The crew did a really nice job removing excess decorative rock, repairing some sunken pavers, and pruning some plants. They cleaned up the area before leaving blowing away debris and washing down the area with a garden hose. Also appreciated the prompt response on getting the work scheduled and the professionalism with a written estimate, approval process, and a final receipt. The previous landscaper did none of this.

I have used this company for over 7 years and I am very pleased with their communication, response time, workmanship and professionalism. On Jan. 25th they sent 2 guys to pick up an enormous amount of overgrown landscape trash. They did it quickly, cleaned up all the debris and checked out with me to make sure they did not miss anything. On Feb. 5th they came out to replace a leaking irrigation valve, in no time my system was up an running again. I am an all around handy man and can take on projects but our daily schedule does not allow us to do so much so we leave it to the experts. The Yard Experts are the absolute best. I have used them for several years now. The owner of the company is a great guy. He has come to our house/property many times so I can explain what we need done. We have a large property and many different trees and bushes. I use them for weekly maintenance and to do very large jobs. I have had them rebuild a berm (we irrigate) that was destroyed by gophers. These guys are great! If you miss something (not likely!) they will return and take care of it. I highly recommend The Yard Experts!

***update*** I was contacted and made and offer to help offset the experience I had. I agreed to have them come trim my fruit trees. Once it was settled on I never heard from them again to complete the work. I didn t trust them before. I can t be shocked they disappointed me yet again*** I will NEVER use the company again. Not so long ago I would have rated them a 5. Office staff was friendly and the value was great. HOWEVER the office staff has changed as have their services. I have always used them for pre emergent for my weeds. It had a 6 month warranty. This is NO longer the case. I had my yard sprayed in December and 2 months later my weeds are back and they want to bill me $75 for the clean up not even the pre emergent service. I am now doing my business with southwest ground control who does warranty their services at an affordable cost because they back the value of the service they provide. So your homework - this is NOT the company you want servicing your yard

Had a leak in irrigation system , which they found, but broke pipe digging for it. Then they said they didnt have the time to fix it and would have to come back. Never heard from them again

Ive been using The Yard Experts since 2015. Theyve removed my Ruellia in 2015 and since then, theyve removed a Lantana root ball. This year, I needed my irrigation timer replaced and they replaced it, and Ive had no issues since. This year I also had a dead Purple Leaf Plum tree and a couple of old Lantanas that I needed replaced. They removed those and installed 6 more Lantanas and a Dark Pink Oleander Tree. I cant wait until they bloom with all the nice colors. Everything was installed professionally and timely. I even offered the workers bottles of water due to the late spring heat. Hopefully, next year Ill be able to have them come back and install irrigation for my backyard grass area. Theyre AWESOME!!

I signed the estimate. I was not scheduled for service. I was advised that I would be scheduled for service after signing estimate. My Response to YE response: I called several times. Each time I was told that I would be scheduled soon. After I posted this review I received a call advising that the new associate didnt establish that Yard Experts dont service my area. I will change the rating to a 2 since someone finally followed up to let me that I would not be scheduled.

Workers broke my sewer clean out in the yard and didnt notify me. The rocks from the yard have fallen into the hole now causing my drains to back up.

The guys did a great job. The price was fair and they even got us in ahead of schedule. Will be using them again for future yard design and maintenance.

Don t listen to the customers. Show up do poor work and leave. We just hired someone else to clean up after them remove dead plants. Twice the price of what we paid our previous service,

Very professional. Arrived in a distinctive well marked truck with all employees in uniform (i.e. logo t-shirts) Did the job according to the estimate. Very pleased. Looking now to get an estimate on regular yard maintenance service.

I have used the Yard Professionals several times now. Recently I had them install more paver stones to extend my front patio, and I had them remove 3-4 yards of yard debris. They did the work efficiently and proffessionally, and I am very happy with the results.

The 2 man crew did a great job. They were fast and hard working. I plan to hire them for monthly maintenance.

My first review about any business. I read many other reviews and I was so much impressed from them that i called them. Issue was a leaking sprinkler. They were fast to respond and fix the issue. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need.

Our previous landscaping service personnel was not fit for our work. He used to over-seed the areas which brought poor quality of results. But, this company is just opposite. They are highly suitable for this job as they know their work very well. It s great that we found them.

Our 2nd monthly front and back yard maintenance service was completed on 08/21/2018. The dynamic duo, Kaleb and Mike, did an excellent job. It was the best yard care that we have ever had. We thought that our first service was good but these guys exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, including leaving our in-ground pool as they found it - no debris. The team was willing to do extra work (remove a small bush/tree). They also found a leak that we would never of discovered due to the location. Again, they were more than happy to fix the problem for us. Great customer service. We have been very impressed by the company as a whole. Very well run, very professional, and their customer service is excellent.

Two young came to my residence. I spoke to one and he asked me what I wanted done. I did mention that your company cleaned up everything last month. I was in my house, I do not believe they ever came into the backyard. My front yard is very small. I did notice they removed a dead. I consider your fee of $80 way out of line for services not rendered. I am cancelling the service. I will pay for the service on the 31st/

I recently purchased a house in San Tan (Johnson Ranch) I hired The so called Yard Experts to service my property. Albert came out to the house and gave me a price for bye weekly maintenance that was double of anyother prices that I had recieved. I went with them thinking that they must be a cut above the rest,that is why they charge more. Well sorry to say the total experience was way bellow 5 stars. I am not living on the property but went there in the begining of April and found parts of the yard that werent even touched by them. Plants that were tied to to the wall were on the ground.(shouldnt this be a part of the maintenence?)They said that thay had fixed all the soaker heads on all plants and trees. Well when I arrived atleast two weeks after they had told me they were all working, I found the water turned off to the system and atleast three of the lines had no heads on them. (wow) guess they saved me some water.I emailed them and they finally got back to me days later. They sent Albert out to my property to check on my complants, he claimed he looked at the water system again and it was all ok well I have cameras on my property and I reviewed them after his visit, he didnt check the heads only checked the time clock. I decided I dont want someone who is dishonest on my property soI fired them. I will say one thing about them the girl Jennifer that works in the office is great, she does her best trying to keep the customers happy. Im sure she is overworked. As a business owner for more than 33 yrs I think that the owner of the yard experts should watch over the company a little better just my opinion.

Customer Service and overall effort in accomplishing the task at hand !

Work plan and pricing was fully presented in free estimate before work was started. They did a great job with our landscape design and sprinkler install. They even helped identify an unknown tree type in our yard which turned out to be poisonous to humans. Yard Experts even provide a newsletter with great tips to keep my yard looking great.

My boyfriend scheduled an appointment last week for today to get a quote to have our front yard landscaped. Appt scheduled for 12pm to 2:00pm. 2:00pm rolls around and no one ever came nor did they even call to let us know they werent coming. He called them to see what happened just to find out they were closed. Guess they dont want our business. Disappointed customer!!

Tree Experts too!! This company does the best in trimming back huge trees. I have been using them for for 7-8 yrs now. Always impressed with the work they do.

The Yard experts was quick and swift. I really liked who i spoke too and liked what i heard. The Showed up early and got the job done. It was only a tree trim but it was basically a trim and yard clean up! Any landscaping needs i will be calling the yard experts :)

This is a good organization. They show up every month. They do a good job of standard cleanup. They are reasonably priced. If we request additional serviced, they first advise us as to additional cost, if any, and then make an appointment to do the work if we authorize it. They then keep the appointment. The only minor complaint Ive ever had is that occasionally items like lights or ground level yard decorations get knocked around and left that way.

They do good work when they actually do any work. Had them scheduled to come out on a monthly basis. I work from home and sit in front of my window and all the sudden, I have a bill for the service except nobody came that day. Checked the yard; nothing was blown, trimmed, sprayed, nada. They wanted to argue with me about their GPS saying the crew was there even after their quality lady came out and said If work was done, they didnt do a good job. Rather than reimbursing me for some of that $60 service, I was given the option of 50% my next service, without this one ever being completed. Hmmmm paying 150% for one job? I think not. Better, cheaper options out there than these people. Would rather call you a liar than help their customers. Isnt the customer always supposed to be right?

HORRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Their crews dont actually like to work. Read the reviews on YELP. In the last three months theyve gone completely downhill they dont want to pull weeds, they dont want to clean up leaves or bushes and the crew chief has personal problems that he brings to the job and takes out on you. They were caught smoking in my front yard. Today was the final straw when one of the guys put his dirty boots in our pool. Management didnt even care when I called the office. Good riddens, never using them again!!!!

I was not impressed with this company, several times they put flyers on my door looking for work. I called them, and told them exactly what I wanted done, and that I would like a quote. They came back with an outrageous quote, and added lots of extra things on that I did not ask them to do, such as spraying chemicals in my yard. When I told them, no, I only what specific items done, not a bunch of things I can do myself, they came back and told me they were to busy to do my yard. So if you do not let them do at least $250, worth of work, dont expect them to do anything. They will tell you they have no time for you. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this company!

We had a great experience with The Yard Experts! They removed a peach tree from our backyard perfectly. You cant even tell that it was there to begin with! We also needed more done with our tree pruning and they were very accommodating. They came back out the next week and finished it up for us! Got a flyer on my door that said they do one time yard clean-ups. I wanted my front yard cleaned up a bit so I gave them a call. The guy came by and we talked a little about what I wanted done. It all sounded find to me until the guy (I dont remember his name) pulled one of the palm saplings out of the ground. He proceeded to tell me that what I have was not actually palm saplings (I have a palm tree not twenty feet from the sapling he pulled) but what I had were nutsedge and that it was almost impossible to kill. He recommended a special product that I should pick up and apply to my yard outside of the work he wanted to do. Thats all well and good. UNTIL I went inside after he left and did my own research. He had no idea what he was talking about. A quick Google search identified that I did, in fact, have palm saplings and he was trying to shirk extra work at my expense. Sorry, but I will not give business to a dishonest man. Dishonest or misinformed? I dont know. But I would NOT recommend doing business with these people.

They have always been very fair with pricing, they are prompt and do what they say they would do, friendly and always clean up after the jobs. Upon my first call to them, they were very professional. Kyle showed up on time, had the appropriate equipment on hand to provide me a quote, available via text and friendly. He suggested the main idea for our backyard, in budget. The crew was very professional and quiet. There were a lot of guys so our 1 1/2 day of work was completed in 1 day, just in time for New Years Eve! Highly recommend this service and will be using these guys for all of our maintenance going forward.

We had The Yard Experts out to do some yard cleanup, trimming, transplanting and irrigation work. When they left the yard was barely blown and raked, the irrigation drip lines were not buried. The crew took our 5 year old Med Fan and totally butchered it removing 6 arms and leaving 3 scraggly arms. Same trim job on the rest of our Med Fans. Not exactly a lift as was stated on the bid. They also butchered our Lemon Bunny Ear cactus by slicing through the paddles instead of removing them at the stem. The Sago and Fern plants that needed to be transplanted from pots were planted to close to the house leaving them little room to grow. They did trim out Mexican Fan Palms properly and were able to transplant a Fire Stick plant OK. All in all it was a very poor job and we would not recommend this crew.

The Yard Experts was one of six companies that provided us with a bid to landscape our backyard that included installing 630 sq ft of stonelock pavers. They were not the lowest and not the highest bid. We chose the company primarily due to the professional manner, responsiveness, patience and amiable personalities and of course their positive reviews on BBB and AROC. Before accepting the bid, we asked a lot of questions about materials and tasks and the responses were always prompt and with detail. The backyard project was completed on time and as specified. Given that positive experience, we hired them again to increase the height of our block wall in the backyard. Again, they did not disappoint. The Yard Experts have a 10 star guarantee outlined on their website. For our projects, they met that guarantee. It is SO refreshing to have found a Landscaping company that walks the talk. After bad luck with other landscapers, I was fortunate to find the Yard Experts here in San Tan Valley, AZ. I dont have to worry about letters from the association saying I have weeds, because I am confident the yard work is getting done! They recently fixed my sprinkler system for a very reasonable price. Great service. It has been hard to find a landscaper that is committed to getting the job done right and returning your messages. In the past, other landscapers would come out for a job and then disappear. The Yard Experts team is always willing to help and to fix any problems that arise. I use them for every other month maintenance services.

First I d like to say that it takes a lot to impress me, let alone take the time to write about someone. However today was the day that I was impressed by The Yard Experts, Joe and his crew did an excellent job in my new property that honestly was shapeless and dead to say the least One of my colleges recommended these guys in such high regard that I just had to give them a try. One of my biggest concerns was getting my yard looking beautiful, being my first property and all. So i did and Joe came over gave me and estimate ideas and he told me not to worry that the dead lawn was an easy fix. The next thing I know they started to work and I m so happy to say that now I have GREEN GRASS!!! I met up with Joe today as they finalized the project and boy am I glad I gave these guys a shot. So since word of mouth got me to them, now I am happy to recommend them to anyone and everyone! Trust me I m very hard to please and impress but the fact that everything was done in timely fashion and it was affordable need I say more? the results speak for themselves. If anyone out there is in the need of serious landscaping needs give these guys a try, I did and boy am I glad for Brian that recommended them. It s a great way to support our local businesses too. Got rid of these guys a while back. I had them for bi-weekly maintenance. They jacked the price on me by 75% the day they were supposed to do their work. Didnt even give me proper warning. Had to quickly find a new landscaper. This company has TERRIBLE customer service and shoddy work. Stay away! I went with a local one man business and it is much cheaper and more reliable and I actually know the person coming in my yard. With the yard experts there are always different people there.

I am so thankful my husband and I found The Yard Experts! We needed to redo our yard for a long time now. We just didn t have the time to keep up with the grass in the back and our trees and bushes were desperate for a trim. It looked like an overgrown jungle! When I called, Joe came out right away to give a quote. The price was very reasonable and it was obvious that Joe s not only very knowledgeable about landscaping, he s passionate about it too. We are so happy with the results! Within just one day, The Yard Experts crew tore out our grass and cement barrier, replaced it with stone, trimmed our very big trees, our bushes too, sprayed the yard, and overall, made it look beautiful!
