A professional company. Time lines, contract all laid out, explained and followed. Communication was easy. A phone call away, with a follow up at my house, if needed, in a timely fashion to address any concerns. I am more than pleased with the quality of the work: 20 x 6 pergola, leveling of areas, adding weed cloth and pea gravel/rocks to paths and areas. Workers were respectful of my property and neighborhood. This is not a fly by your seat landscaping company. Money well spent.

A few years ago we needed to landscape our front yard. We chose Pacific Outdoor and were so happy with the results (and to this day, people who walk past our house compliment the landscape). I liked Pacific Outdoor because once the work began, everything was clockwork. Upon demolition of the yard, the next crew immediately came in to do their part of the job and then the next crew came until the project was completed. If there were any problems, Pacific Outdoor immediately responded. When it was time to landscape our back yard, we naturally chose Pacific Outdoor again. Justin was the PM and we were so happy with the results. We had a sump pump installed and it has since prevented flooding that previously occurred in our backyard with heavy rain. Once again, the project was completed on time and is beautiful. Definitely a 5 star company!

We had a great experience working with Pacific Outdoor Living in 2022. Our home has a hill in the backyard that was a great canvas to paint. They laid out a beautiful plan for us to select plants, including fruit trees, then helped us work within budget to create a plan to turn our outdoor space into a beautiful area we can view and enjoy from our patio or looking outside. They laid drip lines and new irrigation systems that now use 1/3 water as in the pas and helped us select plants that work well for our climate in Santa Clarita. The team that did the yard work was professional and efficient. A couple of years later, most plants are thriving. Overall, very happy with their work.

Pacific Outdoor Living helped us bring to life the vision for our front yard. With water restrictions it was impossible to keep grass alive, so they helped us create a beautiful drought tolerant landscape design that we get compliments on almost every day.

Pacific Outdoor Living has my highest recommendation. They completely transformed our front and backyards with a resort-like quality. Most importantly, we gave them a budget and they worked with us, coming up with creative ideas and designs. During installation they found ways to save money and used that on other better uses. Will work with them again!

These guys did a full design & build of a hillside infinity pool for me including all geotechnical hillside stabilization and a full landscape renovation around my whole property. I cant say enough good things about them. They were a joy to work with from start to finish, stayed on time and on budget and worked really hard to help control costs in all sorts of creative ways. After going though two other contractors who could not even come up with an accurate price or plan, it was refreshing to find this team. I would not hesitate to hire them again on any property.

I worked with Trent on some major paver projects. It was a pleasure with him and his crew throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job.

Pacific Outdoor Living (POL) completed 2 projects for me over the last few years. They did a wonderful job with my driveway where they replaced the old concrete with pavers. Second project was my backyard. Overall they are professional with a well staffed team that has been with the company for many years. From the design process, demo, and completion the staff and crew were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend POL!

Kolleen , the In House Designer assisted with exactly what plants we wanted, knowing which plants do well with sunlight or which don t, which areas they should be placed in, how the layout should be, turf for our dogs, fencing, and size suggestions for what products we should purchase. Luis and his team were very professional during construction, on time and efficient. I am so thankful for Pacific Outdoor Living and would definitely recommend them to anyone! Pacific outdoor living did both of our yards. We loved the work that was done. During the most recent storm, we were very impressed with how everything remained beautiful. The workers were also very courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Pacific Outdoor Living completed an incredible job at our home! It is beautiful and way exceeded our expectations and design ideas! First they listened to what we needed. I really didnt know how to achieve what we were asking as our house sits on a very steep hill. They came up with a beautiful plan with all the drawings. Then the work began. The crew of guys were so professional and always listened to any of my questions and far exceeded what I thought was possible. Trent was a genius. I really cant thank them enough. It was a pleasure to work with all of the staff and I very highly recommend their services.

We live in La Canada, CA & hired Pacific Outdoor Living right before the pandemic to create an outdoor space that gives us livable space for both adults & our teenagers. Juan & Team exceeded our expectations. Our backyard is functional & stunning to the eye, a mini four seasons right outside our back doors. An infinity pool, a fire pit with concrete patio all ties into the beautiful potted plants & fairy lights above. It is a smaller space that lives large all year round. Pacific Outdoor Living is worth the investment. They are professional, clean, timely, knowledgeable & just have a quality in a league of their own. You can try to piece meal together the same look & feel but it wont be the same. Pacific Outdoor Living also stands behind their craftsmanship. We had a small issue with our pool & Juan came right back & fixed the issue which was a branch caught inside the filter!!! I hope to add pictures later for you all to enjoy.
