TurFresh does a great job cleaning, fluffing, sanitizing and deodorizing the turf area for Brinkley, our Golden Retriever. We have a maintenance contract and they are great!

I am seldom this satisfied with a home improvement company, but Turf Fresh delivered on every point. We have a very small dog and our yard was beginning to smell so we decided to call TF and see if they could help. From the firs call we knew we were in good hands, the service rep was informative, professional and kind. They were able to give us an immediate quote on line utilizing Google Maps, wow! On my appointment date, the serviceman knocked on my door introduced himself and explained the process. After all work was completed, I couldnt believe how beautiful my artificial grass looked, it hadnt realized how bad it was. The most important part is that my turf now smells like roses. Problem solved, thank you Turf Fresh!!!

I highly recommend them. We have TurFresh come out twice a year to clean, deodorize and refresh our yard. With one small dog and always cleaning up after him and washing the turf down it still gets matted down and smells like urine after a few months.

The guys came to my place today and refresh the artificial turf that came with the house we just purchased. The previous owners had many dogs and once the guys left, it was not a trace hint of any previous animal. I messaged for a quote. For a very small backyard they quoted $389/mo for monthly maintenance. I told them I was not interested. Then I received a message from a manager via text who asked if they could call to discuss. I had no interest in negotiating, so I said no, I would no like a phone call. They then called to try to negotiate. I asked them not to continue to contact me via phone. I sent a text to the original text I received and requested no further contact. The manager continued to try to contact me via text, after repeated attempts to ask them to cease messaging with me. Aside from the price issue, they just cant take no for an answer. I would never do business with them after their repeated violations of my request for no contact. Terrible business model - I hope they think first in the future.

I do not recommend this company. Aside from being super expensive the product didnt really work. In addition I signed up for a two treatment contract to reduce the price and was harassed about scheduling the second treatment so they could collect the money. I didnt even need the cleaning right now and was trying to schedule it closer to an event I was having. Horrible customer service. Enjoy that last bit of money, yall lost another customer. I found a local guy who will do it for a fraction of the price and uses better products.

On time, did an amazing job, super happy with it! If we had room in the budget I d be having them come out every few months. It looks better than when it was first installed, and the infill is worked in more thoroughly than the original install too! And smells delightful, which it definitely didn t before they came lol. The only thing I was hoping for was more of the hard water calcification to be removed, but it was a lot of buildup by the hose and probably more than a single service s worth. But seriously, I keep going out to look at my gorgeous lawn, I m so happy with how good it looks now after a year of wishing it looked better.

Jesus did a fantastic job taking care of our turf. We re on a quarterly plan and it keeps our turf looking good and smelling nice. We have two dogs and before we began the maintenance program we had some pretty bad odor issues keeping us from using our outdoor spaces. Now, that s not an issue anymore.

TurFresh was awesome when they serviced my front and backyard. I moved into my house about a year ago and the previous owner had large dogs, so the backyard never smelled right. I would hose it down and treat it with all sorts of recommended products but the smell was always back within two days. I have two medium size dogs so that doesnt help either. TurFresh was here all day and I can honestly say that I am so impressed. Not only does the grass look amazing but my backyard smells wonderful even a week later. My dogs were not loving all of their scents being gone but they are getting used to it, although they are really only going in one area of the yard now. Which is awesome! I would recommend TurFresh to anyone with artificial grass; you wont regret it.

After 3 years of 3 German Shepherds, it was time to refresh the lawn and tune up some spots that had more pronounced matting. I received a solid job, as advertised. I was very happy with my overall experience with TurFresh. I have two dogs and I always took it upon myself to clean my turf grass on my own. However, after 4 years it was time for it to be professionally cleaned. Oswaldo showed up at the time I expected and was very professional. He explained the process throughly and I achieved exceptional results. My turf is now clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend TurFresh to anyone who has dogs. Scheduling the turf cleaning appointment was very easy and I got a date that wasn t too far out. I got phone, text and email reminders. The two workers arrived before the scheduled time and worked carefully and thoroughly for about 90 minutes on my 400sq ft yard. They were professional and friendly and did everything they said they would do. What I didn t realize was the bacteria-killing deodorant has a super pungent floral smell that lasted for days. My allergies were triggered by something in it. I also didn t realize that the infill they use is white. I thought it would be green, and didn t think to ask ahead of time. Now my back yard looks like it has dandruff. I ll book them again when the time comes but will know to ask about alternatives to the things that weren t what I expected.

I have 3 German Shepard s and I have artificial turf. I was keeping up with the maintenance on my turf for a good while but then I wasn t. My turf was horribly smelly. So smelly that it was hard for me to enjoy a breeze when I left my bedroom Windows open. The wind would blow and all I could smell was urine! Yuck!! I tried a few product to take care of the smell but nothing seemed to work. So I decided to find a professional to clean it and get rid of the that urine smell that was so strong I couldn t enjoy my backyard. I googled turf fresh and read the guarantee and figured what do I have to lose. I scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time and ready to go to work. I watched the technician from my kitchen window and was hoping that this was the fix I needed. After about a hour I stepped outside to see if what he had done made a difference, to my surprise the nasty urine smell was gone and my turf looked brand new and it had a nice fresh clean smell. I am so happy with the work that was done. I was so impressed that I purchased some of the product he used so that I could maintain that fresh smell. I am so glad I called turf fresh, they were a nose saver. I plan to stay on top of the cleaning, but, if for some reason it starts to smell again I will not hesitate to call them. This company, from the time I contacted them, until now, has been fantastic. My artificial turf was not installed properly about a year ago. Threading was coming out, it was hilly - not tamped down and smelly due to two dogs. After talking with the very nice Liz who was extremely helpful I decided to have them come out to my home to take care of the turf. Oswaldo came out and completely took care of everything it looks fantastic snd better than it did after installation. I will definitely be using this company again!

We have two large German Sheppards and yard that has a small portion of grass and flower planter that these two beast like to do their business. If you have dogs, especially big ones you know it is a constant battle to keep the area clean and almost impossible to keep the smell down. Even with daily pick ups and weekly wash downs the smell of urine could be smelled have a house away. I have been using TurFresh granular treatment for over a year both on the flower planters and the grass. It has has no effect on the plants but the smell is gone. In fact we have had several people comment on the nice smell at or front door, that is adjacent to the are where the pups do their biz.. SUPER BIG THANK YOU THE TEAM AT TurFresh!

We took a gamble on this getting our turf cleaned. There was about 10 years of dog pee/hair/dirt build up and it got to the point we couldn t even sit outside because of the smell. We invested in some bio fill from amazon and that really helped but having it really deep cleaned has taken the smell away completely and the turf (no joking) looks brand new. The person who did our yard arrived in a uniform and arrived early. This wasn t a quick clean and then gimme my money company. They did do much! First they did a top level clean which was a rake and blow off any leaves - that made the yard look nice but that s when the real work started- they used that brush machine and picked up a small bin full of stuff. I was blown away. Then they used bio fill and then a pet deodorizer solution, then more raking etc. We had a family member install turf new recently and ours looks just like hers now. This company also actually listed to us and focused on more high traffic areas. I would most certainly recommend them!!!!

I love this product. We use it according to directions & our little doggie area never has a bad odor. The sprayer is very easy to use for a larger area or mix it in a watering can for a very small area.

This company comes to the Phoenix area couple times a month. My turf was getting to smell horribly from dog urine. They came thoroughly clean the turf and put odor absorbing material in after. There is no more urine smell. Grateful to have this service.

We have two large dogs that urinate on the artificial turf in our back yard. It gets really stinky after it rains while the water is evaporating. The TurFresh service complete removes all smells for several months plus they make the lawn look amazing.

These guys are top notch!! Randy was super quick to communicate when I requested to schedule an appointment. They are located in CA, but come to AZ as well. I actually received a coupon in the mail for $50 off and thought it was a great time to have our turf area cleaned. Its been three years since we had it installed and weve got 2 small dogs and 3 cats that are on it all the time. The sweet guy that showed up did amazing with social distancing, which was a great relief. My turf almost looks like new ever after more than 10 years

Been using the service for several months now and very satisfied with the results and the customer service provided. I have 3 big dogs and have been getting quarterly service and its been effective - even here in AZ where the heat can really make the smells from the turf unpleasant. The treatment does the trick and the deep cleaning provided is something that I couldnt do on my own. Well worth the cost after seeing the results!

I have tried all of the home self-care methods of taking care of my turf. They always left a little to be desired so I was excited to find professionals capable of taking care of it. Service man arrived on time, very sweet man, 5* for sure, picked up the dog waste and discarded it. Began working by using a rotating gas powered brush. I could not believe how much dog hair and leaves, etc were down deep into the turf! He completed that step followed by new granules spread over and brushed in the now new looking turf. Next he sprayed this amazing smelling spray (think of a babys nursery) all over the turf and even onto about 6 feet of the patio adjacent to the turf. We got our turf installed about 3 years ago and we have 4 dogs. Needless to say, our yard needed help. I reached out and Randy was so helpful. He answered all my questions and explained the process in great detail. Oswaldo came out to our house to do the work. He arrived on time, was very friendly and did an AMAZING job. Not only did he clean the turf - it looks BRAND NEW - he went the extra mile and swept the patio. Our yard looks great! TurFresh exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I ve had turf for many years and always struggled trying to keep it clean smelling and looking fresh. The blades naturally get trampled down and we have three dogs in our family. We have two Great Danes and two Shepard mixes; 350 lbs of dog! Our turf takes a beating to say the least. Being in Arizona, where the heat makes the pet smell worse has been tough. TurFresh has been fantastic! Not trying to oversell us on more cleaning than we need, accommodating our schedule, overly large area to be cleaned, and budget. We genuinely look forward to our biannual cleaning and pet infill refresh every time!

We have 3 dogs and the grass was smelling pretty bad, especially when it was hot outside. They spent 3 hours there ( 550 sqft) and really worked hard at getting the odor out. Super nice and polite. We will definitely call them out again when needed :)

We have had our artificial turf since 2008 and TurFresh makes it look brand new again. We have two dogs and the amount of hair removed from the turf was amazing and odors removed! We have used TurFresh in the past and now have a quarterly service. Highly recommend their services and staff!!

So to begin I have to say I was a little put off by Randy s insistence that we pay up front. I was a first time customer and they there was no way I was going to pay on the phone never having met them. He settled for allowing me to pay the minute to he driver pulled up. Again weird. We almost cancelled. However; Jesus arrived promptly at promised time and couldn t have been nicer or more professional! Loved him! Service was excellent and our turf looks and smells amazing! I found out that the men/ women who do the service Travel long distances. That would explain the need for some sort of payment up front so they don t get stiffed! If Randy had explained This to me perhaps I would have understood!

These guys are kind and helpful! They came on time and even cleaned my kids toys off the lawn before they began. The turf looked and smelled great after they finished.

The representative was on time and friendly. He knew what he was doing and was very thorough. Our backyard looked amazing when he was finished and our astroturf and putting green looked and smelled amazing. We will have TurFresh here 3 times a year. Totally worth the $$.

I can t recommend this company highly enough!! We were considering replacing our turf altogether due to pet smell. TurFresh came in and saved the day! Our turf is like new! Luis did an amazing job showed up on time and got right to work making our turf shine. The stink is gone and the blades are actually standing up again. If you have turf that needs some love call TurFresh you will not be disappointed.

We have a small area of Turf in our backyard- less than 300 sq feet- we have 1 small dog and once or twice a week our children bring their dogs - I ve tried to keep our turf fresh smelling by using a power washer and Simple Green turf cleaner. Unfortunately I was unable to get rid of the urine smell. I searched online and found Turfresh - although it was expensive - one day later No smell! Not sure how long it will last. Hopefully at least 6 months. Luis, who did the cleaning was exactly on time, very professional, and was very personable. He didn t mind our chihuahua barking at him! Randy runs the business very professionally!

My turf has been installed for about 5 years now. I have 2 dogs and a couple years ago I thought about removing the turf due to the smell. I tried cleaning it myself and used various products but was not happy with the results. I have used TurFresh a couple times a year for about 2 years now. After observing their multi-step process and than seeing (and smelling) the results, I was very impressed and I have no doubt that the service will greatly extend the life of my turf. It certainly has allowed us to enjoy the yard throughout the year. This is a true deep cleaning and treatment process that leaves my turf looking like new and smelling better than new. So happy I found them!

I have 3 dogs and the yard was smelly. I tried everything then I found Turfresh. My yard is small, 370 sq feet. Turfresh did as advertised. They showed up on time, explained the process, measured the yard and went to work. I watched as the turf was brushed back, granules and deodorizer were applied. The technician even went slightly passed the edge of the astro to help with odor. When all was done, about 2 hrs later, I had a beautiful looking, clean feeling and fresh smelling yard. 2 days later it still smells good. I am doing this quarterly. It is well worth the money.

I made an appointment with TurFresh and was told that a technician would be at my house by 8 a.m. I received a text the day before appointment with the name and photo of the technician, his name was Oswaldo. Oswaldo showed up right at 8 and was very professional, he went right to work and completed the work in a timely manner. The turf was over 4 years old and when Oswaldo was done with it it looked as good as the day it was installed. I would highly recommend TurFresh to my friends and family.

I love artificial turf for my dogs but the urine smell can be terrible at times even with regular hosing down and deodorizing with store bought products. I hired TurFresh to help with my problem and their service technician was on time, very professional and did an awesome job cleaning and deodorizing the turf in my backyard. This is a great service and i will definitely use them again.

TurFresh has been absolutely terrific - weve been a customer since our turf was first installed. We have artificial lawn used daily by our two very large and active Standard Poodles. Just Wow! Thank you sooo much to Randy and the major rockstar Alma! I was thoroughly impressed with this service. I initially thought it was a bit pricey but after the work Alma put in on her initial visit I actually found my yard looking nearly brand new again! And, when my yard smelled again the next day, Randy had Alma come back late that evening and even had her leave solution with me. It was definitely worth every penny and more! The tech arrived a little early but that s perfectly fine and our preference. He measured and asked if this was the same as I measured? I agreed and he started. He was very nice and let me know he didn t need anything else from me. (It was very hot and he didn t want me standing outside). He completed the scheduled work within about an hour. Everything was clean when he left and our yard looks like the day it was installed. The smell of our three dogs was completely gone. We will definitely be an ongoing customer.
