We hired this company to tear out old landscaping and to help us design and install new plants and decoration. At first it seemed great, good price compared to other bids. They cam and saw what we wanted and what we wanted to save. They told us they would make sure our front would not have all the stumps from old bushes. They did not. The demo crew ripped out everything in the areas we indicated but in addition they took out things we wanted saved. They tore out all the existing irrigation. Their designer came out to plan for rebuild. Never heard back despite calls to their office . We waited a month, nothing. We had to hire someone else to rebuild irrigation and repair things they broke. We ended up planting ourselves, digging through stumps and roots that they said they would remove. All in all a very disappointing experience. Company never called us back to deal with this issue.

I cannot believe the arrogance of this company. First, Victor didn’t honor his appointment time because it was raining. Okay, whatever. Second, Victor didn’t honor his appointment time with some excuse about a driver’s license for his coworker. Fine, one last chance. Third, Victor was on time but had a poor understanding of the work that I wanted done. I showed him the irrigation line that I wasn’t happy with. It was for my boxwood plants. He instead chose to focus on my azalea flowers in a different part of my yard, which are irrigated properly. He also lied about how much water the azalea sprinklers were using. He tried to claim that they use 5-6 gallons per hour when in fact they use 1-2 gallons per hour. There is nothing wrong with my azalea irrigation. He just wanted to make a second bid to replace the azalea sprinklers as a way to pad his paycheck. Because of Victor’s inability to address the issue I initially called Rainscape about, I will not be moving forward with their bids. And you know what happened next? They invoiced me $65 for the bid. I never agreed to pay a service charge, wasn’t quoted a fee over the phone, wasn’t told of a fee when Victor arrived. This invoice is completely indefensible, I never agreed to it verbally or in writing, never signed anything, and I will make you dismiss it.

Al and Victor, and the team are very experienced and passionate about their work. They are responsive, accurate and follow through with their word. Awesome company!

Rainscape did a great job on a couple yard projects for me - removal of a fence, a tree and some bushes. Victor was great to work with and very responsive. Jose and Nacho were friendly, hardworking and very fast! They went above and beyond what I asked for, and when the bill came in, it was a third below the estimate. I am definitely using Rainscape for the next phase of my yard improvement.

Al and his crew do a good job taking care of their accounts. It's nice to see he got Mike back, he is the backbone of the business as far as all around knowledge of installation plants, and timers and controllers. It's nice to see him with hair for a change!!

I just called to ask about landscape lighting and even though he wasn't going to do the job or sell me anything he spent more than 10 minutes helping me find exactly what I needed!! You can't find service like that anymore and when I go to put in landscaping in the future this is who I'll be using.
