This company is very unprofessional. They come to our property blow off the sidewalk and leave but charge the HOA for who knows what and sometimes they don’t even show up. They’re very unprofessional. They don’t edge the edge of the grass. They run over and blow it today they showed up Dropped off a guy with a blower knows who where they went the rest of the guys they probably went to do a side job and charge our HOA. The same price just blow off the sidewalk and blow the leaves in the bushes.

Addie, Gerardo and our landscaping crew are absolutely amazing!!! Addie helped us get all set up and really worked with us on our numbers to get us in. She was very patient with all the back and forth and was very helpful with any question we had. Gerardo is very responsive, cares for the property and our best interest. He makes sure to follow up with pictures and address anything that we bring to his attention. Always with an upbeat and positive attitude. Our onsite landscaping crew always has smiles on their faces and really work hard to make sure the property looks its best. It was a very big challenge at first and we are beyond impressed. Since LaBahn has taken over our landscaping is night and day. Everyone has noticed how beautiful and clean everything looks. We are truly grateful to have them as our landscapers.
The team at LaBahn's is second to none! I reached out for a quote to do some clean up in my yard that was overgrown with weeds. The team came out shortly after, performed a detailed survey and provided a very competitive quote all within a couple of days. Once approved their scheduling team coordinated a day and time that worked for me. The crew that did the work was thorough, cordial, clean and did amazing work in a short amount of time. It was such a good job that we had them out again for a second service that went just as well as the first. I'll be using LaBahn's for all my future landscaping needs!

We recently hired LaBahn's to do landscaping at our commercial properties in Carlsbad. The experience has been amazing! Not only are they saving us money, but our properties already look so much better. Highly recommend. Labahns is professional and easy to work with. You definitely get your money's worth as they go above and beyond to do an amazing job. They treat your property like it is their own. I have had the pleasure to work with Julio over the years and he is always helpful. We have done many landscape improvement's at our multi family sites and they work is top notch.

These guys are wreckless!!!! They nearly ran some young bicyclists off the road in our neighborhood. It was TOTALLY unnecessary as the entire road was wide open. They were confronted by several neighbors who watched this act unfold and when confronted the driver pulled out his iphone and started recording the neighbors??? Fortunately one of the bikes had a rear mounted camera that recorded the whole thing and were reporting to the local authorities. When youre driving a truck with a large advertisement on the side through a residential area with families out playing, why would you endanger people????
Incompetent landscapers
At 6:00 AM, LaBahns employees begin operating power tools, such as gas powered leaf blowers, directly across the street from three apartment buildings. They do this every single Monday/Tuesday. Not only is operating power tools at this hour against city code in Pasadena, CA (where this takes place), but its extremely disruptive to the lives of everyone who lives on the street where it happens. Residents are woken up to the loud, droning noise then forced to listen to it continuously for hours after, usually not ending until after 12:00 PM. Additionally, gas powered leaf blowers are illegal to operate in Pasadena, CA, so that makes two city codes LaBahns Landscaping breaks on a weekly basis. LaBahns Landscaping regularly (and knowingly) breaks city code, causing immeasurable disruption the lives of dozens and dozens of residents each week.

I stopped at a 7 11 store to get coffee and as I was pulling in I had to stop because a car was backing out. The driver of la bahns land scaping truck was also waiting for the same car to pull out of the lot ..As soon as it was clear the Hispanic driver pulled in the lot and intentionally blocked me with the truck and landscaping trailer attached to his truck . He and his co workers got out he looked at me laughing and gave me the finger . His co workers were laughing as they went in the 7 11 laughing .. This only shows the lack of respect la bahns landscaping employees have for the general public and most likely their customers too ! This happened today April 6, 2021 at Chambers street and Madison Ave around 6: 30 am .. I contacted the company and left a message of the incident on voicemail with my name and phone number to call me as instructed by them .. I doubt anything will happen to this employee but we will see .. I doubt he will be fired even he deserves it !

We are extremely happy with LaBahns Landscaping services. We switched landscaping company a bout a year ago and our property is looking clean and beautiful. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and communication from the techs and our direct contact who is Fabbian Salazar. I can tell that this company has values and delivers results. I highly reccomend LaBahns Landscaping for all your landscaping needs. This is a company that is honest and truly takes pride in their work. I am the HOA President of our association, and work closely with the entire crew from LaBhans Landscaping. I have done this for two full years. Since they took over, the community is looking much better and their service has been good on all fronts. They are accessible after hours with a quick response time. Their pricing and quality are reasonable and they provide good value on services. I would recommend them to others.

There are not enough accolades to properly convey the quality of work from LaBahn s Landscaping service we received on several properties. As a Community Manager, I deal with dozens of vendors. Without doubt, our direct contact, Chris Remmer (Asst Branch Mgr./Sr. Acct Mgr.) is by far the best is Manager I have ever dealt with. Chris exemplifies everything a responsible, ethical vendor should be. This is true of the other members of the LaBahn s team as well, including the office staff and the onsite crews. Kudos to Chris and the entire Team.
Would not recommend. LaBahns has been responsible for maintain our small HOA for the past year. During this year at least half of the plants have died. Company was notified with limited resolution, requiring continually check ins, missing deadlines, and poor communication.
They use their leave blowers once a week next to my home stating at early at 6:28 am one morning. They are out again and it s 6:56 am today. We are in a neighborhood, I can only imagine how considerate the employees must be when you are leaf blowing before 7 am!!

I had given this company a bad review, but after meeting with site supervisor Bernardo Perez, he gave us a solution to the problem, and come to find out, this company is a new company that is now taking care of our grounds. I am very pleased with the outcome. Mr.Perez is very professional and a man of his word. This company is blessed to have him as part of the team. This company is very unprofessional. We had to take the kids to school and they were blocking our garage. When asked if I needed them to I said yes and when I got in the car they just stared at me and when I asked if they were going to move they said the guy with the keys only speaks Spanish when we clearly heard then having an English conversation before hand. Extremely unprofessional company.
