I got a call to confirm my appointment at 8:00 Monday morning with Rollins Landscaping, but nobody showed up . I called the office, I was told the owner had emergency, He had to go to the owner s house to fix something. I was waiting 6 hours, He still didn t show up , so I guess the owner is more important than the customers. I took all day off ,but my time just worthless

Beca in the office is great. They had some computer issues that messed up their schedule. Beca was on top of it and we were able arrange a time. Darian showed up time and got right to work. did a good job explaining and correcting my sprinklers. I have used Rawlins for 2yr and can highly recommend them.

My backflow was busted and one of my stations would not come on. On top of that the previous owners never showed us where the main box was. Darin came in found the box and replaced by backflow. He also showed me how to maintain it answering all my questions. They were fair priced and I didnt feel scammed like I have with others. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is the third time I ve changed this review and rating Quentin (owner), still hasn t gotten back to me after we spoke. It s been well over a month now! Find a better company and owner that actually cares about the customer. Prices that were quoted were outlandish as well. First it was $50,000, then it was $39,000. I maintain my original position from the first review. What a joke of company, what a joke of a business owner.

Used Rollins over multiple years, always happy with their service and communicating clearly what needs to be done, and why.

I had a spring start up for my sprinkler system. Darin called to confirm the arrival time.. He thoroughly checked the system and made some adjustments. He was knowledgeable and professional. I will use Rollins Landscaping again.

Had Darrin up today to repair a cracked valve and do some maintenance on sprinkler system. He also cut out some dead grass and laid new sod. He did a great job, work looks and functions perfectly. Highly reccomend the business.

Rollins designed a landscape for our backyard. We are really pleased with the plant selection and the installation. Their company and team members were very responsive to our requests. We are very happy with the outcome.

They always show up when they say they will, which is an amazing quality nowadays! Becca is always available and easy to schedule with and Darin always does a stellar job out in the field!! We had Rollins do a major landscaping project last summer with a bunch of drip lines and plants added to our yard. We used them again today when we realized recently that we hadn t winterized correctly. They were very helpful, professional, and very prompt. Highly recommend and will certainly use again when we do the back yard.

Theres few things I hate more than dealing with sprinklers that are acting up. This is the second time Ive had Darren out and I can honestly say that what I ended up paying for pro repairs far outweighs the amount of Tylenol I wouldve consumed otherwise. I now can officially say I have a Sprinkler Guy.

They answered my call right away and and gave me a quote over the phone with my pictures. They even were able to come out a day before the service date and Darren called before he came out. Rollins Sprinkler and Landscaping is a great company. Their repair guy came out to my place and found an innovate solution to my problem. He was kind and finished the job quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Im reviewing the initial phone call and customer service of Rollins. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and good to talk with. However, she mentioned the charge of $110 just to get a quote, especially when I live 1 mile away from their office. With most other landscaping contractors willing to give quotes for free, I decided to look elsewhere. Id imagine they do great work, as from the reviews, but Im not willing to pay the premium just to get a simple quote.

It s over 100 degrees and a pipe broke. They were realistic by letting me know the soonest they could be out there. But, was surprised when I got a call that they happen to have a little extra time later that day and drove by my house, found the problem, fixed it and turned my water back on. They beat their expectations! I have used them before and they were on time and very professional.

Employees were out quickly and got my setup sorted fast. They spent some time getting it prepped and then began installation. They were able remove the grass and put it back just like it was new. I had them move 2 sprinkler boxes and afterwards it looked like they had been in the new location all along. I had no grass die even thought they dug up a lot to get the new boxes situated. I will be using them again for another project I have coming up which is even bigger. Thanks.

They were honest. Another company said we needed to replace our entire irrigation system. For a very minimal amount they checked everything and found no problems. I will definitely use them again.

Paid $110 for them to come out and estimate work. Estimate was sent, but provided no detail regarding estimated hours, or tons of rock required, even tho measurements were taken (paid $110 for that privilege of course). When I sought further clarification, they ghosted me. Brilliant business model, charging $110 for 30 minutes worth of measurements. Their estimate was clearly a throw it at the wall and see if it sticks approach. I hired another landscaping company who didn t charge me to provide an estimate, they estimated labor hours and tons, and they completed the job for half the cost. Do your homework and don t let contractors take advantage of you, I m certainly glad I did.

Reached out to company to ask about fill dirt removal and person who answered phone said I dont know. I asked if there was a way that she could find out she said We dont do that. I said, so if you do a landscaping job, you dont haul away yard waste? She said, we do but I dont have anybody who can do that right now. So I said ok, thanks.. Then she just hung up without saying anything more. I cant speak for their work but the person who answers their phone could use some training. ...Update. Company reached out to me to apologize and told me that the person I spoke to would receive additional training on the phone. I appreciate that and so I have removed the low rating.

At a time when most landscapers don t even answer their phones, Rollins Landscaping not only answered their phone, but in just a few days, ordered materials and completed the job -just in time for my daughters baby shower! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

I decided to find a landscaping company to help me level and grade, and put down sod on my backyard, after hours of attempting to prepare the yard to do the project myself. . . . winter was coming, I was behind, other projects. . . you know how it goes. Rollins Landscaping was decently priced. They werent the lowest or the highest but they were the most professional. I am high-maintenance. I require a lot of information, good communication, and end up having a lot of questions (and I had a lot due to the install being done the last week of October when the frost came). They handled my concerns, were on time, and answered my questions even weeks after the install was done. The grade and leveling they did really shaped my yard. The sod looks great. (I would post a picture but it is covered in leaves and frost right now). I highly recommend them and I will be using them for a few other projects next sprint.

Did what they said theyd do at a reasonable price. Exactly what you would want in a business.

Rollins just completed a large (`1/3 acre) project at our home to remove the existing outdated sprinkler system and old lawn and replace it with a new, high grade sprinkler system, new top soil and new sod. Their crew worked steadily and fairly quickly to complete the project in spite of the very wet Spring we had to contend with. I was impressed with the crews work ethic and skill. It was a pleasure to work with a professional outfit that knew what they were doing and did it well. I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone who wants the job done competently with excellent results.

Darren came out and looked at my sprinkler system that wouldnt start. He quickly diagnosed a wiring issue and got it fixed in an hour. He was great to work with and is clearly an expert. Im definitely calling Rollins for future work.

I called Rollins Landscaping and asked for some help in a repair on my 20 plus year old sprinkling system. They promptly sent out Darren and he expertly located the problem and repaired it! I felt relieved, but I was heading out of town and didnt have time myself to repair it. Rollins and Darren were a blessing :)

Quick and timely support with my sprinkling system. I had tried my best to trouble shoot and had hit a brick wall. They worked around my schedule to get a tech onsite ASAP. Darin was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He not only got me back up and running, but gave me some general lawn pointers and educated me on his repairs.

Darin was outstanding. We thought it was a simple fix but come to find out we had issues that had been around for some time. He fixed them all in a timely effort. I would highly recommend their services.

Rollins Landscaping has done work for us for several years and have always done a very good job. Theyve always stood by their quality which is worth a lot in our business.

I have had Rollins Landscape do all the sprinklers, landscaping and updating in my yard. It is beautiful and fairly easily maintained. The workers do a great job and are very nice, I did not find them to be unreasonably expensive. To those who say it is too high I remind them,,,,you get what you pay for.

I called Rollins to get my stop/waste valve replaced on my sprinkler line. It was rotated 45° which made it impossible to turn with my key. They dug it up and actually recommended not replacing it due to the good condition (most people will always recommend replacement to make a few extra bucks). Everything works great. Will definitely come here for future repair work.

Ive had Rollins Landscaping Inc. install my landscape at two houses now. They are creative, professional and easy to work with. I have loved their designs, and have gotten exactly what I asked for. Ive had many compliments on my landscape. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping needs.

After trying two other companies and getting the brushoff (one I had to hound for a month before he finally showed up), Rollins scheduled an appointment within a few days of my first call and came when they said they would. Even being delayed on that rainy day, they gave me a call to notify me and I appreciated the quality of both communication and service. I needed a sprinkler pipe moved so I could plant some trees and they did the job quickly and you could barely see the trench work when they were done. They even cost less than I had anticipated. So impressed. Will definitely call again the next time I need work done.

Hired two hard working boys, then fired them for bogus reason. Took forever to pay final paycheck. Landscaping is beautiful, ethics and respect not so much.

Like another reviewer has said, make sure you keep an account of the actual hours worked. I would also expect a higher standard of work due to the amount they charge per hour, but Ive had to contact another company to correct the laziness of Rollins employees. I would not recommend this company for sprinkler repair.

I recently had another landscape company install a french drain in my yard. I didnt seem to work at all so I called Rollins and spoke to Rick, he scheduled a time to view the installation and found out that the installation was all wrong and will not work. I took his time to go over what should have been done and what he can do to correct the other landscapers problems. I was very impressed with how he explained the process and what needed to be done.
