Pinnacle services my medical building, and compared to other landscaping companies they have the absolute best customer service. The crew is always does a good job, and they continue to go above and beyond my expectations.

worst way to run a business. We are a business account that has had three appointments for these guys to come out and give us a bid for monthly service. The owner/manager Gumer has never shown up, has not called, no follow up at all from them. I have arranged my schedule to accommodate his and he still can not show up or call. Has gotten very hard to find decent landscaping teams that show up at all.

Very unprofessional. Shabby equipment and obviously "temporary" employees, more interested in their own bottom line than in providing even decent quality work. Probably gonna end up in Court over what should be a simple fix for them, but once they get paid it's over as far as they are concerned.
