David my technician was prompt, professional and courteous. Pricing was fair and explained ahead of time. David repaired many (5) leaks in a timely manner, and thoroughly reviewed all his work. Call I.R.S. for any and all your irrigation needs. Since my last review, I have completely overhauled my irrigation system, and installed landscape lighting. Lance is a no nonsense guy, who will tell you everything you need to know, and give a fair and honest quote for the job. His workers are amazing, they got the job done in a timely manner, and put my yard back together better than before. They and walked us through to review the final results, going over the new irrigation settings, etc. I.R.S. is top notch in their field. A big thank you to Lance and his team.

We called out this company out for our new purchase home And soon as tech arrived it took tech 20 sec to find out that our system is too old and told us $400 to repair That is when I contacted other irrigation company and very same product was $230 all in cost We end up paying trip charge of $85 but it s something that I was not more planned so end up paying $85 I would definitely NOT recommend this company and please be more be careful when making appointment once they are dispatched $85 can not be avoided

Lance was timely in providing me with an accurate quote for the work I needed done, added me to his schedule in a reasonable time, and started each days work precisely on time every day. They replaced my entire front and back yard irrigation systems and did an excellent job and used top quality parts and equipment when completing the work. Communication from Lance and all his crew members was outstanding throughout the duration of the project, all my questions were answered, and when they were done, the crew did a great job on cleaning up the work site. I cannot think of a single thing they might have done better or more professionally. The technician did a nice job repairing the valve but he needed to adjust the timer-controller. After he finished, he forgot to turn the timer back on, and it took us three days to figure out why our plants were wilting. A few weeks later, the replacement valve failed (broke). Today the tech returned and replaced everything, put it in a below-ground enclosure. We checked it all out and it works fine, looks good. He was friendly and worked hard in the full sun and 110deg heat. Good service.

Ok. It s 115 degF in Phoenix and I don t want to fix sprinklers anymore. So I called the IRS and they sent an agent and I headed back to the couch for some R&R. Good value. Well worth the $135.

I was very pleased with irrigation repair. Dave did a great job on all of the repairs that were needed. Definitely wasnt pushy or trying to sell me on anything that didnt need to be fixed. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needed repairs. I will definitely be using them for anything else that might come down the line

Irrigation Repair Systems (IRS) is an excellent company if you need your old irrigation system replaced. They thoroughly explained the estimate and upcoming installation process to me. They arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. The two day installation went smoothly and without any problems. I liked that they used higher quality tubing than what you would find at Home Depot or Lowes. They setup the new irrigation controller and explained to me how it works. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Needed an irrigation timer replaced. They quickly scheduled it and confirmed via text/email. I then received a text when they were in route. They then quickly swapped out the irrigation timer and tested the system from timer to vegetation. I am very happy with the service performed.

I had a new system put in less than a month ago, my driveway flooded yesterday and I called the company. The technician unearthed a ckearly cut off piece of pipe. Thetbdeterminedvitvwasntbpartbofbthe new irrigation system but belonged to my water softening system. Obviously IRS had severed the pipe when they installed the irrigation. They took no responsibility and I m left having to call a plumber to fix a problem that s ckearly been made by them. Very very poor customer relations.

Was charged $85 for this company to come to my house and give me an estimate for some work to be done. Service technician was only here for 20 minutes. Website states repair calls will be charged a fee, does not state an estimate has an $85 fee. Very deceiving and only company out of 4 that charges a fee for an estimate of work. The purpose of an estimate is to talk to multiple businesses and not be pressured to do work the day of and right after.
