We initially reached out to PYS for a landscape design. The final result was basically thoughts we had but on paper, they didn't offer too much in suggesting alternatives but it was good to have. We had the work completed the following summer (this summer) & are very pleased with the results. Before beginning work we met with them onsite to discuss the plan and make final adjustments. Alternative designs were discussed at that time but they were very respectful of our budget & the fact that we didn't want to exceed it - which was nice because they didn't budget shame us for not wanting to invest more that we had planned. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but everything was addressed. We did have a little trouble with communication - the workers would show up unexpectedly & there wasn't a consistent progress and plan update unless we requested one. Personally, we like to know when milestones are are scheduled & completed so we can look at things along the way in case something isn't going as anticipated. In the end, we're very pleased with the outcome. There are a couple of things that we would have done differently design wise - things that maybe weren't taken into consideration by PYS and not fully grasped by us until well after project completion. But again, the work that was completed was done very well. The concrete steps & pavers they poured are BEAutiful. Aside from the lack of communication, they really made an effort to make sure we were happy in the end & they've really stood by their work. We would definitely recommend. Tips: Keep this in mind: water AND soil run downhill. Be honest about your budget - they REALLY won't shame you for it or pressure you to exceed it. If it's a HOT summer be prepared for that first water bill after they've planted your sod.

The tech, Francisco, came to start up my sprinkler system. He was on his phone the entire time. It appeared he did not know what he was doing and was being coached on a FaceTime call. A few days later, I received notification from the city that I had continuous water running since the day my system was turned on. I called Professional Yard Services and asked for a more experienced person to come and check/fix the problem. I was charged over $700 for the entire experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told "It's not our fault". Then, I had to hire another company to come and finish checking my sprinklers, as three zones were not operating, to the tune of $285. Just sharing my experience with this company.

They are absolutely great! The communication is wonderful and they let you know up front what they are doing and when they'll be there! If you are looking for a company to take care of your yard work I would highly recommend them!

My relationship with Professional Yard Services has been more of a journy than a one time project and, while the relationship hasn't been without hiccups, we are at the point where we can give a great review. At the offset, Corey told me that his goal was to make my yard the best in the neighborhood. They have done multiple sprinkling system upgrades, overseeded our lawn, redesigned our flower beds and replanted a pasture. Throughout all of this, Corey has been patient and receptive of our requests and immediately followed up with any concerns that we have had. Our projects turned out so well that our neighbor is now having them install her sprinkling system. I will definately be using them for any future projects that we might have.

They have taken care of our business yard and snow removal for years. They are always on time, very thorough and clean! Snow plowing always leaves our facility safe. We tried less expensive snow plow company last season but were ready to switch back half way through winter. Holly is great to get things scheduled quickly and she always follows up. Highly recommend!!

After a tough winter, and from a variety of circumstances, we found our beautiful property needing resuscitation, as it had flatlined! The owner Corey visited our property personally as everyone in his team worked together to solve our sprinkling system issues and other pain points. . We had already invested money with several different companies, trying to figure out what was wrong. I wish I had contracted with them from the beginning. Lesson learned. No more band-Aids! We knew exactly what to expect up front financially, and how the timeline would work. There were no false promises, but rather facts that helped us make a decision to move forward. Another aspect about this company is they have a broad ability to work on a bigger plan, even repairing concrete, and other unsightly aspects of aging property. Every employee has treated us like we are their only customer, focused on the welfare of goals set and our finances. They have maintained our neighbors property for many years and it’s the beauty of that property that ultimately lead us to move in a new direction with a new professional with all encompassing services. We are so happy with the results after less than a month!

Unlike past companies, I have had great communication with the Manager - that actually sees and responds to my requests via text , as long as I give them realistic time, like a couple of days, to sift thru all the messages and schedule fairly to me and to their crews! Thank you for your working with me as I work with you! Great work from their Yard mowers, clean-up Crews too! All good!
