Worked very quickly, fixed all of my sprinkler problems, friendly and professional. Would have been nice to know exactly when theyre on their way to my house rather than just a whole-day window, but everything else was great.

For the last 3 years, I have had issues with my sprinklers, it has cost me a lot of money and time. I have had 3 different companies come out who said they fixed the issues, but in reality did not. In fustration I went looking for yet another company. Greenside was already doing my pest control, so I reached out to them in regards to landscaping services. Elisha in the office is very patient and understanding. She is prompt in response and scheduling and very easy to work with. Alisha sent out Barry and Issac allowing enough time for them to go through all my sprinklers and replace and resolve all my issues. Barry was very knowledgeable and detail oriented and with patience and preserverance he spent the whole day re-vamping my sprinkler system. He knows his stuff, he didnt just hurry through the job order, he took his time to make sure everything was working, he used the appropriate eqiupment for what My yard needed while also patiently listening and addressing my concerns. I have now requested with Greenside that only Barry work on my sprinklers and system as he in the last three years and 3 companies later has been the only person to successfully address and correct all issues with my yards needs. His helper Issac, was also patient and eager to learn what Barry was teaching him. At any point I did not witness him just standing around he but actively listening and assisting in the needs of Barry and the demands of myself and yard. When I recieved the invoice I was surprised at the cost, finally I had an invoice for work the was done professionaly and correctly. I knew I was paying for services rendered and truly got my moneys worth. I would advise and recommend anyone who has gone through the troubles and issues I have in the past years to reach out to Greenside Landscaping and Pest control. You will not regret it. A side note about the pest control, they have been doing our pest control for a year or so now, they are thorough and their techniques in application has resulted is very low appeaences of bugs and spiders. They know what they are doing and take it from me with a household who hates bugs and spiders, greenside gets to the spaces the bugs go and we dont have to worry about seeing the pesky things. Thank you Greenside for saving for keeping my yard looking great and spiders under control. I am a lifetime, more than satisfied customer.

I wanted to add a 12 star review for this gentleman because of how amazing he was and how nice he was, but it would only go up to 5 stars so I added 7 smiley faces 2 = 12 star review that I think he deserves.I just have the privilege of meeting steve from greenside and he is one of the most personable people that I have ever met a great individual and is the type of person that I can trust at my home if I was not there. And he offers a service that is very valuable to help. Keep the weeds in the the things down in our lawn.

We contacted GreenSide because of the great work they were doing at our neighbors home. GreenSides employee David was a *super* representative for the company, explaining with obvious knowledge regarding an irrigation problem we have. When we contacted GreenSide for a quote, they responded immediately. Elisha, their office manager, has been great at getting us information in a timely manner and follow up.

I didnt think my grass could look like this! Ive used other fertilizing and weed services but they never made my grass look so great.

They done my lawn for cheaper than I could by the fertilizer. They applied while I was working, will see how it works!

David Winter came to replace a few of my sprinklers and he was such a well-mannered young man. He was patient and kind and willing to do whatever I asked. I will certainly request David the next time I need some work done.

I used their services years ago. They came out and suggested if their services didnt work to replace the sod 100% I informed them I was a renter and not interested in that cost to replace 2500 sqft. Of sod. Just wanted to save on my water bill. They said their spray may help. Then left without spraying. Got a bill for them spraying even though they did not spray. I called and the customer service lady informed me she was quiting because of incidents like that. Told me she would help me get someone there buy warned me if things went bad to discontinue. They sprayed and it worked okay. Went through a few treatments and it just didnt seem worth it. 1 time the guy only sprayed the front yard and left. I was fed up and done. That combined with the landlord selling and not renewing my lease. I called and quit and they kept coming even though I no longer lived there. Kept sending me bills I called and disputed now 5 years later they send me to collections for $139. I will hire a lawyer long before I pay them a dime.

When checking our sprinkler system, the sprinkler technician indicated that the backflow prevention device was old and leaking, and he thus suggested a replacement, which would cost about $250. We then received our bill with a $450 line item for the backflow prevention device. I was surprised by this charge and called GreenSide to let them know that this charge was much higher than quoted by the technician. The representative replied indicating that the $450 charge is accurate and that I should have called the office to get the correct quote instead of relying on the technician. This miscommunication is concerning. Update 6/2/21: The manager called me to resolve this issue. It turns out the billing was incorrect and I should have been billed $265 for the backflow preventer, not $450. Greenside has refunded me the difference.

Greenside now has an F rating with BBB. Sprinkler repair utter disaster. Last year two sprinkler heads on our north lawn became nonfunctioning; we requested replacement. Easy peasy. A lead and an assistant tech came. Once done, we asked why they had been digging up lines. Because, the lead tech said, they didnt have the right kind of matching sprinkler heads, had a different kind, so they needed to dig up and replace the line, with lines that would match their sprinkler heads. I dont know about you, but I would want them to leave the lines alone, just replace sprinkler heads. (The sprinkler heads we have are varied and are not unusual.) After they finished, we noted the sprinkler heads seemed to work. (We were perturbed, though, at height of coronavirus season, spring 2020, tech who came our door several times wore no mask.) Later, same day, we tested the sprinklers: the one the assistant worked on worked perfectly; the one the lead older tech had worked on---barely sprouted a bit of water. So next morning we contacted Greenside. They said theyd come out again. But they said the technician had told them we must have tampered with the line or something. (Very bad sign in a repairman: refusing to admit there is ever the possibility he may have made mistakes. Blaming the customer for your mistakes? Bad idea!) Please, we said, tell him not to knock on the door this time (we did not want to have to deal with maskless lead tech whod accused us of tampering). Wed be sleeping in, we said. (Why would we tamper? We know nothing about sprinklers. Absolutely nothing. And if it failed the same day he fixed it, well, hed be the one tampering with it, to fix it, certainly not us.) Aggressive, angry, unmasked, lead technician in his fifties who had said we must have tampered with the line did not come to our door. But after he was done fixing the one sprinkler head hed failed to properly fix before--he also went mad suddenly fixing many other things--which before had been working. Without any word from us: taking advantage of the fact wed ask to not be bothered. And he wrote up a bill for hundreds more dollars for what should absolutely have been a free repair. Dug up more lines, replaced more sprinkler heads, went nuts doing things never mentioned/malfunctioning before. Total bill for all this came to much more, now, over half a grand, I believe, for the two visits, which was all because of two sprinkler heads which once simply didnt work and needed replacement. Hes nuts, said my husband. Lets just write a nice letter and tell them thank you for all the incredibly expensive nice work and then never let them out here again. Which we did. Till we came to our senses a month or so later, realizing their tech had completely intimidated us, accused us falsely, and the company rooked us. Our complaints went nowhere, with Greenside, so we complained to the fraud department of our bank, telling them the tale. But the company produced the nice letter we had written which was our please-go-away letter. Hiding our last letter, which began: Dear Greenside, we have finally come to our senses. We will not pay this bill. The bank, which had been very sympathetic about the sudden new work and the billing us extravagantly, was fooled. And at that point, the Covid virus pandemic was at full tilt, we didnt have the energy to pursue the lawn service further. Then--fall 2020--Greenside was out again. Another auto-billed lawn treatment. Then spring 2021--someone was aerating our lawn. Sent by Greenside, he said. We cancelled Greenside forevermore--a full year ago, we told him. Tell them, we said, we cancelled (three times), a year ago. That we have a fine new lawn service. Note! There are good lawn services in town which, if you are unhappy in any way with their sprinkler repair, will pay another company to repair it for you--as you like. With technicians who, when their work fails the same day, dont blame the customer, dont quadruple-bill the customer--when they repair their errors/mistakes.

Ive been with greenside for several years. They are affordable and easy to work with! I would trust this company!

I ve been fighting weeds and lawn insects for a few years now. I used a well known company (who s name rhymes with True Green). I was not impressed with them. Surfing the net earlier this year, I came across a company named GreenSide. I gave em a call and discussed my lawn needs. They gave me the yearly price which seemed reasonable for the amount of applications which included home exterior insect spraying. I told them to impress me. If not, I would cancel. Well they impressed heck outta me. I saw progress very quickly. Weeds and bugs are gone and the grass is very green. I also had a few sprinkler problems. Trying to find someone to come look at em has been impossible. So I thought I d call GreenSide to see if they could recommend someone. They said yes, our tech Dave can do it. He came out the very same day. I wasn t home at the time but he seemed to know exactly what was needed. I got home and checked the system. The adjustments are covering much better. Anytime I have a concern, I give em a call and they are more than happy to help. My lawn has not looked this good in quite a while. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again next year.

GreenSide is a local company that understands the climate and conditions unique to our location. This is key to having a great lawn. Elisha and the entire crew give excellent and professional advice and service, all at a reasonable price. We had a different company in the past but it wasnt until we switched to GreenSide that we HONESTLY had our neighbors express envy of our lawn.

This company completely lacks communication skills. This will teach me to ever buy anything sold door-to-door. I usually dont, but when the guy said they would kill all my weeds in one year of treatment, I am so fed up with living in a weed experiment. It was later in the year and he sold me 7 treatments instead of the usual 8. I got 6 before they started bringing payment due statements. He told me they would just show up for each and I told him I wanted a warning -- so I was home, so I was awake, so I wasnt out of town for a month. They left bills hanging on my door when I was out of town for 2 weeks. The first time I had a warning was my last treatment in the spring. Some treatments were just fertilizer for the grass. They sprayed it where I wanted no grass. They killed some of the weeds I liked, but new ones took their place. I had a huge section of yard covered in plastic to prevent weeds and, after they insisted on tearing it out, its filled with weeds again. In the end, they showed up for a treatment showing I owed money for it. The guy said someone would call to discuss it and they never did. They sent him back a few days later with exactly the same paperwork. Each guy who showed up to work on my house (of the ones I spoke to) said that their customers are usually happy. Apparently they dont do much for the ones that arent.

Chris came out the very next day after I had called and took care of the random ants around the kitchen back door, they were very professional and friendly and super fast hopefully we wont see any more ant problems but I know who to call if it comes up again next year, definitely recommend this service!

As always, Greenside was on time and polite. We have been using their service for a few years now and they have been really good to work with. We are very pleased with their service.

They do their job well. My only complaint is often the people who are supposed to come to the application come around 1 and say that it was too late to put the application on. Also the pre-recorded phone call from John is obnoxious.

THE BEST. Professional, responsive, amazing work, best prices. I cant emphasize the responsive enough. The work was high caliber and quick. Experienced, knowledgeable technicians. They arrived, surgically repaired, and cleaned up. Looked like they were never there. All in record time. Will use them again.

Couldnt be more disappointed in their service. Spent all summer working with them to get rid of crab grass that they assured every time they left would be gone. Now its September and I had to hire a new law service to take care of it, which they did in less than a week. Also, prices for sprinkler repair are outrageous as they require a minimum of 2 people on site at all times at $110/hour even if its a one man job. Tried to charge me $650 for a simple replacement valve and pipe because they had 3 people on site, even though only one was actually working. There are too many other lawn care specialists to waste your time with this one

I was hoping to be impressed by this company. The guy on the phone was informed and helpful about our issue. They said someone would come in the afternoon likely between 1 and 2 pm. I told the woman I had to go pick up my child at 3 pm. She said No problem it will be way before then! 230 pm rolls around no show. I called and said I have to leave in 30 mins. She said go ahead pick up your child and be back in an hour, but he will still call you before he comes. Traffic was horrible that day. I showed up 10 mins after he had left w/o calling me. So I rescheduled my whole afternoon from noon on and he couldnt call me or wait 10 more mins???

Just saw one of there trucks on the freeway. Didn t bother to cover the back, causing all sorts of debris and garbage to fall out on the road. NOT SO GREEN!!

After spray, the weeds were still very green. I contacted them and was told that because they sprayed at the end of Oct. and the spray would not work. But when I called them, nobody told me end of Oct. was late and the spray will not work. All this company cares about is getting money, not the quality. Never use them again.

These guys did a great job on a repair for me. No complaints here! I definitely recommend them.

I have been getting calls from this outfit for several years. They always tell me that my neighbors are having their pests and spiders sprayed, and how I need my done at the same time, or the pests will all end up in my yard. Sometimes they have a guy with a real hard-sell, sometimes a woman. The hard sell is amusing for the scare tactics about rats, spiders or disease carrying pests that will over-run me. The one thing they are incapable of doing is removing me from their call list. I ask them to every time, but they dont. Adding them to my blocked calls, but I dont trust anyone who repeatedly calls a person that has requested they not call them, and thinks outright lies or scare tactics are a good sales tool.

This company is awesome and are great to work with. They are an honest hard-working team that gets the job time in a timely manner. They are also very creative and help with redesigning your yard if you so choose. They also have a great sprinkler repair service and sprinkler install. Awesome guys!!!
