnt be happier with Blue Frogs services!

Andy came to diagnose the problem with the lawn this morning. He quickly diagnosed it. He said someone would be over tomorrow to take care of it. Drew and Lorenzo actually showed up today. They quickly sprayed the lawns and also noticed a problem with a leak in the neighbors yard. Amazingly quick service. They were polite professional and friendly.

When we moved to Florida we were in search of a solid and responsive company to maintain our lawn, plantings, and associated pest control. We definitely found it with Blue Frog Lawn and Bugs. The technicians always call ahead before they go out and also write up a detailed report after they come. Most important as well is the office staff. Crystal who is the office manager is always responsive and is in office to answer the phone with a pleasant demeaner which is rare these days! (both being pleasant and answering the phone - lol) She takes interest in her clients and goes the extra mile to address any of your questions. I would highly recommend this company. They are reliable, thorough, and caring.

Jesse, our technician at Blue Frog, is amazing. He truly cares for our plants and takes the time to listen if we have any concerns about a plants health. Our plants all look terrific and he is great to work with. We have been exceptionally pleased with Blue Frog, this company has exceeded all of our expectations. The office is well-managed, the invoices are correct and on time, Jesse even calls the day before to say he is coming. That gives us a chance to talk about any issues then or to be at home when he arrives. We have had many of our plants for several years and some are actually blooming for the first time under Blue Frogs care. Would recommend without reservation.

I was promised a call to schedule a quote. Was in contact with Josh at the company but never received a call after attempting to get in touch multiple times.

We had a lawn infested with fungus in our old home, so when we built a new house on the same lot, went with the recommendation of the landscaper and hired Blue Frog Lawn and Bugs to take care of pest control, fertilization and fungus for the lawn and garden areas. The lawn looks very nice and Ive no complaints about that portion. However, they did not take responsibility for the garden areas, leaving me repeated notes saying overall looks good when our plants were dying. Returning from an extensive trip out of the country, we found more than a few dead plantings, which they subsequently said were from overwatering. We could easily have had our sprinkler guy out to adjust the schedule if Blue Frog had let us know, rather than sending emails stating that all was well. In addition, theyve repeatedly sprayed and dripped lawn treatment on the shell stone patio and step areas, leaving orange stains that are extremely visible and so far have resisted all attempts to clean/bleach them away. Today I found additional areas recently stained, in spite of asking them to be more careful. We are left with the option of replacing the stone or living with the stains. We are cancelling their services immediately and will look for someone else or do it ourselves. One month later: I called the same day the owner posted his response offering to come out to clean off the orange stains on our shell stone and spoke with the gal in the office who answers the phones. I told her that I would be delighted to have someone clean my tiles for me, and she promised to put me on the schedule. I thanked her and hung up after verifying the service address. Nothing was heard from their office after my phone call; no text, no phone call and no message. After much trial and error, my husband and I have recently discovered an acid cleaner for tile that works extremely well and are delighted to have our beautiful patio and pool surround back to their former beauty. I am sorry to say that Blue Frog Lawn and Bugs did not follow up or clean up after the mess left by their worker. My review stands.

I cant say enough about Blue Frogs professional and courteous approach to doing business. We have one small tree that was on its last leg and no other tree service in town was helpful.
