Ground Cover Landscaping in San Francisco

I purchased a plant from Kasorn which died in a week despite me diligently following the watering, sun light, soil, etc. instructions given by her. When I reached out, she was non responsive. I wrote this review and immediately messaged me called me a rude and inconsiderate person. She said she is doing service to the community. Ha! My dear Kasorn, you are not doing "service", you are doing "business". Business of selling plants. You are taking money from your customers. That is not charity or donation or service to the community. You are SELLING plants and plants that are either dead or dying. That is called business and it is bad business. You ghost them after sale. You only responded because I posted this review and you blocked me after. You don't care if your customers are happy or your plants survived! Learn to stand behind your product and along the way learn business ethics and after sale customer service.

If you care about results, hire Kasorn's team. They met all my expectations, rescued two old houseplants over 10 years old and over four feet tall, repotted and groomed to look fresh and new. The two professionals arrived promptly, were very careful, gave me all the options, and cleaned up meticulously. Dealing with Ground Cover Landscaping was such a positive experience.
