Breathtaking Landscaping in Santa Barbara

Had Ricardo over for an estimate. Was 45 minutes late, but we met and I was told I’d get an estimate within a week. It’s now been more than 2, still haven’t heard back. I even followed up via text…nothing. Not worth the time.

Stop employing thieves.

Ricardo of Breathtaking landscapes, landscaped my neighbors yard. They asked to do some tree trimming in my yard to open up their view and I agreed. Two workers, who spoke very limited English, showed up on the wrong day without Ricardo being present like I was told to oversee it. They proceeded to cut down a limb which fell directly on my son’s trampoline, breaking the netting. They then went up a tree they weren’t even supposed to be in and removed an important limb which framed my view! I had the most difficult time getting Ricardo, who I believe is the owner, to ever return my call. He took no responsibility for his workers’ actions and I believe it was my neighbor who paid to have the trampoline netting replaced. He dodged all my calls and was incredibly dishonest, telling my neighbor he resolved things with me when that was not the case!

Extremely talented, professional and reliable- Ricardo really was able to turn my vision into a reality and work around my budget. Definitely was worth the wait to work with Ricardo and his experienced team!
