I would really make sure you get what you pay for, if youre doing a weekly service get it itemized when they do it! Alot of fluff with these guys. We also used their planting service, most of what they planted was wrong for the locations and half of it is dead! Tons and tons of landscape services out there. The response to this review is cookie cutter and arrogant! Your services were not what they were supposed to be and your plantings died! You did not clean up the leaves and debris and multiple other things as discussed. Your company representative was also very arrogant. To play it off as limited service selection on my part is pure delusion. 5 grand in plantings and $275 a month for a tiny lawn is not reduced service. It was reduced on your end! Lol

We couldn t be happier with our landscaping from Arbor! Jake was wonderful to work with and we are loving all of the added privacy on our pool cage!

We had Arbor prepare a proposal to update the landscaping at our home. It was a smaller project ($10-15K), but the service we received was first-rate in every way. I would not hesitate to call Arbor for future landscaping needs.

We could not be happier with the results of our landscaping project with Arbor. Steves plan transformed the look of front of our home. Before the plants were installed Arbor checked and repaired our irrigation system to ensure our plants would thrive. The project manager Devon came up with creative ideas to use pots we already owned and was very easy to work with. The crews were friendly, on time and cleaned up. Arbor took our front yard from a 2 to a 10. Highly recommend.

We recently moved here and replaced the entire landscaping around the house. Jake wrote us a plan, we had it approved by the HOA, and the team had it completed in two short days. Very hard, professional workers and showed a real pride in their work. We have already recommended them to neighbors.

Jake and his crew did a complete make-over of our landscape. We had them remove trees and all plantings. They arrived on time and completed the work with care. But best of all, Jake is cooperative, flexible and intelligent, with great ideas. And the crew leader was a true customer-service pro. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any large landscaping job.

They never followed through! Apparently they dont need my business.... I persisted in order to get someone to return a call for an initial quote for weekly lawn service (mow, blow, edge, etc) bc of a neighbors recommendation. Was waiting for a 2nd call back to schedule the visit when Steve calls 4 days later saying hes on the way... okaaaay. He did seem knowledgeable and I was eager to sign on as we needed to get the lawn in order. Now, over two weeks later and theres still no quote, nor a return call / email / text responding to my (3rd) query for such. Sorry, Arbor, I signed with someone else!

Arbor Landscape was great to work with. Noah was professional and stayed with me through the entire process. I had to have a dead fox tail replaced. Within a week of contacting Arbor Landscape it was installed!! Noah worked diligently to find a nice fox tail which looks great.

Arbor Landscapes has gone above and beyond to ensure that our house looks great and is ready to put on the market. Theyve worked so hard to meet our quick deadline for listing the house. After they redid our front lawn, our house looks so much better and has way more curb appeal. They are prompt, communicative, helpful, AND came in under budget. Cant recommend them highly enough for landscaping and maintenance.

What a great experience! Between trying to get contractors to show up for a bid and receiving overpriced quotes, we bid our backyard remodel project to 5 landscape companies. Steve was very responsive and communicative and provided a fair and prompt quote. The job was scheduled and completed as promised. It looks great! My project included a paver patio, raised flower garden and hardscaping the entire backyard. They even came back after the job was complete and paid to make a couple of adjustments. I will be calling again when Im ready to redesign my front area.

Excellent experience! They come to my house weekly, always do a good job, are done quickly, and never leave a mess behind! Sometimes they ll even do small things that need to get done like hedge a bush or clean off my patio. Can t say enough good things about Arbor.
