My experience with this company was not due to their lawn and pest services, but I wanted to write up this review because of the integrity that this business and its employees maintain outside of the main business. I bought an ice maker from the owners nephew , Skyler, who is also an employee at Holmes Lawn and Pest. Skyler invited me to pick up the unit at the business office in Sandy, Utah. After setting the unit up in my home, I had trouble getting the unit to power on. I reached out to Skyker, who took time out of his day to help me troubleshoot through steps to figure out what I was doing wrong. Styler offered to accept the unit back for a full refund because I was struggling to figure out how to work the unit. I really wanted to keep it if I could make it work for me so I kept it overnight to see if I could figure it out. I did finally figure it out, so the next morning I contacted Skyler to let him know I would not be returning the unit to him. He apologized for my troubles and sent me back a portion of what I had paid him for the unit to make up for an incontinence that he was at no fault for and he had no obligation to refund me any part of my payment for the unit. This interaction with Skyler, even though it was not directly doing business with the lawn care service says everything about the care and compassion the business and its employees give to anyone they are doing any kind of business with. The integrity doesnt falter- Highly recommend this business as a business that can be trusted 100% . Teresa L Allison

We have used Holmes for years to keep weeds out of our grass & gardens. They are professional & let us know if we have any issues with our yard. David came by today to apply fertilizer to our lawn & let us know that we had extra weeds & that he would come back in a few weeks to spray for them, free of charge.
