Carlos and the boys are awesome over there at Just Sprinklers! I purchased 700sqft of yellowing sod from you guys at a smashing deal $8.00 a roll. Us Florida boys know how to bring back grass-my sod is thriving due to a product--Rev Pro Turf Formulaits used in professional sports stadiums.

No problem here nice people unloaded very fast. Come in to parking lot from the allsups side its a lot easier park along side the fence by there bulding in-between the gates you can spend the night there just lock your doors lots of foot traffic through there they start about 8 sharp

Just Sprinklers arrived to pick up pallets and deliver product to a customer. The driver never handed paperwork to the loader or confirmed how many pallets they would be picked up. As the loader was loading the third pallet, the truck driver decided to drive away without confirming or checking to make sure all was loaded. The forklift got caught on the truck and almost tipped the forklift over with the driver on it! The pallet of product tipped over and was demolished. Thousands of dollars of damaged goods. Fortunately the loader was not tragically hurt! Just Sprinklers REFUSES to take responsibility for this situation and blames everything on the loader...... . This could have been a deadly situation! This is pretty pathetic and irresponsible. Byer beware , this company is not accountable!!!

I watched the owner abuse an elder who was asking about a refund. He was cruel would not listen and down right abusive to him. I tried to get him to pause but he ignored me and kept escalating himself, yelling and screaming at the poor man, telling him he was now 86ed from his store, get the hell out or hed call the police! Over NOTHING. I had already purchased some stone but felt it was the incorrect price and had to stay. I WAS in fact over charged and he returned some money but I know I paid far more than I would have elsewhere but wanted to get the heck out of there. I will NEVER go back.

My experience at the Santa Fe Just Sprinklers was exceptionally stellar!! I purchased 3 large boulders from Santa Fe Stone that Carlos helped me with. He had those delivered in a timely manner and Diondre was one of the guys that deliver my beautiful boulders. Diondre and the other delivery guys did an amazing job! When I went to Santa Fe Just Sprinklers to get water pump and all the other components needed for my DYI water feature, Carlos Morrison the store manager was very Knowledgeable, respectful, professional and patient in helping me figure out which products I needed!! My water feature turnout beautifully all thanks to Carlos and his staff and Santa Fe Just Sprinklers!!

Will not break open a bundle of railroad ties according to the lady with short hair who says she is a manager, I needed 15, she said she only had 10, and bundles of 20, not allowed to open the bundles she says, how do you have 10 then? Tried to railroad me into buying 20. Called yesterday and had me drive all the way here for nothing. Going to the competition. New landscape business in town,will NEVER darken your doorstep again.

Lady supervisor with the short hair is extremely rude to customers, maybe she is having a bad day, but in Santa Fe NM we try to be a little kinder to others, this landscape company will not be back because of her.

Spring setup of my medium sized irrigation system today. The tech was Daniel Johnson from Albuquerque. Cant say enough about his personable and efficient service. He knew exactly what to do, innovated, upgraded, and got the job done quickly. I give him a five star recommendation. And I request him back for further work.

I waited 4 weeks for someone to be available for a new sprinkler system estimate. The scheduler never once mentioned a call out fee & I received 2 phone calls prior to confirm my appointment. Finally the day of my appointment, with an estimated arrival between 8am - 12 noon, I get another phone call at 9am asking for $350 non refundable quote fee! $350 to look at my grass! Ed the estimate man had 8 appointments scheduled that day according to his secretary, that s 8 x $350 = $2,800. I m probably looking at $10,000 system and that s how you get my trust?

I forget Just Sprinklers is another option ONLY because, when doing an Internet serach Firebird comes up. N Ive gone to Firebirds before n had to deal w/ their condescending n rude customer service. Just Sprinklers, is a fresh breath, when customer service is non-existent every where else, we will b back.

Originally I was prepared to give these guys 5 stars for their customer service, until I was walking out the door & the manager, Carlos, blew it.. I was literally standing at the checkout counter thinking how grateful I was for their outstanding customer service, how gracious & generous they had been for the past month, since I had paid for sod that was being delayed week by week.. They gave me what they had on stock & let me use their sod roller for free for my trouble which I was grateful for & even commented to him personally about their great service.. Meanwhile they told me they would call me when the rest of the sod came in.. I waited & waited for several weeks, checking in periodically whenever I came to town from Pecos.. Since they never called me I decided to come in & ask for a refund. As they were working on my refund, they seemed to be having trouble putting the charges back on my cc so the manager, Carlos, handed me cash, yet shorted me $10 not including the tax I had paid along w my original purchase. When I kindly asked him about the tax, he proceeded to get defensive & give me a pep talk telling me not everything s about money reminding me they had let me use their sod roller for free.. I was stunned & tried to explain that I had no issue w them, i acknowledged their great service & told them I was grateful as he handed me the $10 but in a condescending tone he told me to make sure & count it all so as to be sure I got every single penny back that I had spent so I could be fully satisfied. All I could do was shake my head in disbelief & walk away.. The way he spoke he spoke to me in front of people felt so rude, degrading, condescending & out of left field I left there feeling ill.. Up until that moment I would have gladly referred them to all my friends & given them 5 stars but he blew it in the end by not only trying to short me $10 but then trying to excuse it & then gaslighting me & implying I was a selfish , money oriented person for mentioning it. Too bad.. I def won t be going back to them again.

Carlos really took exceptional care of my needs. I purchased an order of sod, and after I got home and laid it down, I realized that I needed extra rolls. I called Carlos a few minutes before they closed, and he waited an extra half-hour after closing to get me what I needed to finish the job. What fantastic customer service!!

I dont usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to after my experience with Just Sprinklers in Santa Fe. I was referred to them by my landscaper as a reputable place to buy sod. I called them and ordered sod to be delivered for the following week. They stated that I would be the first delivery of the day and would call me when the sod was on the way. The morning of the delivery I heard nothing and I decided to call at about 10am. The first person I spoke to said that they had no deliveries for that day. Then in the background, another employee said that the delivery truck got a flat tire and that they would be delayed. They said the delivery was still happening but it would be delayed. I had paid my landscaper to be there the whole day and to wait around for the delivery to install the sod. At around 2pm another employee called me, referred to me as boss and said sorry but they were not be delivering today and would be refunding my purchase. Leaving me high and dry with no sod and no notice. They said it was an issue with their supplier. They would call me again if they were able to get sod in the future. (that never happened) A few days later, I saw them deliver sod in my town, yet I never got a call. These guys are not professional and do not value your time and money. My suspicion is that they never ordered my sod and then made up an excuse for not delivering. I would not recommend, they caused me a major headache and delayed my yard completion by a week. I ended up ordering from another supplier in ABQ.

Carlos and DJ were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We bought landscape rocks and had all our questions answered. Delivery was next day and placement of the largest rocks was quick and easy. We are getting an estimate for building rock planting beds.

I would never consider buying anything from this company. Employee in a Just Sprinklers truck and uniform spoke to me in the rudest manner while in line at a local eatery. I guess my comment to my daughter saying I needed to hurry and get back to work while at a local restaurant was an invitation to tell me off and insult me in Spanish.

Great experience installing sprinklers and a frost free spigot at 2 houses. The frost free was malfunctioning and they came and replaced it. Great to know they stand behind their work.

Carlos Morrison helped transform a gallery on Delgado St. People stop and take pictures of the stones including a security box fabricated into a pillar stone by Carlos for the self park lot. Awesome installation with him and his crew including Andrew Mata.

TOTALLY BEYOND IMPOSSIBLE to get a service call. Get this, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks and up to 3 MONTHS to get a service call in Santa Fe. Good luck with these guys...dont even bother. I have been trying for ONE YEAR to get them to show up....even in an emergency they need OVER 4 WEEKS TO COME BY. The stores are great and employees are always so nice....that said, even the employees knows how impossible they are to deal with and refers to a 3rd party contractor. Listen to the owner wax poetic about how great, fast ,etc that they are on the taped machine while you wait on the line....CRAZY

Crappy service. Bought a fountain, they installed it. its installed improperly. theyve promised to come back twice to fix it, but they cant ever make it on time - ALWAYS over an hour late! I cant wait around 8 hours for what should be a one hour repair - John is the nicest guy and the biggest flake!!!

The sprinkler system for my house had not been used in 5 years. Needed emergency service on a Saturday night due to a valve failure resulting in water spraying and flowing everywhere. Tried calling other companies but no response. The only true emergency service was Just Sprinklers. When Omar arrived he immediately knew what the problem was and what to do so that the water to my house could be turned back on. The following Monday Bobby B came out to cap off the main line and remove unnecessary pipes. He was quick and efficient, leaving no sign that there had been digging just feet from my front door. I appreciate the professionalism that both Omar and Bobby B exhibited!

Santa Fe is NOT a city known for the quality of customer service it provides. However, the crew at Just Sprinklers on St. Michaels Drive is the complete exception to that. These guys rock! Christian, Alex, Steven and Robert are knowledgeable, polite and hardworking. Their advice on landscaping matters shows a lot of expertise. They really know what they are doing and they share that knowledge with their customers. All of them are excellent, but Steven gets a special shout out because he has to be the most polite, respectful and genuine young man Ive ever met (and I taught HS for a lot of years, so I have basis for comparison). Just Sprinklers has great products, but it is their great service that makes them my go-to source for landscaping supplies.

Robert and his crew were very helpful. On Monday, I stopped in to pick up some sod and learned that Thursday is their delivery day. I took a couple old pieces to see if theyll survive but will likely come back later this week for some fresh sod. They also sell koi pond supplies and Robert was very knowledgeable in this regard. I picked up some beneficial bacteria and pond clarifier at his recommendation. Robert and his crew were very welcoming and, more importantly, very helpful/knowledgeable. Their customer service is great and I will definitely be back. I wish more local businesses emulated the same level of customer service! A+
