2024 Update: Augusta still continues to deliver above and beyond service. Even though we have a new lawn care professional this season, they continue to provide amazing service. Jamal has been wonderful about calling ahead to make sure we are ready for him. 2023: Augusta is amazing. Per our request, they always text us ahead of time when they are coming so we can make sure the yard is open and our dog is inside. They are thorough and professional and we often have the same people week to week, which is great for consistency. Today was our first mow of the season, and Seth and Kevin were great! Texted ahead of time, showed up on time, worked around the areas were re-seeding, and even had us walk around when they were done to make sure we were happy.

On Wednesday May 22nd I saw Seth mowing my neighbors yard, I had just signed up for your services and was not yet scheduled for a mow.I asked Seth if he could call his boss and see if a mow was possible.He went above and beyond and we were mowed. This morning when I got home from working overnight, my driveways & walkways were plowed, great service! I also use Augusta Lawn Care from Spring through fall for my lawn mowing and maintenance. I have always been very satisfied with this company.

I had a shed gravel foundation installed. The installer Jeff appears to have done nice work. He provided video of the work progress and kept me informed of what work was taking place during the installation process. Since I was not on property during installation, Jeff was very attentive in returning my phone calls and answering my text messages.

Augusta lawn services expanded a patio for us and it came out beautifully, in fact even nicer and more useful than I had imagined. they were on time, not messy, cleaned up so I did NOT have to. they even had to lift a fence so that the fence could be opened without hitting the paver/patio. they also lined the driveway with cobble stone so that the run off (it is a very steep driveway) did no longer wash out the driveway itself and the plantings on the adjacent hill. I give them an A+

Front garden was overgrown. Augusta showed up on time and began working right away. Garden now looks neat and clean. Crew chief was very patient and knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with their work. Positive

We needed to fix a drainage/run-off problem in our backyard. When I called Augusta, Jeff got back to me right away, came to our house the next day, came up with a plan to build 2 retaining walls and stairs, and provided us with a quote within just a couple of days of first contact. Then he even came back once again to explain the plan to my husband who hadnt been at home at the time of the first visit. We both really appreciated that he went out of his way to do this. Nick and the rest of the team showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day, no yelling swearing smoking etc, polite and respectful. They finished the job in the time frame they had planned and did exactly the job as planned and it looks great. They cleaned up well when they were finished. Augustas team was extremely professional, did a great job on our retaining wall, and was easy to work with. We will use them for future projects.

Not happy with service. Came a day early and did not notify me they were coming if they did notify me I could have prepared my 9 month old son for the loud noise in which he was freaking out the whole time the service was getting done and if they would have notified me like actually called me I would have rescheduled because of the rain and wind storm that was coming and my 9 month old. Yard did NOT stay clean for 24 hours because of bad planning should have came after the wind and rain storm. First walk around I wasn t pleased second walk was ok. Needs to have more Communication with Customer like actually call them instead of email and automated people.

Excellent work. All leaves picked up. Lawn looks great. Workers very courteous and personable. Worth it.

Terrible staff. They don t appreciate their employees enough. They let go of employees for small errors. Not a great business especially the ones that make the company look good and end up being let go.

The man who installed our driveway did a great job. In just 2days he prepared the base, installed the top layer of stone, weeded the planting beds, edged and mulched. We were under time constraints to get ready for renters, and your company came through for us. Also regular mowing and trimming looks as good as it can in a very dry year. Thank you guys so much.
