As a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the landscape committee at our HOA, finding the right landscape maintenance company has always been challenging. We’ve gone through the interview process, and while we’re promised the moon, they never deliver. After going out to bid in January 2024, we hired Landesign in May—and what a refreshing and wonderful experience it’s been. They do exactly what they say they will! When they find a problem, they bring it to my attention instead of just ignoring it. Bradon and his team are professional, easy to work with, and considerate. They take care of the property as if they lived here. The residents always thank the crew for their hard work and mention how great the property looks when I walk the property. Hiring Landesign was the best decision we've made. I have no regrets at all!
We have been working with Braden For several years now. He is quickly responsive and available to walk the property and problem solve. We changed all the irrigation to drip which has worked out very well (except for the squirrels). We pulled out old landscape materials and put native plants in, which are now thriving. We hope to work on firescaping soon, budget providing. This property is an eighteen unit condo complex.
I am a property manager for Homeowners Associations. I have 13 HOAs that I manage. Landesign does the landscaping at one of those complexes. It has 224 units. Crew manager, Bob is the manager and is very good and responsive. The crew does great work.
Our HOA has been working with LandDesign for approximately 3 years and we've been very pleased with the growth we seen from them and relationship we've built over this time. Bradon, has been very responsive in addressing any of our concerns and relating these to his team. Our HOA has been through a number of different landscaping companies and we finally found one that fit our community! We even have had several compliments from some of our most particular members in our association! We look forward to continuing to work with them to help keep our community looking beautiful and well kept!
Our Landesign account manager, Kimberley, maintains constant communication with us so that as needs, questions or concerns come up they are noted and/or addressed. And she conducts a monthly property walk with the Site Manager . The crew leader checks in during each weekly visit to make sure any "particular" needs are addressed as well. Landesign works like a "partner" with us to get our property back into the shape it is meant to be!
Landesign has been great in servicing multiple apartment communities! Braden has always gone above and beyond to customize bids to our needs, and been proactive about maintaining trees, etc. across our communities. We've had a fantastic experience!
I have worked with Landesign over the last six years and do not have a single complaint. Our primary contact, Bob, has always been available for questions and concerns. The grounds crew works hard every day to keep our place looking amazing. Working with Landesign, we have implemented changes across our complex that reduced water usage by 27 percent. When I first started working on our Landscape Committee, I met with three separate companies. Landesign presented a fair, thorough and comprehensive bid that matched every one of our requests. Additionally, I had a project in mind that would have been implemented as a separate bid. I pitched it to each of the three bidding companies to see how they would respond to such a request. I remember distinctly that Bob did not immediately go into "sales mode" and instead asked why such a project was being considered. When I explained, Bob presented a simple option that could be implemented almost immediately. The other two companies went full on "sales mode" and quickly proposed projects that would have cost more than a quarter of our yearly landscaping budget. I was truly impressed that Landesign wanted to find a solution, not just gouge us on a new project. Through the years, that has been a consistent theme from Landesign; Finding solutions that work instead of proposing high cost makeovers. I highly recommend Landesign Construction and Maintenance!
I have been working with Claire from Landesign on refreshing the landscaping for one of our resorts and she has been great to work with. Every interaction is professional, she follows up and makes sure that everything goes smoothly from first step of design through installation. We have had a couple of last minute request and she and the team have very graciously shifted focus to the areas we needed help with. I very much appreciate the work and pride Landesign have shown in caring for the property!

Our property gets frequent visits from Landesigns Head of Business and Development, Terri Erlendson, which allows for our H.O.A. and Landesign to be on the exact same page at all times, which helps things get done amazingly fast. Earlier this year, Terri and Landesigns Preident John Fitzgerald walked our entire property with all the H.O.A.s board members and were happy to answer all questions and take all requests. This 90 minute walkthrough of our property showed Landesigns commitment to making sure they create an amazing relationship with those that they do business with. I have built friendly relationships with landscapers, irrigation specialists, management and office staff as well, as everyone at Landesign aims to please, is professional and dedicated to their work. The landscapers who work on our property are very friendly and always take care of requests from homeowners on the same day those requests are made, which makes the people who live on our property very happy as the great landscaping is one of the reasons people choose to live on this property. Maurilio, Landesigns irrigation aficionado is not only knowledgeable and diligent, but also a great guy and someone I enjoy collaborating with whenever he is on-site. Landesign has been taking care of our landscaping needs for the last 7 years and my experiences have always been positive , They show up on time and get right to work, theres always someone who can answer any of my questions when asked. If I need to change there schedule and have them come on a different day I just call Bob Cerri and everything is taken care, If I have Questions about what plants or trees to plant he tells me and explains why, and makes perfect sense, and over the years not once has he left me hanging or never gotten back to me when I needed something right away hes an asset to Landesign and the reason we are still with them.

As a property manager having a landscape company that is responsive, honest and fair priced is a must. Bradon is my go to person with any concerns I have with my landscaping and he works with me to troubleshoot the most minimum issues. If I have any issues I call Bradon and next thing I see him at the property inspecting the issue and promptly comes up with a plan for a solution. I am also very thankful for all the crew members who work hard keeping my property looking beautiful. Odosio is very professional and shows a genuine concern to what he is working on and it shows through his work and can do attitude.
Landesign has been taking care of the landscapimg of a property I managed in Windsor. They come every week for service and the crew is always responsive and the always leave the property clean.
