We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, Cale filled in the blanks and brought the vision to life with extraordinary quality - including pavers, new lawn, new plants, flagstone, sidewalks, irrigation, lighting and fencing. Great people, amazing workers (Jose & Antonio!), and an exceptional outcome - super pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Our backyard has been under construction/renovation(hardscape & landscape: pool & spa, paving, property fences, landscaping etc ) since January 2023 and still on going. We have been working with several landscape contractors and designers and none of the projects went perfectly as we expected and planned. (Except the pickle ball court, no problems from the start to the end!) There were always some issue arose once we started working on the projects. We always felt very difficult to confront the issues with the contractors and some of them even argued unprofessionally and defensive instead of finding a good solution for us. Among all these experiences, what I appreciated about ARC Design was that when we had unexpected issue arose( as I explained in the beginning, we learned many things do goes wrong unexpectedly), Cale(the owner of the company)stepped in and solved the issue the WAY WE CAN SATISFY and in a very PROFESSIONAL Manners. We asked 2 sets of concrete stairs in a slope and concrete steppers in a walk path way. ARC Design had a good work check process. They asked us to see their work before they pour concrete in. That’s how we found an issue created by putting stairs in a slope and Cale stepped in and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the results. Thank you to Cale and his good communication with customer!
ARC Design did a beautiful job putting in two retaining walls and additional concrete. The team was professional and hardworking. They kept me informed and even worked on Saturday to keep the project on deadline. I’m definitely using them again!
Best investment ever! Literally life-changing! Cale, Kevin, Mike, & the entire ARC Design team transformed an unusable field of weeds into a clean and beautiful backyard space for our family to enjoy. We lived with a seasonal bed of weeds for 12 years. Avoiding the backyard except to let the dogs out. Now we have a low-maintenance space we can be proud of. I can play ball with my dog in her own backyard for the first time in her life! I didn’t realize how much the old yard stressed me out until it was gone. No more dirt in the house. No more annual expense to have the weeds taken out. No more pollen, the list goes on and on. The ARC team were courteous, clean and professional. I found their business on Yelp and they are the topnotch for everything. The owner, Cale is super friendly and accommodating. When we have an urgent change, Cale is trying his best to fit us in his schedule. Their turf is beautifully made and our daughter and our dogs loves it so much. I was searching for a landscape contractor to redesign my front yard. After reading impressive reviews online I met with Cale of ARC Design Landscape and explained what I envisioned. Cale took my ideas and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. At the top of my list was finding a contractor that was professional, would stay on schedule, and do top quality work. I put my trust in Cale and his crew and they hit the ball out of the park. They showed up with a full crew on the first day and stayed on schedule. In less than two weeks I had a stunning newly landscaped front yard. The quality of work is top notch. It was a pleasure to deal with Cale and his crew. Cale was always available to answer any questions during the project. His crew was polite and cleaned up the work area each day before leaving. If you're looking for a company that does superb work in a professional and friendly manner look no further than Arc Design Landscape. Update, Half a year later and still pleased as can be with the job Cale and his crew did landscaping our front yard. The installation was done to last, and it looks good as new after a very wet spring. Great job on drainage. The drip watering system is efficient and economical. Living in an area plagued with weeds and gophers the wire and mesh barriers that were installed eliminated any of these issues. I couldn't be happier with the design, quality of work and friendly staff.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were so easy to work with, they were professional, friendly, explained everything, there were no surprises (other than how amazing it turned out), responded quickly to all my questions, and paid an amazing attention to detail. Cale, the owner, has been so helpful from design to answering all my inquisitive questions. He really made himself available. His guys were always on time, professional, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. I mean the little things too, they cleaned up after every work day. They swept the walkways, stacked their tools and materials out of the way, every single day. We are so impressed all around with this company. AND it was done on time and on budget! We will definitely be referring them to friends and family! Thank you, we LOVE our yard. For reference, we ripped out grass and replaced it with artificial turf and a concrete courtyard that is closed in with a stacked stone wall and pillars. We also extended the already existing concrete porch.

What s to say from the owner Cale the estimator Gio to Kevin and the machine like,no wasted motion crew, completely impressed!! They re all friendly and approachable, the estimate is detailed as to materials, labor and time of completion!! Also an approximate start date which will be verified and no excuses the day before like there was a full moon last night so we ll have to reschedule you!! Everyone knows that drill!! Watched as the installation was being done and was really impressed with the attention to the LITTLE details that aren t seen but contribute to the longevity and the look of the finished project!! Which by the way blew me away much better than I imagined!! You can t go wrong with this company!!

From the start, the owner Cale was professional and provided a detailed bid for a new driveway using pavers and turf for our lawn. In the 2 and 1/2 they were at our house, the workers doing pavers demonstrated a lot of skill and professionalism. The team who installed the turf were equally skilled and the end result is a beautiful yard. They did such a good job, we are going to hire them to do the back yard now.

The absolute best artificial turf company in San Diego! Cale, the owner, was extremely professional, and genuinely cares for the satisfaction of his clients. The price was amazing and I wanted to move as quickly as possible. Cale examined my property and found Nutsedge weed. He explained that if I did not eliminate it entirely, it would come back and destroy my turf over time. So many other contractors would ve just taken a quick job and not cared about the long term problems. He would continuously show up and check on the status of the weeds. When the weeds finally cleared, Cale and his team completed the job in two days!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

ARC Design did an absolutely wonderful job on our 4 large retaining walls as well as build custom stairs for us. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. STREAMBED LANDSCAPE. I now have an authentic looking streambed of river rock from my patio along the sidewalk to the driveway in my front yard. In addition, there are two planter beds with easy care signature plantings. (Previously, spotty grass was there which looked awful.) Now it looks neat and peaceful there.
