John clipped my mirror while driving his work truck. He was polite, professional, and totally accountable for his actions. He mailed me a check as soon as I had an estimate. In fact he even offered to drop it off so I wouldn't have to wait an extra day. I'm assuming that he probably does business the same way and takes excellent care of his clients.
