Heavenly Greens install team arrived on time, courteous and very professional, explained clearly how they will do the work and estimated time of completion. I requested few modifications to the capping of existing sprinkler system and they did so to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the completed work and would definitely recommend Heavenly Greens to my friends!

First, the turf is great and the installation was performed quickly and professionally. I had about a 1000 square feet; several installers arrived, porta-potty in tow, and completed the job before dinner. Outstanding look and feel! Would certainly recommend Heavenly Greens to friends and family in need of a turf makeover! I would however recommend you be on-site prior to, or when the installers are onsite to ensure the install goes as you ask. I had requested a 14 x 14 level area, and that did not happen. The installers installed the turf with a slight slope for drainage. I totally understand the need to slope for drainage, but did need the level square for a pool. It works, but in a soft sided pool, water finds its own level and were a bit lopsided... again, love the turf, but in hindsight, wish I would have been here as I believe this wouldnt have been missed. Update (10/13/2024) - Heavenly Greens reached out to me... an unsolicited contact... who does that anymore! They have since returned and left me with the level pad I wanted! I told them that I didnt expect anything and that overall, I was a very satisfied client... nope, they made it clear they wanted to deliver the product I was thinking of... they wanted to make sure they met my expectations... Heavenly Greens met and surpassed my expectations... need turf? Give them a call... you will be glad you did!

Heavenly Greens did a great job to install artificial lawn in my front and back yard within one day, but the crew used excess water to clean my concrete driveway. They even washed the pavement of the street.

Our project took a few years to come into focus because it was an entire backyard plan. Clayton Johnson, from Heavenly Greens, worked so well with us running through different plans in addition to several starts and stops. When you go into these types of projects you of course have expectations of a much better living space but my wife and I would have to say the end result far exceeded our dreams. A+ too for Ozzie and the install team.

You wont be disappointed. I had a great experience with Heavenly Greens. Clayton, the representative I dealt with, was patient in explaining all the options and answering all my questions. The process was easy. Heavenly Greens has high ratings for a reason. If you are considering turf to eliminate watering and mowing, schedule an estimate. Schedule some with other companies too and make notes about what you like and dont like. I couldnt even get some other companies to call me back, but Heavenly was able to schedule and estimate right away. Yes, there may be other less expensive options, but in this case, you get what you pay for. Heavenly Greens was always on time and gave me a free estimate. Other products are not necessarily made in the U.S.A., so be aware that other countries do not have to meet the US standards for manufacturing their product. Other products may fade, shed microplastics, lose blades, show more wear in high traffic areas, and generally be of lesser quality. Clayton had many samples, and he presented them in a way that it was easy to narrow down what we wanted. I was impressed by the selection available. While no one can promise that weeds wont eventually grow on the edges of the turf, Heavenly Greens was clear and upfront about that, and managed my expectations. They provided us with some maintenance suggestions. We are to use vinegar and salt, but not Roundup, as that can harm the turf. I have had the turf for several months now and I have not seen any weeds. If I do, I understand that is not a reflection of the product or installation. During the installation, there was a lot of gravel and sand that was installed first, and I feel like that will help with keeping weeds at bay. The crew that came out did a great job. They worked hard all day and seemed to really care about the details and getting the job done right. I love my turf. It makes my wife happy every time she sees it when leaving or coming home. I like not needing to pull weeds every weekend. When I wasnt able to pull weeds, my front yard was an embarrassment. When we choose to turf the backyard, we will get the product designed for pets and take advantage of Heavenly Greens 0% financing for 18 months.

If you are a serious golfer, you have to go with Heavenly Greens. Clayton can explain what kind of grass they have for the golfers, and design the green with you. The crews are very professional, we discussed the shape, slopes, breaks, undulation, and speed multiple times. They asked to confirm every steps along the way to make sure they get the job correctly. I was impressed with the details and expertise they have. My green is rolling about 12+, and so smooth and true to the line. I got the fringe and chipping area, three different kind of grass were used. I cant believe synthetic green can be so good. I definitely recommend to go with Heavenly Greens.

We could not be more pleased with the experience as a customer. Knowing that Heavenly Greens enjoys an enviable reputation as installers of synthetic grass, we solicited an estimate. To our pleasant surprise, the bid was considerably lower than that from a competitor. We did not hesitate to commit to the project. Told that they were four to six weeks out, we were likewise pleasantly surprised to receive a call a week later that a crew would be visiting the day following. Crew indeed -- a cadre of nine workers. Together they completed the work -- apx. 850!sf. -- within seven hours ... in 90 degree heat. The finished job is beautiful, and entire crew cleaned up as if no one came. I should mention that an important factor in choosing Heavenly Green was the attractive financing plan. With a downpayment of $1,000, we were offered 18 months of interest-free financing! Our only regret is that we did not act sooner. No more lawn mowing, no more fertilizing, no more gophers and raccoons, no more grass-devouring grubs. Yippee!

Working with the team at heavenly greens was a dream. It was exactly the type of expert you hope for when doing a big house project. The installation was very quick and the finished product looks great. It seemed pricey but everything went so smoothly and the finished turf is really quite nice, so it is hard to complain. Now, I just hope it lasts for many years.

Very good experience (so far). But a little room for improvement too. Sales rep was knowledgable and spent time with us to go over options for our yard The install crew was great. (Pleasant and responsive when I interacted with them.) But minimal communication from the admin/financial side though. No notice from them before or after our credit card was charged. (Odd). Install was only a week ago. I do not know how things will go in the months ahead.

Purchased a Professional Putting Green and some turf for the kiddos. Sheldon was fantastic. Product is great, but sales communication and installation were suboptimal resulting in a mediocre end product. Sales didnt give full layout details to install team resulting in rework, and original grass was not completely removed resulting in grass coming up around edges and in spots throughout the interior area. The install team came out to fix the grass and layout issues, but now the layout repair area is sagging and grass continues to come up at edges and various interior spots.

Very happy with my pet system, the install team was great so fast and clean and the final product is amazing! Highly recommend.

We want to thank Heavenly Greens for the excellent product they put out. I started my research with a visit to the showroom which was well stocked and equipped with samples. It was nice to be able to take them with me and the showroom attendant was very informative and helpful with my preliminary questions and needs. Next, making an appointment with a phone call was very easy and availability was no problem. Clayton came by assessed my property and was an absolute breeze to work with. He was very informative as well and helpful with all my questions and recommended the best products to me without being pushy at all. I felt very comfortable working with him and trusted his opinions and information. They come early around 7am and stay all day. They were very polite and informed me of everything they were doing. They answered all my questions. I was pleased with their work.

From the beginning with Sheldon to installation with Nick and crew was awesome. Very professional and friendly. The work site was down a steep driveway and this crew just kept going up and down with great speed for two days. At the end of the installation with the clean up of the site, they were cleaning up areas that they did not have to, they were areas we had messes. They left our yard better than when they found it. He even came over twice since I wasn t available for the first consultation. The workers were very clean, friendly and fast. We had our artificial turf done in a matter of 5 hours. They lined all our walk ways with plastic liners to limit the mess and debris since they would be going back and forth with materials. And at the end there was no mess of anything left behind. We ended up getting the top of the line turf since it has a great warranty and because we have 3 kids running around, it was worth it to us. I couldn t have been more happy with the finished product. I would strongly recommend them.

We had Heavenly Greens install turf in our front yard. The crew did an excellent job. The area has 20 flagstone rocks they had to cut around and a second area that is sloped and had a fountain. They kept the area organized and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely happy. It was an expensive job, but well with it.

Everything about our overall experience with Heavenly Greens was amazing. They were the only Bay Area company that offered to visit our home for a quote the DAY AFTER we had started the investigatory process. And it was a Saturday! Ray was super helpful and honest about the product including drawbacks to artificial turf which I appreciated because it helped me make the most informed, best choice for our family and property. We got a quote in late March, took the next month to think about financing and other lawn options, committed in late April, and the lawn was installed in mid-May. And the kids absolutely love it! The softness of the grass means they can take a tumble and bounce right back up. They like lying in it and wrestling. Soccer, our favorite sport, feels like playing on a professional mini-field. And best of all we are combating drought by not having to water sod, and there is no itchy feeling after rolling around in the grass! This would be a 5 out of 5 rating, but the installers blew a lot of infill into our swimming pool, into cracks in the concrete patio, and under the garage door which we are slowly getting cleaned up. A minor hassle for an overall great experience!

Had an appointment yesterday with Heavenly Greens and a guy named SHELDON showed on time! He was okay at first, complimenting our property. But when he asked me about what my budget was, I was taken aback. He kept on saying how his company is the best of the best. And how they are much expensive than other turf companies out there. I told him that there were 2 companies who have given me quotes already and he immediately said oh we are at least 30% more expensive than Bay Area Turf! At least 30%! At that point, I felt belittled, as if he was saying just go with those company because you are not able to afford us!. I thank him for his time for coming out. no measurements, no samples, no galleries were showed. He picked up his backpack, and left. No apologies whatsoever. I called their office and wanting to speak to the manager, name given was TROY but no call back. I emailed him and no response as well. I guess, thats what makes them the best! I am doing my business elsewhere. A business that will treat their potential clients with respect.

We had artificial turf installed in the front and back yards. Heavenly Greens had a large crew that came in on one day and finished the same day. The crew was hardworking and professional. The turf looks great.

The salesperson, Clayton Johnson, was informative, helpful and knowledgable about the installation of a combination play turf and putting green in our backyard. He also followed up after the installation. The installers, led by Juan, were hard working and careful about the installation checking with me at various times as needed over the two days. A week after installation, I noticed some items that needed to be corrected and Clayton made another trip to our house to view the items. Juan and his team came back to correct the items, with the help of Juans brother Hugo. They corrected the height of the hitting mat and cleaned the driveway which was somewhat stained after the installation work. I am now very satisfied with the work of Heavenly Greens and would recommend them to a potential client.

Our Turf Specialist, Sheldon, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Sheldon spent a lot of time answering our questions and explaining the process and the different options until we decided to move forward with our project. Sheldon was also super responsive to our texts and emails. There was an event coming up at our house and we knew the schedule was going to be tight, but Sheldon made it happen and got the job completed just in time. The crew that performed all of the work did an amazing job. I was very impressed with how quickly they finished the demo. So fast and efficient. Nick and his guys were a pleasure to deal with and they checked in with me every step of the way to ensure that I was happy from the demo/prep all the way to how I wanted my putting green to look. Heavenly Greens installed a bocce ball court surface for me. The project replaced an oyster-shell surface with an artificial turf surface. I am DELIGHTED with both Heavenly Greens work and the outcome of the project. Their proposal was not the least expensive I had received. But the quality of the turf they offered was clearly superior to any other offer I had received. And the quality of work they did, the care for my adjacent garden railroad, and the finish product were all excellent. The installation happened earlier than expected which I truly appreciated. The workmen were efficient and knowledgeable about their jobs. The yard looks wonderful and it appears that they did a thorough job of making sure all the sprinklers to the lawn were properly capped and all landscape lighting was not broken or wires cut. I found HG at the Grape Festival in Lodi. My wife and I have been in need of completing our backyard for quite some time, so bumping into Project Manager Sheldon & and the friendly staff of HGs was just what we needed. From the get-go, Heavenly Greens has been a wonderful experience. After requesting a quote, they immediately reached out for a free consulation and estimate. The HG Sales Rep, Clayton, came to our home the next week. He was able to take measurements, estimate the cost of labor (which included some extra concrete removal), and walk us through which turf materials would be best suited for us. At no point did I feel I was being upsold for more expensive materials or add-ons that I did not need. He was clear and concise in his propsal and cost estimate, which was determined minutes after we decided what we wanted. Financing was super easy. Originally, we were told the install could be 6-9 weeks out and then take 2-3 days to complete. HG scheduling called a within a week after we accepted the proposal, and was able to add us to the schedule for the following week. The day of the install, the crew showed up on time, was careful to review the plans with me, and was able to complete the job by the end day (as opposed to the 2-3 day estimate). Results are fantastic! Its looks professionally done and we have no regrets. Clayton did an amazing job walking us through the process and if the other sales folks are like him, we highly recommend using this service.

I need my backyard to be redone and have been thinking of doing turf for a while but not really sure how to design it. I had several landscaping companies come out and give me a quote. Ashley (Heavenly Greens rep) gave us the most competitive quote compared to other companies. Additionally, Ashley was super nice, responsive, and friendly, and spent time designing our backyard which was super nice of her! She was also willing to come out to our house again since we decided to change our design a bit. Ashley was super professional and communicative, and my sister-in-law used their company before so I knew their work would be exceptional. A plus about this company that I could not find with other companies was they offer 0% interest for 18 months loan. However, we did not go for that option and chose to pay an interest since the amount we spent was too high for us to pay off within 18 months. But its definitely a great option for people to have! The team that came to do the work at my house led by Luis far exceeded my expectation! Luis and all of his team were very friendly, worked very hard, and answered all my questions willingly (I had a bad experience with a very bad contractor previously that the workers as well as the owner did not want to answer my questions. They actually got annoyed by our questions). Luis made sure with us every step of the way that were happy with whatever hes doing before doing it such as he made sure we like the spacing between stepping stones and making sure the types of rocks they bought were correct (we put some rocks in the yard to use as our furniture area). He even helped figure out our draining situation in the backyard when he didnt have to, which was super nice of him. Overall, Im very impressed by the work and everybody at Heavenly Greens. The communication was very clear and smooth (from Ashley, Luis and his team, as well the CEO, Tim). Everyone was very nice and professional. I highly recommend anyone who looks to install turf to use their service and you wont be disappointed.

My wife found a posting on Facebook by Clayton and his company Heavenly Greens. I reached out to Clayton for a consultation to see what our options were. He replied promptly and we set up an appointment for him to stop by for a quote. CONSULTATION: Clayton was on time, understanding, and professional. From the very start he let me do the talking and listened as I explained what we were looking for. I shared a drawing of my vision with him and without hesitation stated that he could get it done. Once I let him know our ideas, he explained our options moving forward. What I appreciated the most was that at no time did Clayton force anything upon us. He was very patient and took notes of the small details I was picky about. Clayton was able to get us a quote within a few hours after measuring and taking notes. After receiving the quote, we went ahead and reviewed the details and decided to move forward. (We went with the Coronado grass selection because of the natural feel and color of the turf) APPOINTMENT: After signing the quote, we waited only a few days for an appointment to be scheduled. Given that this was around the first week of January with holidays and poor weather, I figured it would take quite a while for that appointment date. However, we actually received an appointment scheduling date only a couple of days after signing the contract. INSTALLATION: On the morning of the installation, the crew arrived 15 minutes before and gave me a courtesy call of their arrival. Before starting the work, their lead, Javier, made sure to review the details of the work that was going to be done to confirm everything was going to be done to our liking. Shortly after, Clayton also showed up to connect with Javier and I. The communication from Clayton and Javier was greatly appreciated as we have dealt with other contractors in the past with poor communication. From start to finish, the installation team was incredible! They were able to remove the tan bank, ugly plants, drip hoses, and excess dirt from the large mound in our front yard with ease. The turf installation team had such a wonderful work ethic! They are fast, efficient, and hard-working. They worked non-stop from arrival to departure and I never saw any of them standing around. The installation team was able to finish the same day around 3pm. When they arrived they made sure to cover the surrounding work area with tarp so the sidewalk, entry way, and driveway did not get dirty. And even when they finished and removed the tarps, they still went ahead and used their blower to remove any dirt lying around and then hosed down all the concrete in front of the house and the driveway leaving it squeaky clean! After completing the turf installation, Javier had me take a look to make sure all details that we were looking for were completed correctly and to our liking. Every day since the installation, I have had at least one person compliment us on our turf! A few days after, Clayton stopped by to gift us our free leaf blower and to check in with us to see if we had any questions. He reminded us about the warranty on the work that was done, warranty on the turf itself, and our 1 year tune up service. OVERALL: Heavenly Greens turf installation has been THE BEST contractor we have had the pleasure of working with. The turf is high quality and not that cheap plastic turf that some other companies try to sell you. Our daughters love playing on the turf every day since the installation and even say that it feels so comfortable and not itchy. I needed to build a golf putting green in my backyard. The initial estimate of wait time was about 12 to 14 weeks. After 10 weeks, their production team was ready. Since my backyard is higher than the driveway, there are some stairs in order to move the heavy materials to the backyard. I had some concerns about the labor cost and work duration. The production team worked really hard and did a thorough job. I could see they lifted a lot of gravel for the base and put a lot of nails to make the gaps seemless. I am completely satisfied with the quality.

Artificial turf was installed in a small 350 square foot area. The installers were courteous, professional and respectful. The installation looks great. The sales representative was also professional and knowledgeable of the products and their installation.

My wife and I grew tired of taking care of our lawns, all the watering, weeding and feeding. We decided to put artificial turf in our back yard, the front will get done in a year or so. Tim Duggan came to our home and we spoke about expectations and then he show us samples of the different types of turf. We picked one, signed all the documents and started the waiting period of 12 weeks. About 5 weeks later, we got a call that a crew was available to come out and do our job. A very professional group of guys showed up and transformed our tired looking back lawn into a beautiful lush green carpet. We couldnt be more pleased with the results and it was all done in one day. We wanted to replace our 700 sq ft patio backyard s brick flooring with artificial turf. A representative from Heavenly Greens came by to give us a quote and showed us different samples and price points. We put in a deposit and a month later we had in installed and we love how the backyard looks and feels. I no longer feel disappointed with our yard and love how are two kids play outside. It has become an outside extension of our living room.

Im making an exception to that rule today however, as Heavenly Greens was so incredibly great that the community needs to know this as well! A crew of 10 (yes, 10!) arrived at 8AM and immediately began diligent work to remove my weed-ridden front lawn and to establish a strong base layer for our new artificial turf. They were truly professional, protecting our watering and lighting systems and maintaining a very clean work site. They were completely finished by 5PM...a full day ahead of the timeline that was promised to me! We truly appreciate the amazing work and will be recommending Heavenly Greens to all our friends and neighbors.

The crew started at 9am they were very knowledgeable and made sure our patio and pool were covered before starting work. They wet dirt down as to make sure dust was at a minimum. All workers were helpful as well as respectful. They kept us updated thru the process and completed the job at 5pm. This included the cleaning of the entire patio, walkway and driveway areas. The crew also offer helpful advice as to the care and maintenance of the turf.

Lawn and paver installation was done with incredible attention to detail. Every paver was placed with exacting attention to spacing and leveling. Crew was extremely courteous and stayed on schedule. Project was very difficult due to garden access via steep stairway (house is on a hill) and because many large tree roots had to be removed. Materials had to be carried by hand. Outcome is better than our highest expectations! Crew was able to problem solve and make suggestions that improved upon original design idea. We are very happy and give Heavenly Greens our highest recommendation!

I chose Heavenly Greens after interviewing other companies, the sales rep for Heavenly was very knowledgeable and helpful and was the main reason we chose Heavenly Greens, also the company was diamond certified which helped. The installation was only one day with a ten man crew, the lead talked the installation over with me and had good suggestions and worked just as hard as the crew, I was impressed with the coordination and attention to detail. We had a great experience with Heavenly Greens. We met with Johnny on Saturday and our turf was installed on Thursday ..6 days later!! Johnny was a great salesman he explained the product quoted a price we felt was fair and told us what to expect with the installation he figured it would take 2-3 weeks to schedule a team.
