Pacific Outdoor Living replaced our front driveway and porch steps. The whole process was quite painless. The salesman we met with when we walked in was very helpful and made a few recommendations in assisting us to find just the right cobbled stones for the job. The job was completed within a few days with minimal disruption of our lives. We could have paid slightly less going with another outfit, but I felt confident choosing PCL and considering their customer service and the quality of the finished project, I know I made the right decision.
We absolutely love our yard!!! We saw Pacific Outdoor Living signs around our neighborhood at some of the prettiest gardens, so we reached out to them. We replaced our grass with a beautifully designed heat-tolerant garden, accentuating the mature trees we already had. Pacific Outdoor Living was excellent to work with at every stage - very clear communication and prompt responses. Harley Barber was creative and receptive to our ideas with the design. Luis Suarez was an excellent liason, and his crew did the demolition, planting and installation with care, respect, and skill. The scheduling and billing were seamless as well. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience working with this company to landscape our backyard. The design process is stepwise and thorough, our designer Samantha was easy to work with and worked to accommodate everything we wanted. The crew and their manager Luis were then actually were able to finish the project faster than expected. They were respectful of our schedules, the property and communicated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this company!
Beautiful work, and professionally done. Luis and his team at Pacific Outdoor Living transformed our property through lighting, gorgeous plants, elegant design, a new robust and efficient irrigation and sprinkler system, grading, and sod. We have gotten so many compliments from neighbors, and even random folks on evening walks in the neighborhood. This is the second time if called on Pacific Outdoor Living for a project, and I won't hesitate for the next one. They don't cut corners, hard workers, well organized, clear and visual planning, and are responsive to questions and concerns. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job.
Pacific Outdoor Living has been truly the best!!! Our lead contacts of Jorge and Luis were responsive and professional and patient in answering all of our questions and got back to us right away. Their teams were on time and did an excellent job. They have the timing and coordinating down to a science and were ahead of schedule. The quality of work is outstanding!!!! We did a remodel of part of our backyard to create an outdoor living room. They did a fantastic job with both the planning (architecture) and the construction itself. It was exactly what we wanted! Workers were on time and finished the job early. I was kept in the loop as any issues arose and the price quoted was the price paid. They paid great attention to detail and we are so pleased with the results! Flowers just started blooming on the plants and trees - it's beautiful!
Luis Suarez installed our landscaping and did a great job. He was timely, and very knowledgeable. He also came back when I told him some plants had died and he replaced them. Would definitely use him again.

Had a wonderful experience with Pacific Outdoor Living. From the design team, to the hardscape team, to the landscape team, I was thoroughly taken care of. Luis, the landscape lead, made sure I was fully satisfied and replaced several plants that werent up for me. He was incredibly patient and professional throughout. We have worked with several contractor firms before but this by far the most seamless process.
I can not say enough how great working with Pacific Outdoor Living. My wife and I met with several landscaping companies and Pacific Outdoor Living seemed to be the most honest and professional one. Pacific Outdoor Living did a great job on my pool install. Only reason is not a 5 is because there was some miscommunication at the beginning. We were told the gas line could go under or above concrete and the price would remain the same what ever we choose. That was not the case once we sign the contract. There was some other minor issues, but over all they stuck to what they said and finished the job.
Julian is great to work with and a patient human! He is creative and thoughtful. You can trust him with your vision.

Pacific Door Living has met my expectations so far. Project is still waiting for County permit but so far my experience has been great. Glenn was very responsive and helpful during the design phase. He was very patient and gave us good feeback. Erik from permit department is great at giving timely updates. So far we are happy. Ill update once the project is complete.
We used Pacific Outdoor Living to demo, design and construct our front and back yards and we could not be happier. The final execution exactly matched the 3D design they created for us. The team was exceptionally professional, highly responsive to our requests during construction and completed the job ahead of schedule. Pacific Outdoor Living did a swimming pool remodel for us that included demo of existing pool and installation of new surface, tile, coping and equipment. The process was professionally handled at all steps, Trent was always in touch and available. We are super happy with the outcome.

Ive used Pacific Outdoor Living for 3 different projects at my house. They all turned out beautifully and I had a great experience working with their designers. They excel at pavers and my driveway now looks so much better than concrete. My back patio and walkway significantly reduced the amount of grass I have and they did a great job with the sod, irrigation system and layout. Their workers are skilled and courteous. Next year, Im having them redo my front. I have full confidence in their work and have referred many friends to them.
We can not say enough about Pacific Outdoor Living. Started out with one project, which led to two more projects over course of couple of years. We have enjoyed many family and friends commenting about what a beautiful yard/patios we have. I am beyond ecstatic with Pacific Outdoor Living (POL) and how they turned my nightmare landscaping into the landscaping of my dreams. If you want the best, the gold standard, and the company that sets the standards for others to follow, then Pacific Outdoor Living is the one you must call for all of your landscaping needs. I selected POL for several reasons. All of the workers are POL employees, they were near Burbank, and their showcase gallery was nothing short of spectacular. I was not disappointed in their creativity or in the quality of their work and materials. Everyone I met at POL was so friendly, polite, and professional. John and Stephan did a fantastic job on the design. Onsite, Jorge was on top of the entire project and always kept me in the loop. Luis oversaw the landscape crew and was very helpful in explaining various aspects of the project. The other thing I was so appreciative of there were a couple of times when the plan on paper really didn t work onsite and needed to be tweaked. Instead of just following what was on paper, Jorge brought it to my attention with his suggestions and every suggestion he made was perfect and made the project design even better. Also, all of the crews were friendly, polite, professional, and very respectful of my property and kept it clean and organized.
