My wife and I have had the most fantastic experience with the people at Titan Turf. I am a do it yourself guy and wanted to install my own turf. Steve ( the owner) was very patient with us in explaining our turf options (we have dogs) and answering our questions. He guided me on what was needed for the preparation of the backyard site what what the install would entail. Once we were done with the prep work, we picked up the turf. Josh ( Steves very capable right hand man) was instrumental in tips and explanation of how to do the install. Because of the product and with their help, I feel I have a very professional installation of my really great turf !!! We do our best to shop at locally owned business and this is a great reason why !! I found their prices to be a bargain when you factor in the help and the quality of the products. We whole hardily recommend Titan Turf.

Every visit to Titan Turf, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Moving eight rolls of turf to get to the type I want and then rolling it out to view... no problem. The pricing is fair and the selection is enormous. Everyone at the store is available for valuable information on turf varieties, infills and installation. Two projects down, Ill use them again for the next plan.

I highly recommend lawn kings / titan turf . There product is far superior to others we looked at and price was reasonable . There customer service is outstanding . I did the install myself for the first time . Steve took the time to give me some pointers that saved me from making mistakes . He also lent me a seed spreader so my backfill would be nice and even . I m totally happy with my experience with the lawn kings team .

I would give them zero stars if I could. I had called a week ago and set up an appointment with them to come out to my house. The man said that he would call and confirm the appointment, about a day before. I called the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment. They had no record of the appointment. They then called back to question if I had made a mistake and called the correct company. The number that I called a week ago and the number I called today, and the number they called me back on were all the same. A simple call saying, hey were sorry about the mix up would have gone a long way. Since they cant take responsibility for a mess up now says a lot about this company. I will look for another company, and you should consider someone else too.

Titan Turf Supply is amazing! I had a contractor that didn t complete my job, and didn t use enough infill. I contacted Titan Turf looking for a contractor to finish the job. They told me to come in to the shop, talk to the owner, and he will point me in the right direction. I m a very handy person, so he saved me a bunch of money by spending the time with me to explain how to finish the project myself. Everyone at the office is super helpful and friendly. The owner definitely knows his stuff. It s tough to find good customer service nowadays, and these guys give GREAT customer service. They went above and beyond to help me out. We had a wonderful experience with Titan Turf. The high quality of turf we got is definitely visible. It has a higher grade than the ones we ve seen out there. We did research and we were confident that we got the best choice. We bought putting green, fringe synthetic grass, and other golf accessories. It looked so realistic and it also feels great when you step on them. It was our 3rd time purchasing from them and we will keep on coming back. Maite patiently assisted us. Let s start of with their manager who is very rude and tries to play Symantec s. I originally called them about installing artificial grass at my home. They finally called me back from the salespersons cell phone. When I let them know I had 2 other quotes they no longer wanted to come do a site visit and just wanted the square footage for an easy estimate. When I didn t like that, he said they were 1-2 week out to do a site visit anyway. I then told him that wouldn t work for me. He then referred me to two other installers who used their product. That turned out worse than this review. My buddy called for a similar estimate and had them out next day. Imagine that. When I then called weeks later about the product falling apart and the horrible install by their people who bought from them he then proceeded to play the warranty game It was only the next day after installation but he said the installer was not licensed or a preferred installer which they needed to be at Least one of those for the warranty to be used. So now the warranty wasn t covered. The funny part is anyone can go buy it from them including the home owner. So if the homeowner buys it and is not licensed or preferred installer, is the warrant voided? They are obviously all about the money and not the service. Everyone I talked to except the manager (Steve) was very nice. He didn t like me challenging his professionalism or product support which then turned into a shouting match. I called them back to even offer paying them to fix or even replace the horrible installation but he was too annoyed by me being blunt with him. Even at this point he proceeded to lie and say they still wont be able to come see it for 3-4 weeks and install 4-5 months later. I proved that wrong agin by getting another estimate for another property. Next day visit and installation available in 2-3 weeks. Imagine that. You would think they would make it right especially when I m willing to pay for it at their price. I ll recoup the other money in a slam dunk small claims court case. Now they will all be held accountable somehow. I m sure I ll need to request all parties to the hearing. All I originally wanted from Titan turf was to replace a bad install by an installer they told me about, using their product. Crazy world we live in now. My phone is still on Titan Turf and all I want is my back yard grass to be functional and properly installed so my kids can enjoy playing in their back yard.

Steven and the team got my yard looking amazing in no time and I couldn t be happier. They were in and out and left the place looking like they were never there. I would recommend Titan Turf if you are looking for a new lawn or a complete yard remodel.

This place is a total joke, I had the most basic questions about installing turf and they couldnt even give me a answer. On top of that they are rude about it. I would suggest looking elsewhere! Thanks for your response, its funny how you act professionally as soon as someone post a bad review, Completely different from our phone conversation. I would post a picture of your product sitting on my driveway if I could .You couldnt answer the most simple question about preparation. Industry standards are a minimum of 2 inches of base and you told me less might be ok. Your rude and your ratings show it. 3 stars...lol

Awesome experience with Titan Turf Supply! First off, I want to thank Steve and his crew for such a great job. My backyard looks great now. I m so happy not having to deal with the constant battle of dying grass. I was new to the whole artificial grass scene, but Titan Turf walked me through the whole process and laid out the best plan of attack for my application. I was very concerned about how well the grass would hold up to my big dogs, but Steve helped show me the best turfs to withstand the abuse of dogs, as well as include a material to help prevent odor from pet urine. I couldn t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend them and can t wait to do my front yard next!

Amazing quality synthetic turf. Looks real, very durable and eliminates the headache of fighting nature everyday to keep a green, clean and well manicured lawn! Maite and the owner were super helpful and professional as well!

2021 was the first year in about 5 years that we didnt have to sweep dust off our porch after a windy day or wipe the mud off our dogs feet after a rainy day. Probably shouldve requested samples as the one we installed in the back yard wasnt as soft as the one in the front yard. It was a small job (100 sq ft) so hubby prepped the area and the gentleman that delivered the turf said his work was sufficient and the hard part was done. Hasnt been a year yet but so far so good. No shifting or bunching. There is a visible line that showed the flat spot where the turf laid while rolled up. No amount of laying it in the heat took it out but were continuing to brush it regularly so hopefully itll come out.
