My HOA hired this company recently to replace the former landscapers, who were doing great work. I've noticed that Earth Co's employees take 3-4x as long as the competition to get the same work done, meaning that we have to listen to their equipment multiple days a week for hours on end. The former landscapers only had to visit one day per week to get everything done properly. This is a major factor when one considers the comfort of the residents where landscapers are working. Earth Co also does not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. Multiple neighbors and I have had to have our property management send Earth Co back out to clean up messes they leave behind. Avoid this company.
Stay away…. even after asking they refuse to stop using leaf blowers around our cars. I have to deal with them as my office and HOA landscapers so my car takes a beating. Two years ago my HOA had trees removed, my kids and I had just hung our Halloween decorations. When I came home they had been ripped down, not taken down, piled on my driveway covered in the tree scraps. There were MANY other trees in the neighborhood that could’ve gone first. You can email, you might get a response you might not but it’s always the same thing…. “we’ll get your car detailed, etc” but I just want them to stop doing it. Thats my rant and thank you!
Quality of work is bad. They do our community HOA and they cannot get grass to grow for the life of them (it's been a year and a half with a sign that says "excuse our maintenance" and also let bushes and weeds grow out like crazy.
What an amazing experience we had!!! The team came in, did their job fast and efficiently. Everything looks beautiful, also I was very impressed with the clean up they did as well! Thank you for making our experience a good one!
Earthco works with my HOA and my place of business - they are very effective and professional. My place of business has worked with this company for over 8 years with no issues. Every worker I have communicated with within Earthco has been very nice. They are a family run business of really wonderful people. They are 100% worth contacting if you're in the need of a commercial landscape company.
Earthco has really helped improve the quality of our grass and trees. I love walking in the park in the summer time to see such well maintained landscaping. It definitely is a mood boost, and am so happy Earthco has helped us!
Our community in Newport Beach has had the best experience working with Earthco. Their workers are always professional and hard working. I saw one of Earthco’s managers bring the workers lunch, and it made me so happy to see that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

EarthCO was hired by our association on 4/1/23 and unfortunately they have not completed work that they were to do They were supposed to do the weeding and maintenance of the slope in Eastbluff last week and again this week and nothing has been completed. They only work an hour and a half with 2 men and then they leave.
Thank you, EarthCo especially Dan! I contracted EarthCo to transform my backyard and they did just that! They are a professional and responsive company that I would highly recommend. Dan was able to help me with selecting plant material that worked for my climate, which is what I needed help with the most. They even fixed my sprinkler! Thank you again, EarthCo!

They dont maintain anything; just chop it all down.
Once again Earthco landscape was at the Valencia condo association property and blew all kinds of filth on my car after I just had it washed yesterday. I called them and got no response and attitude from the gardener that did it. I wanted to be reimbursed for a carwash as this has happened many times. This could have been handled very easily if they had any common sense, Instead they are ignoring me and not even returning a phone call. Very unprofessional and very poor quality of work.
I left all of the details, address, community, and phone number in the email I sent earth co yesterday. No one acknowledged or responded to my email. I tried calling yesterday, but you were closed and your answering service did not provide an opportunity to leave a voicemail or take a message.
AWFUL company and very dishonest. When you call them out for their poor/lack of services, they dont care! They are liars and do not perform as promised. I would never recommend them to anyone. They dont deserve even one star.
I live at 26161 Del Ray mission viejo and I would like to know why you guys don t come over here and cut my grass and clean this property up this is terrible over here you guys do a lousy job you came over and picked a couple weed I had weeds at we re going above my head taller than me this place is disgusting since December you ve only cut the grass maybe twice you re the worst company that is if you can explain why you don t do it I m gonna make sure that you get fired

You need to seriously stop using leaf blowers to blow dirt, trash, and grass on neighboring properties. Your employees have been asked numerous times to clean up the mess on our cars and property and they refuse to do so. Expect complaints from neighboring companies if you hire earthco. Asks for me to contact them however they dont leave any contact information.....
I was at 700 W. 3rd St at some apartments and couldn t help but recognize the beautiful landscape. The grass and bushes were clean and well kept. I looked to my right and boom I see an Earthco truck. Their workers always blow their leaves into our side of the yard, we ask them to clean it and they walk away saying call my boss I don t care Constantly Daily happening Some employees they have Aren t even clean Blow for others to take care of
Great work! I appreciate how hard working and dedicated these men were when fulfilling the job. Despite the hot weather, they kept working and finished the job quickly, left the place looking clean and nice.

I live in Irvine, unfortunately our management picked this horrible company few years back, away from the first year, afterwards poor quality job, not clean up the green belt properly, only clean front of the board members house, barely clean out other trails , the sprinkler system is awful and inefficient, their trimming ended up literally killing tens of decades old trees after their last effort, based on the pricing from what our management provides(which itself is a disaster) also appears to be not right for the poor job they do.
They are professional and so nice. Very pleased with their service
