Dean and team were great to work with. Dean worked with me on the design of my backyard and helped identify some technical issues I hadn’t considered. The team was great-they’d call if there was a question or issue and the results were great. The yard was transformed from a yard overrun w roots, trees and wild shrubs to a great outdoor patio and yard.

Dean and his crew have provided outstanding service and their work is 2nd to none. Always working within my budget and delivering results that exceed expectations.

I had my sprinkler system repaired and my lawn sodded, back and front. The majority of the sod died within a month but they did replace it. I had to call several times and they were never there when they said they would be. The workers they send, act like they are doing you a favor to show up. They were also supposed to do the maintenance on my yard. They never showed up after telling me when they would be there. I spent over 12,000.00 and only expected what they said they would do. My yard hasn’t been cut in over a month. I don’t live at the beach but neither do I rent my house out. I have cameras so I know they haven’t been back. It just so disappointing to hear one thing and then they do something else.

We were referred to 30-A Landscapes who came in and did a full design for our property and completely transformed our space, and since had provided regular mowing and maintenance. We receive constant feedback on how great our lawn looks. 30-A is a tough place, lots of work needed and never enough workers, we have lived here for years and the challenge keeps growing. Patience and trust is key, and we have that with 30-A Landscapes. Weather and workload has caused delays, but they have always followed through for us and we have a great space to live outdoors now.

Dean and his crew are top notch!! In addition to regular mowing and trimming we have used them to install irrigation and new sod. You won’t find a finer group of folks to have on your property!! Courteous, efficient and well qualified!!

I hired 30a landscaping LLC to do maintenance yard work on my house in Florida. I hired them to do landscaping and tree removal and then they also offered maintenance services. I do not live in Florida so I was not aware they were not maintaining my property as agreed. They listed a scope of services I know never happened, they charged a finance charge (it was being deducted from a checking account) raised their prices with no notice . Did not send monthly statements I had to ask for them when I was filing my taxes.. They were just charging my ATM monthly but not providing the services. I have photos to prove my claim. Recently there was another issue with the back flow preventer they installed in December . I asked them if I can have a copy of the receipt of this part so I can contact the company to see if there is a warranty on it . The owner refused to provide it . He told me it’s my problem now and things break and to look for the serial number . I would need a receipt of when this was purchased . I had to pay more money to repair it. I should not be charged for services that never happened. If I have paid for something I should be able get the receipt for it to see if there is a warranty. They said in writing their service covers 38 times a year and then changed that to 26 times a year and then said it’s not a binding contract . There is no way they did the work. By their own records they provided they claimed to have come 19 times in 13 months . These records are an email with no actual proof. This case is unresolved with the BBB and the full correspondence is posted on their website. They did not agree with you. You opted out as being part of the BBB. In terms of my neighbor agreeing with you. My neighbor is your friend who does not have access to my property so this is not true . This is on their Website but they never provided any pictures so this is not true Lawn maintenance is not difficult. It requires timely responses to weather and a regular schedule based on the seasonal shifts in Northwest Florida. Lawn maintenance for investment and vacation homes in Walton County is the most popular service provided by 30a Landscapes. We sort of have annual lawn maintenance down to science. Also, we provide our annual maintenance clients with online picture logs to provide homeowners with a peace of mind while out of town. This is just one of many ways 30a Landscapes services is different than the other landscaping companies on 30A and in Seaside, FL All I can say is to anyone is read all the reviews and you can see what is real . I am not the only person who has complained about this . This is my first time reviewing a business online ever . I looked on other websites and there are more reviews like mine. Maybe some people are taken care of unfortunately I was not one of them . This has happened to others . You might have too many accounts. You could have told me you could not provide the service and then not charged me for work that never happened . You have a bunch of your friends write reviews for you in the last 24 hours when it’s been a very long time since the last review besides the one I posted. This flood of good posts yesterday is an attempt to discredit my review .People can see through this. I understand trying to get your rating up but people ultimately are looking for honest companies to work with . I hope google sees this Pictures provided below.

We use 30A Landscapes to maintain our home away from home. I never have to worry about our lawn, palm trees or back yard pond. Each visit, I smile as I drive in and see the neat, clean lawn awaiting me. If I have an additional special need, they find a way to fit me in within a day or two.
