I highly recommend K&O Landscaping. Joel gave a reasonable quote to do stucco work on our home. Joel kept communication with us about day and time work would begin. Alberto and Melanie came right on time to do the work. Alberto was so through he found a gap where the downspout and roof connected. He fixed the problem repaired the damaged area and painted the side of the house. It looks brand new. He saved us a ton of money eventually water would have seeped between the interior and exterior walls. Thank you!!!!!

Found them to be very well priced. they were great to work with did a great job explaining everything I would need done, and then fixed all my needs in a timely manner and made sure to check back the next couple days to make sure everything was working correctly I would highly recommend them! I know everyone has different experiences but this one for me was fantastic.

K&O came to our rescue with a yard cleanup at first because our last three landscapers just didn t show up for appts, started to not care about their work and started skipping items like weeds and trimming the shrubs on service days. We were so pleased with their customer service and work that we signed up for bi-weekly service and have been very happy ever since. They actually show up when they re scheduled and knock our front and back yard out quickly and always looks nice. They re local (like in my neighborhood local) and family owned. Where should I start. K&O Landscaping has been taking care of all of my landscaping needs for over a year now. I will be bold enough to say here that this company sets the GOLDEN STANDARD for how landscaping companies ought to operate, in my opinion. Before using them I had gone through over a dozen landscapers trying to find one that would be able to take care of both me and my parents who also don t have the time to do their own yard work. Each time, the landscapers would fail in the same exact areas: communication, quality of work, or even just SHOWING UP. It was a nightmare. The first time I had Joel come out and do some work, I knew that this guy was a true professional. From the way that he communicated clearly and honestly about the times they would show up and the work that they would do, to the way that he took away all stress when it came to dealing with my yard. I scheduled 3 to come out to look at the yard and only 1 showed up. Joel from K&O was the only one to show up and at 7PM at night when i was available. This to me was the first good sign. I got a fair price for clean up and a fair price for monthly maintenance. I was still not sure i actually found the right comapny but i was proved wrong. I scheduled my service for every other saturday. The very first appoitnment not only did they show up but they were early. My yard had never looked better after the service, and every appointment they are on time and provided an AMAZING professional quality service.
