Arks Rotarea Lawn Aeration in San Jose

Hire someone else. Ark’s Rotarea is no longer reliable for overseeding services. 5 years ago, they provided a lush green lawn. I did not hesitate to hire them again last year. I followed every instruction: had their employee and my own gardener check my sprinklers, kept everyone off the lawn for 2 months, and watered as advised. When they said I had to use their compost otherwise the grass would not be guaranteed to grow, I paid for them to apply compost before overseeding. Then after the 6 weeks, when my grass still had bare patches, they said there was no guarantee. My lawn and neighbor’s lawn are side by side and look like one continuous lawn. My neighbor has not done any aeration, fertilization, overseeding, composting, and yet their lawn looks better than mine. It is a daily reminder that Ark’s Rotarea has wasted my time and money.
