No good help

Had $1800 worth of work performed to stop leaks from occurring. in our Eldorado Office area.. It was explained that a master valve and filter would stop debris from entering the system and clogging the valves...thus allowing them to leak water. I was told that a master valve shuts off after the entire drip water system is finished and would cut off water and stop leaks... the day after the $1800 work was completed there was a 700 gallon water leak and the company takes no responsibility for this... they say it was another "faulty valve". I discovered the water leak by being a customer to EASWD... would recommend another company as it seems we do not get the right information

I talked to Brent last week about setting up a clean up. Christine called me back within a day to set up an appointment for last friday at noon. Took off my lunch hour to meet with Christine and she never showed up or called me back. I called Brent after she was an hour late and he said she must be "caught up with another client". So what my business doesn't matter? After a whole week now I still haven't heard from either of them.I called Brent again to speak with the manager and of course, there isnt one there. So i asked Bill the supervisor to call me back. Still waiting. But now a whole week later Christine shows up at my door for the appointment. I tell her that the appointment was last week and that I spoke with Brent and you (Christine) were supposed to call me( which you never did). She was very rude and walked away. Honestly wouldn't even give you guys one star. Would not reccomend this company.
